Needed a package that was delayed due to weather back East. Arrive in Petaluma a day late so wouldn’t be delivered until Monday, Nimitz I needed it for a birthday present on Saturday! Called OnTrac and their customer service teams answered really quickly, arranged for me to pick up, and when I got to the branch in Petaluma, they had it ready for me in minutes!!! Their service is getting better and I’m so thankful to have them make their customers a priority! Keep up the great work!

Ontrac is a shipping facility and distribution center. I visited as a temp worker with wonolo and it was a good time. The people were friendly and the employees take their job seriously. For any that needs a job they are hiring. Anyone looking to do business with him should seriously consider it. They know what theyre doing. I guarantee you that anyone that loves them a bad review probably gets mad at Amazon when the package comes 2 hours late on next day shipping.

After phone calls and emails to OnTrac, Petaluma about their drivers leaving our packages out by the front gate next to the street, rain or shine, had no effect, I put up a sign telling their drivers to leave packages by the front door. They ignored it. Apparently, their drivers feel that if they drop a package somewhere near our house that that is good enough. So far, the local package thieves haven’t struck on our street, but it’s just a matter of time.

Day two of waiting around all day to sign for my delivery..... Called corporate office. They said theyd call me back with updates. Nothing. Signed up to get text updates. Nothing. Horrible company. Never using them again.

Called the 1800 number and the lady said another call about the Petaluma facility, Ive been getting them all dayPackage has been out for delivery for three days. Each day it is returned to Petaluma and the delivery date is changed to the next day.

My package was not delivered because of the wild fires in my area. I gave them directions to get here, as the main route was shut down. They texted saying undeliverable. I called and they found the map with directions but claimed it had not been sent to the right department. I told them I will come pick it up. They said I have to wait for them to call me to tell me I can pick it up. I asked if it would be available the next day and they said probably. Next day no contact so I called them. They said they are still waiting for confirmation that the package is ready for pickup. Its been a week! Im heading there and getting it one way or another.

I would give them negative stars if I could. They have delivered 2 packages to the wrong address that I am waiting for. When you call them never get back to you when they are wrong. The worst delivery company ever.

Worst place ever. Customer services is a joke. Try to avoid Ontrac since they dont live up to the name.

Second time Ive been waiting and calling about a package they said they delivered. First time I had to call several times and wait for empty promises on several different days until they finally admitted that they miss delivered the package and could not retrieve it. They and DHL took no responsibility and had me Levy a complaint against the Amazon seller.How do these guys stay in business?

Great place to work the crew works super hard for the sake of there customers always shooting for faster delivery and taking great care not to damage packages, everyone there works as a team! Heather the graveyard manager is amazing she is very fit and strong she runs the warehouse like its her personal crossfit track.

I dont know why this company has such a bad rating. I ordered something from amazon and chose free shipping. When I looked at the tracking info I saw ontrac was the carrier, like many of you I had never heard of them and when I saw their 2.5 star rating I was worried. But They actually got my first order here 3 days earlier then amazon had estimated and my latest order arrived in just 2 days after I ordered it. Im pretty confident in them at this point 5 stars in my opinion.

This company is a joke. Ordered a drill from Home Depot for a bday gift. Waited all day for delivery..didnt show up...checked status said delivered. Called Home Depot..they called On Trac who verified delivery. Had to argue to get my account credited. Meantime had an order with Walmart...seen On Trac pulling out of a vacant residence down the road. Walked over..there was the Walmart package...have a feeling Home Depot package had been left there 3 days before and since the home is streetview it might have been taken. I warned Walmart of this. Then a week ago expecting a package..driver pulled down the driveway between my home and the neighbors..didnt know what address so he left it in the middle of the driveway which has streetview. Called On Trac..they calked back wanting to ask a few more question they left a msg. Have tried to make contact since last thursday...no one calls back. This place is beyond a joke.

Never leaves a sticker. I have to track down the package every time. Try calling them and you wait on hold forever, if they even answer. And closing at 130 on a business day? Amazing. How are these guys still in business?

Amazon uses this company. I assumed they only delayed packages where I was in Washington. No, its in California too. My goodness.

This place is appalling and I hope they are sued into the ground before they inevitably tank. I ordered a product from Amazon and even though it said delivered on my tracking form, there was no item at my house. I know it couldnt have beens stolen because I live on a secluded dirt road. I have reason to believe that they not only messed up with delivery, but their driver could have even stolen it themselves. NEVER use this company if you want your package delivered to you. I would give them a negative review if i could.

This is the worst delivery service Ive ever encountered. Twice now, they have left packages outside our gate (where anyone in the street could steal them), one the wet ground, in the rain, with no attempt to protect the package with plastic. This is very bad for things such as books and electronic equipment. Ive complained to Ontrac and the Amazon about this, all to no avail. I may stop doing business with Amazon because of it.

Wish I could give zero stars. Waited at home all day for my wifes, and my new phone that both were shown as out for delivery got a notice showing mine as delivered, checked the door and nothing was there. Checked my security cameras and no ontrac van or truck drove by within the last 2 hours. Called ontrac waited on hold for 20 min only to find out that they arent even allowed to call a driver and figure out what happened. So I assume my phone was stolen by the driver or its still on The truck. Oh and my wifes phone that said it was on the truck never left the distribution center. Really a class act of a company, With some quality people working for it......

HORRIBLE company! Had my package marked as delivered. It was never delivered I never received anything at all I have camera proof that no one came my my house that day! Over $500 of items lost thank god the company I purchased through help me because Ontrac won’t.

