Very friendly, Courteous, an go out of their way to try and make the best experience possible. The hours of operation are a bit tight, but after learning its only temporary I have no problem with it. Great Service, and they always makes sure the haircut is exactly how you want it all while you get to enjoy watching sports. Would reccomend to anyone and everyone!

I would rate this place even less if possible. The staff are very disrespectful with their customers schedule. They dont take appointments and they force their customers to sign up on their online waitlist which is a joke. Even after reserving your spot online, a one minute wait can turn to ninety minutes by the time you come to the store.This is an iconic example of a business that doesnt care about customer service. Instead it only values profits gained by packing more people than it can accommodate in its tiny shops.

I went this morning before they were booked for the day. Ashley cut my hair for the second time. She is awesome. Very friendly, does a great job with my haircut. Just a very pleasant experience. I will say, I have others cut my hair here and they are all amazing. Highest recommendation for this business. It is also spotlessly clean. Great job to all

The girls working there were very personable and welcoming. No wait for the haircut. I was hesitant to try because the Concord location was pretty dirty (a few years ago) but the Petaluma one was very clean.

Ashley did a great job cutting my hair. She was efficient and careful and asked about my comfort and her cutting my hair every step of the way.

Good service at a price. I have been coming here since they opened. I always do the MVP. I just wish that they could keep staff longer then a month and I would like to see the prices posted. It is a shock for people coming here for the first time and expecting super cut prices then getting charged 3 times as much. I have witnessed this.It had been over a year since I wrote my first review. (above) I still go here every 5 week. Im glad that many changes have been made. All prices have been posted and service is great. Staff is friendly.

I took my teenage son to get his hair cut and they did a great job. His hair had really grown out in the last several months so he decided to change up his hairstyle. The stylist was friendly and patient as he explained what he wanted. His hair looks great!!!

Getting my hair cut has always got to happen on a weekend due to my hectic Monday-Friday schedule. Problem is I’m also a sports fanatic and want to watch all my sports on the weekends. Sport clips was literally the solution to my problem! Now I can watch my games without missing a snap and keep my hair looking sharp! Thanks sports clips!!!!

Well done haircuts and their open late. While most barbers close at four or five pm, this place is open until seven. Making it possible to get a haircut after work instead of rushing on lunch or using your day off. Game changer. Specialty shop quality at chain prices. My primary fall back when I cant get to a specialty shop, and I very often cant.

It was one hour to wait because one of the girls didn’t show up Donely person that was there was Nina . When she asked me how I wanted my haircut I told her that I have curly hair and do not cut it short because it will stick up all over and the longer my hair is the better it is specially when I wake up in the morning to go run every day. She started to cut my hair and all of a sudden I’m looking in there’s like 2 to 3 inches of hair falling on the floor she takes one cat and she saw that that curl was sticking out about 2 inches from the side of my head I you’re cutting my hair is too short she goes well it will grow back that’s easy to say I will never ever walk in your business again this happened to me twice!!!!

Easily the worst place. The wait time is infinite on the weekends. No point in checking in online as it gives no guarantee. Might as well stop in. Hair cuts seem to last forever. Dont expect getting a haircut in less than an hour of checking in.

I came into and waited 3 minutes before they knew I was here. Since I was a new coustomer had to answer many questions on a touch pad including phone # and name as well as e-mail address.The girl was very friendly, but asked what king of cut I wanted. I said take the bulk out of the side of my head five times! after the cut that wasnt, I was sent to another chair for a shampoo and massage. She asked me if I wanted any hair product in my hair I said no thank you, after that was asked if I wanted something to hold my hair down Since I was a senior and expected to pay 22.00, they gave me a first timer price of 25.00. Again I just came in for a haircut. Wanting to pay I had to answer again including a tip for the cut starting at 10.00. Looks like I will go back to my regular barber If you dont want to explain that you wanted a haircut,and go thru with all the questions then this is the place to go.. IF YOU WENT IN TO BUY A NEW CAR AND THE SALESMAN ASKED IF YOU WANTED A STEERING WHEEL. thats what it felt like getting a haircut
