Always clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Crowd sizes arent too bad. My favorite location.

I workout almost everyday and has been a great social event. People are pretty respectful wearing mask when going in and out and moving from machine to machine. I personally wear my mask during whole workout...Machines are very clean and want to give a Shout Out to PF employees cleaning them in addition to members cleaning before and after

Some of the staff is great however they need training on confronting customers that do not follow the guidelines. I go there almost every night and there are people walking around without wearing a mask and not following the planet fitness guidelines. I reported these people to staff but nothing has happened besides me getting upset. Phil, the first shift manager responded to my complaint like there is something wrong with me. Currently, I am waiting a call back from Wood County Health Department.

I havent been there yet, but seriously considering buying a membership since their are plenty of reviews stating there are some not wearing masks! People need to throw their damn televisions out and stop spewing propaganda!

Disgusting tanning beds. Im trying to share a picture with my review, there was black hairs, sweat marks, lint all in the air vents...so gross.

Noticed a lot of people not abiding by mask mandate, including groups of people talking without properly sporting face coverings in high traffic walkways. Wear your mask signs can be found near entrance but are probably not as prevalent as they should be.

Its a clean and friendly place to work out

For some reason, I always had reservations about Planet Fitness, thinking it a lesser gym option. However, having finally experienced it myself - its much better than expected. The equipment is all really well maintained, there are tons of options and different zones for different workout types, and if you know your general workout plan, you can implement it easily. I still enjoy classes, so waiting to see if Ill remain motivated without that option, but this was a pleasant surprise.

Place is well stocked, half machines are marked unavailable to observe social distances, lots of cleaning supplies, crew walks around often cleaning as well. By far one of my favorite gyms.

Judgment Free workouts, lots of equipment, sanitation stations close to equipment stations. Always friendly staff.

Jessica was such a nice trainer very helpful and informative.

While I understand we need to social distance.. the signs should say that and there should be an exepction if your a work out partner. Me and my gf work out together. We want to be next to eachother on machines.

Had a horrible experience at that club, its harder to get out of that GYM MEMBERSHIP THAN TO GET A DIVORCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the people who work there are super deceiving and not trustworthy they will ask for your bank info and just take out more your money each month with no explanations, or say we changed our policy.

Great gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep bathrooms clean and actually maintain machines. The one thing disappointing about this location is the fact that the WiFi only works half the time.

Great gym if youre not trying to beefcake it up. Membership price is cheap for the basic and reasonable for the upgraded one that gives you acces to tanning and massages and some other perks. Overall a laid back place with a lot of equipment and options for classes.

Buyer beware.... Cancelled my membership 1 DAY after the annual charge posted to my account... Refuse to refund the money... so paying for an entire year even though i cancelled on the 1st day... They make it nearly hard for you to cancel, so they can scam you for more money. id understand if had been a month or more... but 1 day... Find a another gym! -EDIT: Non supportive response from Owner - Passing the buck back to manager who refused to help. So much for my hard earned money - Company has it and doesnt care.

Always clean. Staffs on point most of the time. Even when its packed its not too difficult to get a good workout in.

Great gym! They keep it very clean. The staff is friendly. They have a wide selection of machines to use. The hydro beds are a nice relaxation afterwards. The setup is nice. The prices are affordable. I enjoy the no critics feel of the place.

All I want to do is grunt. Is that too much to ask for?! Parking does get crowded and to be a bit much. Lots of temptation with pizza places, ice cream bars and other yummy restaurants in close proximity to destroy any progress made at the gym. Not really a fan.

I spent an entire week working out early in the morning with a TV locked on an infomercial that played for a couple hours, advertising XXX toys and other objects. In disbelief that it was not corrected and hearing other members complain I finally complained. I was told it cannot be changed. Four days later it was finally changed. Whatever water under the bridge. Until, I came in the other day during my normal work out time and a MALE employee was in the FEMALE restroom taking a NUMBER 2. I hate this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. DONE.

Love how big the place is. But,how cold it is in there makes it hard to get a good sweat going for myself. Maybe they need a little cool down area with cool mist blowing,etc. Also,they need better leg press machines. Just some of my thoughts!

Its okay... They do have convenient locations and quite a bit of equipment. Ive been a member of other gyms and this one feels very controlling :/ Ive only visited twice in the past 2 days. Biggest downfall = their rules are very strict (absolutely no grunting and others that seem strict). Im not advocating for over exaggerating, but when you are trying to break an old plateau, sometimes you may make a noise or two.

Limited free weights, but lots of machines and cardio equipment. Equipment is pretty new and will maintained. They also keep the facilities very clean. I use it because it is open 24 hours.

I like the location, but sad part is all built with not only out of town contractors but out of state! Northwest Ohio has great contractors who HIRE LOCAL PEOPLE. Imagine that, people who pay to use this place cant earn where they live. Pf doesnt believe in local labor. But willing to take their $$$. Sad.

Facilities-wise, this gym is very nice (for a Planet Fitness). It is the only location I have been to that has the Core Training room with the TRX structure. The place is large and clean and I have had good workouts the few times I have been there. What made one of my experiences a little sour was the young, brown-haired manager. She was incredibly rude. I was visiting from a different location and my mom is a primary member at Perrysburg. I did not have a photo on file, so the manager wouldnt let me work out unless I grabbed my ID from my car. I didnt mind that so much (even though I look just like my mom and we have the same last name), but when I came back inside she asked me why I didnt have a photo yet, in a very snippy voice. Why is it my fault that my home gym has not requested my photo yet? Its not like I refused to take one! The next time I visited, I made sure to avoid her. Very unprofessional!

A great place to develop a new routine. They have plenty of assistance available, but they will also leave you alone of you prefer.

Great place, friendly environment

I canceled my membership back in March of 2018. I wake up this morning and looked at my bank account and they charged my bank account $1.08 because they over refunded me LAST OCTOBER of 2017 when they charged me twice because I switched gym locations. So it took them a year to see that. Was the $1.08 worth it?! This gym is nothing but a scam. I’m not even a member anymore and they charged my account without my permission. Disgusted.

A very clean gym with working equipment. Very reasonably priced. Only lacks heavy dumbbells and free weight barbells.

Nice and clean. Only down side is it can get real busy. Just learn to adapt schedule or your workout. Staff is nice, always saying goodbye when I am leaving.

Came into town late for work, around 3am. I have a Tivity Prime Health membership through my health insurance which provides me access to most gyms, including Planet Fitness. The desk attendant (bald guy with glasses) at the Perrysburg, Oh location was entirely clueless regarding this program. He made no effort to look into it or provide any measure of customer service. He said I need to speak to a manager and that there are none on 3rd shift and told me I needed to pay for access (I already pay for the Tivity membership). To sum it up, bc the desk attendant was unwilling or unable to do his job, I was majorly inconvenienced. This is one or the many reasons why if folks have options they avoid PF. Incompetence, ineptitude, indifference.

Planet fitness is probably the best gym value available in the Toledo area

Belonged to a couple other Planet Fitnesses before. Only thing lacking is benches for presses. Usually end up on a smith machine. Other than that, good place for an affordable workout.

The person at the front desk had trouble making eye contact with me and seemed disinterested in customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day but I have bad days too and at least look at clients.I was surprised when I saw the trainer. Ive always thought that trainers need to be an advertisement for their services. It wasnt a good advertisement.