So the issue isn’t on track it’s actually other subcontractors that hire subcontractors to do the job and the pay is diluted because there trying to scum off the top causing it to be harder on the actual person driving to do there job properly. Example subcontractor 1 hires subcontractor 2 to deliver packadges. Subcontractor 1 gets $2 a packadge to deliver subcontractor 1 pays subcontractor 2 $1.20 to do the job delivering packadges. Subcontractor 1 gets .80 cents per delivery that subcontractor 2 does. So in a week there are a total of 500 deliveries done by subcontractor 2. Total pay is $600 to subcontractor 2 and subcontractor 1 gets $400. Generally subcontractor 2 is doing this job because they need the money and is not the main income they were told they would make because there is no way subcontractor 2 could do 200 plus deliveries a day due to inexperience, poor training from subcontractor 1 and in adequate money for the work they did for the week which makes them hate what they are doing and then subcontractor 1 doesn’t pay them correctly. Get the idea. Most subcontractor 2 do not have the proper vehicles for the job due to subcontractor 1 not providing the proper vehicle for the task. The way to resolve this is subcontractor 1 should provide proper training and the vehicles for subcontractor 2 with a gas card and minimum $100 a day for training and when they start getting good at it then they could give them more. It’s that easy and they could still profit from it in the mean time but there would be no loss to subcontractor 2. Trying to keep maintenance on a vehicle that is your main source of getting around and paying for gas when you probably don’t have money in the first place starting to do deliveries creates more of a hardship and makes people disorganized because instead of them focusing on doing the deliveries and organization they are focused on there gas gauge and maintenance issues and making enough money to pay bills. This creates a very unstable environment and unorganized situation, leading to loss of packadges and untimely deliveries. “Greed drives most companies and people to do what they do and it often hurts the people around them” like Uber, Lyft and most of the on demand opportunities or subcontracted jobs given to people in need.

You guys are not getting your packages because they are getting delivered to my house! TWICE now Ontrac has delivered packages to my house when they were supposed to bring them somewhere else. I caught the guy once, but this time the box is still sitting in front of my garage door where the courier left it (in the rain) waiting for Ontrac to come and take it back. I have called 4 or 5 times now telling them to come get their box and bring it to the correct place. They said they would send someone, but so far no one has shown up to correct the problem.

This company is horrible. Company I ordered from didnt say they dont ship to PO Boxes. Tried calling OnTrac to change address. Good luck getting a hold of any one. Emailed them, took them a day to write back. Ive responded with my physical address, no confirmation theyve received my change of address, nor have they answered when the package will be redelivered. Status just shows held in warehouse. So frustrating.

Two times Amazon has contracted this company to deliver items. Two times weve had the package marked as delivered, but never show up. Customer service and tracking lacking. Only place weve ever had issue is here. Dont use them.

Thieves! This company is full of thieves. Especially in petaluma. Every package ive had go to ontrac in Petaluma CA has been lost. 2 packages from the same company being lost in the same week os not a coincidence. I WILL find out who is stealing my packages, and they WILL seriously regret it.

This company is not an honest company. They had my package out for delivery for three days in a row but never delivered it. On the third day they changed it status to deliver on the second day. Then they called to let me know they delivered it and asked if I received it. When I told them I had not. They washed there hands of the problem and said they where no longer able to help me because there contract says the once a package is marked delivered they can not help deal with the problem, good buy.So they lose my package and pretend it is delivered so they can wash there hands of the problem.I will no longer do business with any company that pulls this kind of crap. That includes the company using them to send me packages.

Terrible service. I don’t even like writing reviews but it’s so bad I had to do one on this. My package was 3 days late and the tracking informations repeadidly said that it would be delivered the next buisness day. So I called they’re customer service line (the lady was nice I will give them that) and they told me that the legitament reasoning that my package wasn’t delivered was because it’s too dark to see the adress. I live right off of a main road with a mail box that has giant reflective letters. Putrid delivery service. Putrid.

I hate hate hate this company! Not only is te customer service horrible but the delivery is even worse. I order from amazon all the time and every time they deliver there is always a problem with my order, either it says its delivered and never was, they are always late in delivering my items and Im a prime member so I should have 2 days shipping, saying I hate this company is an understatement i dont understand why amazon still uses them!!!! AVOID ONTRAC AT ALL COST!!!!!Ps if u ever need to contact customer service good look I have called 5 times both times left on hold for 20 min plus with no answer!

Inept. Lost my first order. When it was resent 2nd day air they didnt deliver and it appears theyve lost this one as well.

I normally dont write reviews on anything but this company is the worst, if possible try calling the place you are ordering from and request that they use fedex or ups instead. They dont answer their phones and takes forver to call back. They have been several days late in the past even when the trackomg says out for delivery not to mention they have left a $500 package sitting in the street! Horrible company, avoid at all cost.

I made a purchase in amazon, and they marked me as delivered the product but I have not gotten anything, I do not know why Amazon is still working with this delivery company, if it has very low qualification and do not comply with what they say I hope 5 deliveries more hopefully amazon do not send it to me by ontrac

Three packages were tracked as delivered but they were not. We were home when we got the message that 2 packages were delivered on the porch. We did not receive the packages. Contact info is a recording. They lied about our deliveries, they were never at our home.

Waited at home all day for my package, which was to be here by 8 pm. Package started in a town 25 minutes away. At around 10 pm, I get a message saying it was delivered at 2:40! Calling customer service was unhelpful, they said the driver was off and it was the weekend. Give me my package!!

Horrible shipping company!!! I wish they would go out of business!Amazon keeps using Ontrac and packages arrive late, damaged, or hidden in the bushes of our long driveway.
