I went there over the weekend and the service was good. However, while the females working there kept an upbeat attitude and were very kind the males on the other hand were rude. The males had attitude and mistreated customers and children. The manager also was very rude and seemed to mistreat the employees.

The cost of the cleaning was $34. The attendant asked me if I had an unusual amount of sand or dirt in my car. I go to the beach with my dogs and there is sand there. This was going to cost an additional $10 to vacuum. I declined and the job they did on my car was barely adequate. I have been going to this place for years and have been satisfied but currently not so much. I will give them another try.

I went on a Saturday afternoon, and my vehicle was done within 25 minutes. Barely even had time to start reading the book I had brought along. The crew did a great job, and they have shaded seating for your wait. Note that if you have a MINI Cooper, you wont run through the automated wash, because the vehicle is too low. That was fine with me, I didnt notice a difference in the job they did.

Not good and I got the works plus 33.99 in the garbage.I had gone a few years back and did a horrible job but thought I could give them another chance, well My car is no Lambo but I had to ask them to vacuum trunk..everything was cleaned in 4 min. I will never go again!

I took my truck in for its first wash since Covid. I had a hood covered in bird droppings. They did not remove the droppings very well at al and made no attempt to correct the problem. I became frustrated and went home to remove the droppings myself with a simple wet rag! Never to return.

I take care of wild animals ages 3 and 4 who leave my backseats like a back alley. This place cleans all that up and smelling like its fresh off the lot!

Followed up on a recommendation from a friend who drove for Lyft and Uber and used Ratings as one of her main detail places. Reasonable prices for a la carte detail services as well as packages. Nice staff who get the job done right in an efficient and timely manner. Also witnessed them be polite and give good service to a rude customer who yelled at them. (Dont be a dick to these folks, theyre great at a physically demanding job!) My car looks great!

I tried again, they just dont have the eye for detail cleaning.34$ and interior still very dirty. The mats werent cleaned- extra $ and car still dusty inside.So disappointing.

My wife and I bring our cars here to be cleaned better than we are willing to do. They also polished my wifes cars headlights to look brand new.

Not impressed. Definitely not the value I paid for. Soap on vehicle after rinse. Marks on mirrors after pressure dried. Tire shine didnt shine. Main reason I went was bug splatter after trip, and still had bugs on front. Like someone said before.....first time and last time.

If you have a black car and you care about the exterior, dont come to this place! Wasnt the Hand wash supposed to be gentle to your car? They scratched the whole black paint with the dirt cloths!! They stepped on the sides and shut the door (believe me) WITH THEIR FOOT! Who in the world treat someone elses car without a minimum care?! Ill never return.

Plan on being here an hour or more. I have had my car cleaned here about 6 times here, over a two years, EVERY time there are still dirty spots left around fixtures and the emblems on the outer part of my car. The interior also still has places I can quickly see that arent clean, including the bottom of both the front and back windshields. Finally, I always have to ask for the trunk to be vacuumed, even though there is trunk release on both my key fob as well on the dash.

Even when its busy, things move quickly here. Its a touch overpriced but very straightforward. The facility is very well manicured and kept nicely and the people respectful. Considering limited options around here, this is my go-to! Be mindful not to go when theyre closed... ;)

Often appears to be closed during normal business hours or some other randomly applied restriction. For example, I was just told We wont be detailing until 12:30pm today. We are cleaning outsides of cars only right now. It was roughly 11:00am. They do not do a very good job, even if you buy the most expensive package at about $31 +tax. Regularly find dirty or dry spots, where no cleaner have touched, easily visible almost immediately after entering the car. The attendant who is responsible for guiding the vehicle into automatic car wash, was not paying attention or even looking at my car while he guided me in. I followed his inductions and kept turning, until I heard my rim hit the metal guide arm, scratching my rim!! At which point he heard me hit it, turned his head and motioned for me to stop there... AFTER I HAD ALREADY HIT METAL ON METAL. This has happened twice, in almost exactly the same fashion each time. I just got rejected from this car wash (that Ive been going to weekly for the past 2 years) because I had a little bit of mud on my running boards behind my tires. Otherwise the exterior of my truck was pretty spotless. Unbelievable! Its called a car wash!!!!Never going there again. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

Prices went up. Wish they paid more attention to detail. I get that theyre usually really busy and want to do the job quickly but I often end up taking a rag myself to clean something.

Best carwash in Petaluma. They do a thorough job and they move quickly but the line can get long on the weekends especially when the weather is nice. It typically takes about 20 minutes for The Works. It can be closer to 45 minutes on a busy day.

I always wash my own car and am kind of weird about making sure our cars look nice; at least when its sunny for a week or two. Normally car washes miss spots and leave dirt streaks. The owners have solved this with pressurized soap wands and good old hands on work with even a dude up on a ladder scrubbing the roof. After only a 5 min wait my infinity was being hand dried and they even used a solvent for free to remove some sap from Tahoe loving...out of there in 10 min for less than $15 was a sweet deal. I might even come back and let them do a full detail next time for around $30. Nice job to the whole crew and thanks for your professionalism and friendliness. See ya next time

Well, I had brought my Jeep there a while ago and they did a great job. So when I had my husbands excursion that badly needed a detail I thought Id bring it back for another wonderful job. I spoke with someone over the phone confirming a detail appointment and when I got there, another guy said that there werent enough people to perform the detail. Never mind that I was willing to wait and there were two cars ahead of me. Similar to previous reviews that I had a hard time believing due to my great past experience. I came prepared to spend 300+ for the detail and I had gotten cash and cookies to tip very generously since the excursion is so big. Bummer for them I was turned away.

They are very detailed oriented. Out of all the carwashes, this is my favorite. $24 to completely clean the inside and out.

After sitting in line for 10 min. They informed me I had mud on my truck and that I would need to go wash that off before they could wash my truck? This place is a joke. Never again will I go there. I could understand if it was an excessive amount but there was barely any.

Raintree does a great job for an extremely reasonable price. Only down side is it gets pretty busy on the weekends and you can get stuck waiting for over an hour.

They do a decent job but some times it hard to speak to the employees, most of them have a hard time with english.
