Ive been working with the Star team for a few years now - specifically with Kate, Nicole, and Ciera - and they are a true team of rock stars! All 3 of them, and anyone at Star Staffing Ive collaborated with, has shown professionalism, expertise, transparency, and they are overall amazing human beings. Thank you for your partnership. After not being able to fill out their online application form I sent them an email asking for assistance. I received a call back from Monica who left a message to call her back. I called Monica at the number she gave in a voice mail 3 times only to have the phone ring more than 30 times with no answer and no voice mail available. I then called their Petaluma office only to be hung up on... not once but 3 times in a row. These people are not trying to get you a job and appear to be negligent in their service and ability. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from these jokers. Piss poor service at the VERY LEAST!

Allan was very helpful from the start and made finding a job quite simple. I’ve had a great experience with star staffing and I always felt like they truly cared! They will work around your schedule to!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Ive worked with Allan and Monica and both are great at their job but even more so they genuinely care about the people the deal with. They will work with you and work for you to find you employment.

Star staffing agency has been great from getting a prompt response after applying to finding me position immediately that worked out great for me. Standard temporary employment agency, mainly staffing for manufacturing jobs though higher level admin work does come up. Not the best at checking in with employees on their assignments or keeping you up to date with available roles, but not a company that leaves you feeling completely on your own with employers
