My customers are very pleased with their package because everything in the was intact. I decided to stay to help with my package due to long and of course it was lunch hour so everyone was using that time to drop off their package. But the Lady insisted that Kris was coming in shortly to start the packaging. I had 6 different places and 3 of them got their package with no fault on it and hopping the other 3 will arrive safely. Thanks to you Kris and your team. This location has been my forever one

......This is the worst UPS store that I have ever used......the 1 star negative reviews are very true and accurate......Most of the 1 star reviewers have very legitimate complaints about the owners of this store, and I will state that instead of improving their substandard service, the owner/owners of this UPS store will blame customers, as you can clearly see this in their arrogant responses.....This store should be shut down........And I would not recommend anyone use this UPS store.

Packages take longer than acceptable to get shipped back. The last package I dropped off in February never left their store (always ask for a receipt because of this!); I tried contacting the store on multiple occasions and never got through - left multiple messages with tracking number and contact information for them to call back only to never receive a call. I contacted UPS customer service directly and there was “nothing they could do about it” so I never received my refund because the item was never returned.If you need to return Amazon items, always use Kohl’s or another UPS location - would not recommend this store.

I’ve shipped with UPS at this store for a long time and I have never had any issues. Free packaging tape was provided ( in some store they charged $2).

I dropped off two Best Buy return packages on the 12th of February and the next day I checked the status of both packages on the Best Buy website, one was marked shipped and the other was not, and unfortunately the 12th was the last day it could be sent out in order to get my refund for the item. I have tried calling several times throughout the week and left a voicemail that was never returned. I am going to assume it was either stolen off the table or lost. I dont feel its right that I should have to pay $100 for an item that was no longer my responsibility once I dropped it off. I am very frustrated that no one will answer my calls and I dont believe I will be going back to this UPS store.

Hands down this is the best place to ship! I send out a lot of packages, often weirdly sized or hard to pack and they always figure it out. The team there is always professional, helpful, courteous, and great at problem solving (and saving $$).

Friendly Staff and Clean store. Woman named Chris is always working when I go in and she is super helpful. I cant tell you how many times Ive messed everything up from packaging/boxes to messing up shipping labels but she always fixes me up. I am thankful for the nice and very helpful service from this location. I used to use USPS for my eBay sales but theyre so slow and rude at all the local USPS so UPS has business from now on!

The two angels at the store this evening thank you. They went above and beyond to comfort my adult son with special needs. The kindness and fast service in helping us is sooooo appreciated. He walked out the door with a complete different attitude stated that was fun . I will definitely share my experience. Thanks again. I cryed all the way home from the kindness we received.

UPS is supposed to represent integrity and unmatched delivery service. Everything about this location, the route driver, and the freight center located within the surrounding area is the opposite. In the past, Ive had a package come up missing, and a package delivered open with slits. Now, to ice the cake, a representative called me and told me my latest one had a hazardous waste spill on it. When I explained all my frustrations with the customer service representative, she denied their fault in the situation. There is no accountability here at all. If I had a choice, I would not utilize UPS. I work in customer service, and I would never interact with a customer like that.

Very dishonest and disrespectful.

Even when the store was slammed with customers the staff were polite and patient. They were professional, even when a rude lady started coughing at them or the obnoxious old man that kept leaning past the counter to look at their screens. Great service when I got to the counter. Will go again.

This ups store was a disaster. Boxes were falling from stacks, other packages were being tossed around. We decided after watching the girl most likely break something from the customer before us that our packages would be going elsewhere. I would stay away from this ups store.

Good service when you’re in store but don’t even try calling, no one will answer. Kind of frustrating.In reply to the store’s reply to my review: I called at least 20 times over the course of two days. Multiple times every few hours. Never got a picked up call. Some times they seemed to pick up the phone, and hang it up. I would imagine there would be some times through the day that someone can answer a phone. I also never received a call back after I came in (drove 30 minutes after no one answered the phones) and she said she would look into my lost package and I never got a call.

Do I have to even give a star? How dare an employee give out a persons address to another, then have them come knocking at their door and make threats!! Isnt that illegal???? Dont use this store, very unprofessional!!

Walked in at 6:38pm 22 minutes before they close. I greeted them and they said nothing, the two ladies looked at each other and rolled their eyes. While the one older woman was helping us the other girl sat there cutting paper, giving us a dirty look. Rude! I’ll be going to Fedex from now on!

Do not have extended hours at Christmas time. Its the week for before Christmas and they close at 7pm?! Ill drive to another location that wants the business and understands that many people work odd hours.

Great service and attention to detail. I have shipped a mirrored cabinet to California, and an extremely fragile light fixture with very delicate glass light globes to Texas. Both items arrived in A-1 perfect condition. I couldnt believe they didnt break - anything fragile gets broke with UPS, but not when you use this store! You pay a bit extra to have it packed by them, but its done correctly and they truly care. Well done and thank you. I will always take my expensive, fragile items here to ship!

They always work with me to fit my crazy items in boxes. Very efficient and helpfuk.

So far always helpful, provide that last touch up of Packing Tape needed and make sure the label is exactly what I need and Im usually on my way in a couple minutes tops.

Busy little store but they take care of you.

Service/staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, totally patient with grouchy customers, store is always clean...feels like an old neighborhood store, a place where everybody knows your name, what you need, and provides it quickly and efficiently with friendliness!

I arrived 5 minutes after closing (thought for sure they were open later, especially so close to Christmas). Drove 30+ minutes to get there. They were right there, but wouldnt serve me. I was only dropping off 2 prepaid packages.
