We have been coming to Dr.Grewal for 10 years. Since my kids were toddlers . We have never had a bad experience here. She is patient, easy to understand and incredibly kind. The whole office is amazing. We have moved multiple times and still come to the office. It’s important to us that it’s a pleasant experience and we know what to expect . Would highly recommend!!

Been up for days and went to the ER the night before my appointment. Had a tooth with a slight chip that gave me a lot of pain. She wanted to pull it. Asked for a root canal She said ok. Then had another in the back she said needed to be pulled. I said I get a second opinion on that one so Id have the work done on the first tooth. She said I would need to reschedule with another doctor. Never got any work done and kicked me to the street. Dont waste your time with this witch doctor...Your job is to save teeth not pulling them

Wonderful dental hygienists! Very thorough on explaining proceedures and answering questions. Very knowledgeable.Female dentist, dont know her name because she didnt even introduce herself. In fact, said not one word to me at all. Bedside manner of a wet fish!!!

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience Ive ever had. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated like family. The staff is very welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the Doctor herself. I was educated thoroughly about my hygiene and what treatment I could get done — highly recommend!

This place doesn’t deserve a single ⭐️. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The dental hygienist were incredible. The doctor, I’m assuming Dr. Grewal was terrible and along with Tatum the receptionist. Dr. Grewal never once introduced herself to me.I went in for a broken tooth that was being pulled. During the extraction Dr. Grewal kept repeatedly asking me to open wider. My mouth is very small. The hygienist told her this. Dr. Grewal tore the side of my mouth open and left a ver visible and painful sore in the side of my mouth. During the extraction she left, actually walked away said nothing while I sat there bleeding with half my tooth out. She proceeded to see two other clients while I sat with blood pouring down my throat and face. Approximately 25-30mins. When she returned she said not one word to me. She proceeded to pull my tooth which exploded in my mouth. Once my tooth was out she said nothing and walked away. The hygienist cleaned me up. I ended up with an infection and dry socket. When I called the office I was told they were going to be out and couldn’t see me, but would call in an antibiotic. This was a Thursday. The antibiotic was never called in. I was seen in urgent care twice and put on two different antibiotics along with pain medication. On Monday I called the office and Tatum the receptionist lied about calling in the antibiotic. When Dr.Grewals office finally did call an antibiotic in, it was for one I’m allergic to. Below is a picture of one of the many shards of tooth still coming out from the extraction site. This piece inparticular was stuck in my gum and has left a hole. I’m two weeks post op and below on the gauze are more slivers of my tooth that was pulled that have come out of the extraction site. I’m finally getting some pain relief.

Needed a cavity filled, gave me a root canal instead, root canal caused an infection in my gums and I had to get 2 teeth pulled because of the infection. She has left me traumatized and every time I go to the dentist now I am always so scared.

I had tried scheduling a new patient appointment on three separate occasions, verified my appointment was good for the set date, and they canceled each time within less than 48 hours. I dont understand the issue but it is very unprofessional as these dates can take weeks to set up.

Dr.Grewal and her staff are Stellar!! It has taken a long time and quite a few dentists to find her. She is worth it!! The way she and her staff are with eachother is quite unique! They all honestly seem like they enjoy being there! I have never waited more than a minute or 2 between waiting room and chair. I could make an appointment during lunch and be confident I would make it back in time. They also always try to accommodate & get you in ASAP!! She lets you know exactly what things will cost before she does anything. If you cant afford it or you used up your annual insurance allotment they help you figure out something until you can without leaving you hang!! This office is a solid 15 out of 10!! Im really happy I found them!! My teenage daughter likes them too!! Thanks again for all your help Dr. Grewal & awesome staff!!

I had a root canal an crown done thereShe cut the crown down way too much when adjusting itInstead of redoing it she cut all of my teeth on my right side to matchthe crown. she did this without asking me which is a serious offenseAfter that I couldnt eat solid foods and had problems swallowing becauseshe cut my teeth so lowMy teeth are now permanently damaged because of herAlso she did a bad job on the root canal so it got reinfected and my toothhad to be pulledMy teeth are now permanently in terrible shape because of herI would never recommend you go to her.

The best dental care Ive ever had. Staff is very friendly from the check-in to oral hygenists and the doctor herself. We always have pleasant conversation during my cleanings, and give me specific advice regarding my dental care. If I could Id only go here from now on

I am a satisfied and happy client of Dr. Rimple Grewal and her team of associates. The moment you enter the office you are pleasantly greeted. The comfortable atmosphere continues through to checkout completion when your appointment has ended. I have been a highly satisfied patient of Dr. Grewal’s for a number of years for general dental needs as well as crowns, fillings and most recently Clear Correct trays to correct my crooked teeth that moved a bit from my braces journey back in my younger days. After two years of Clear Correct trays, my 61 year old smile is beaming! Dr. Grewal and staff are A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend. Conveniently located by shopping area near Churchill’s and Costco in Perrysburg (close to major roads and highways).

Ended up getting a tooth pulled here. Took her 15-20 minutes to a pull a single tooth. She pulled and created deep pressure pulling my tooth that’s not “Worth saving” or covered for that mattered and it came out in tiny pieces and she cut my mouth from prying down so hard. I had a scab on the right side of my mouth for a week and inside my mouth was a deep sore created from the pressure. I left in extreme pain and on top of all of this she filled cavity’s during this procedure which wasn’t my plan and got curved into doing.I wouldn’t recommend this dr to anyone needing real dental work or anyone that has insurance.

