Gold stars for Jen all around! We cannot thank her enough for successfully closing the sale of our quirky Petaluma country property that was in our family for 35 years. She went above and beyond as our realtor in not only getting us our high asking price, but coordinating with all of our tenants (in 3 homes on the property) and making the process go as smoothly as could be for them in these uncertain covid times. She also handled a very difficult buyer with grace and utmost professionalism. She was always available (even handled the walk through for one of our tenants on move out day so we didnt have to make the drive), communicated with us as needed (and without taking much time from our busy schedules) and handled every twist and turn of the process with ease, including copying keys and calling a junk hauler to remove things the buyer did not want on move in day (while we were out of state on vacation). Shes an angel, through and through! Cant recommend her highly enough.
