We hired Ana Rosa Cleaners to clean our new to us house to move into in mid-December. We did not realize what a poor job they did until we moved in nor that they defrauded us untill we complained about the poor quality. The key takeaways are this company will:- Overcharge and defraud you- Conduct a cleaning of poor quality- Address issues unprofessionallyAfter paying $775 for house cleaning of a 1,400 sf house I expected significantly better. As it turns out she over charged us by almost double and has since actually admitted as such but still promptly cashed our check. I used to house clean for a living and received way less money than that for way more quality! They had as much time as they wanted and didnt even need to clean the stove or fridge because we are getting new ones.1. The cabinets were not even vacuumed much less wiped down and were still disgusting.2. Surfaces at best were wiped but not scrubbed including but not limited to kitchen counter, around kitchen sink, bathroom tiles, glass sliding door (handles were dirty, glass was dirty), cabinet faces (even ones I pointed out), and more. If I can gently scrape at something with my nail and it comes off, thats not clean.3. The owner failed to give us a heads up that something came up on her end and her crew was going to be 2 hours late. I had to reach out and see why she wasnt there after the time they were supposed to start.4. After complaining about the quality initially the owner offered to fix the issue and stated that the cost $775 is almost double what she charges (interestingly accusing us of lying but still cashed the check). However when we responded she essentially reneged and ceased all communication. We requested she at least return the amount she apparently over charged and gave a two week period for her to address this new issue with no response.

These women were exceptional! They came on time and did such an incredible job that I no longer need to paint the cabinets. And the bathroom sparkled which was amazing as I had heavy iron sediment in the toilet.Thanks you Anna