After disappointing and painful experiences at an out-of-town doc who promised no pain (not) and spa-like atmosphere (not), Dr. Grewal and her capable assistants replaced my old silver filling in less than 45 minutes. The newly filled white tooth transformed my appearance. Other doc would not even attempt it! Thanks, Dr. G, you are awesome!!!

My experience: Before going - never had a cavity in my life. After first visit You have 15 cavities. So I trust the Doctor and get them filled. Now I have had tooth pain when chewing for a whole year - after 7 bite adjustments here I gave up and just waited to find a new dentist once my insurance would cover X Rays again. Went to new dentist. The doctors words were These fillings are terrible. I probably only needed one or two of the fillings I received at this practice, and all of them were overlarge, erratic, and terrible. I am now going back into my new dentist to get the fillings smoothed out and fixed. The people at Grewal are nice enough, the expertise just isnt there.ALSO - Please check the other reviewers before accepting a 5 star review of this location. All of the 5 star reviewers have only one review, and it is of this location. Myself and the other more critical reviewers have all submitted multiple reviews at different locations, questioning the credibility of those 5 star reviews.

Great experience. I was initially concerned about past reviews but really wanted to try a dentist in Perrysburg. So glad I did because this office and dentist is great. Ive had one cavity fixed and yes it was a real cavity. Dr. Grewal showed me a picture of the spot and it was clear that it was needed. I also had a chipped tooth filled and she made it look very nice. I really appreciate they fit me in their schedule right away.

How often do you hear someone say they like going to see their dentist? Well from me all the time. Dr. Grewal and her staff are wonderful people. Always very friendly and professional. I was referred to Dr. Grewal and Im very glad that I chose to see her. They make sure you are comfortable and are always willing to talk and answer any questions you may have. I felt nervous about going to see her on my first visit, but after a couple of minutes I felt like I was a long time patient. I typically do not complete reviews, but I feel this needs to be said because i need to protect other people from the FRAUD of this dental practice. I am new to the area and just moved here from Columbus, where I had the same dentist my whole life. Throughout my lifetime I have only had one cavity. I had my first appointment on Tuesday for a cleaning and Dr. Grewal informed me that I had four cavities that needed filled. When I went to the appointment I had no tooth pain and when I left my mouth was in so much pain when eating and was sensitive to cold which I had never experienced prior to going for the cleaning. I was very concerned as I had just had a cleaning and x-rays 6 months ago from my previous dentist who told me he had no concerns and nothing that even seemed to be close to a cavity. I went home and read the other reviews from previous patients of Dr. Grewals. I was appalled because so many people have had a similar experience that I had. I immediately scheduled an exam at another dentist for a second opinion. I went to the other dentist today and they confirmed my suspicions. I HAVE ONLY ONE CAVITY, not four. This dental practice and Dr. Grewal are taking advantage of people and it HAS TO STOP. I recommend you only go to this dental practice if you want to be ripped off/lied to and/or enjoy having unnecessary dental work done. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Ohio Dental Board.

I have been been visiting Dr Grewal for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism. I needed new crowns and have been very happy with the quality of my procedure. Her staff is extremely helpful and courteous and have always accomodated me during my days off.

I went to Dr. Grewals office after MANY years of not seeing a dentist. Luckily, I didnt have many problems as far as cavities or other tooth decay issues, but I did need a pretty extensive cleaning and some periodontal care, and had to go back after the cleaning to have some old fillings replaced. I find that they are very concerned about keeping you as comfortable as possible. My hygienist offered to numb me during the deeper parts of the cleaning (which I didnt need) and when I had my fillings replaced they had a tough time getting my bottom teeth numb and were very good about giving more medication and giving it time to work before continuing. Also, they are very good about checking on the insurance coverage so I know approximately what my financial responsibility will be. Long story short, Ive never been fearful of the dentist, but I was a little nervous because it had been so long. Overall, every appointment has been as good as can be expected, considering its still a trip to the dentist! :)

This was the worst dental experience of my life! Grewal has no compassion and does not convey pertinent information, and then scolds you continuously for not having read her mind to know what she wanted you to do. Go anywhere else if you do not want to hate the dentist even more.

I had a bad experience here for my first (& only) visit. It started with (a lot of) curse words on the music playing in the lobby, which was so odd/funny at a dentists office that it made me wonder if I was on candid camera! I alerted the office staff and apparently their Pandora had been playing- ha! For my cleaning, I liked my hygienist, but the dentist left me feeling like I wasnt sure about her skills. Questions I had about a cavity needing filled werent answered well, & I got an uneasy feeling. I cancelled my next appt & went back to my favorite dentist who is out of network for us. Paying more is worth knowing I can trust the dentist.

They are professional and provide excellent service. There staff is very friendly and informative. I had no pain during any of the procedures I had dpne.

We were looking for a dentist closer in our area abs tried Grewels, and had an awful experience. Everybody was friendly, but the doctor. She was rough in my mouth, with the tools; I honestly was scared she was going to crack a tooth. She also proceeded to say I had 7 cavities. I have had 2 cavities in my life. There was no way I had 7 develop between this and my last appointment, 6 months prior.My siblings and mom reported the same thing too. The doctor was rough, and reported each had 5+ cavities that needed to be filled.Furthermore, they authorized a procedure without consent from my mom, which was not covered in our insurance. They ended up billing her an extra $700 out of pocket.Just a terrible experience overall. We most certainly be making the trip to return to our previous dentist.

I had an issue after having a tooth removed several years ago at an oral surgeons office. I was out of town on business recently and had a dentist there take x-rays and look at it. They suggested that the gumline be cut and the jawbone filed down. I decided to wait until I got home to go to my family dentist, Grewal dental care. After being seen, she suggested I wait another week or two to see if the pain subsided. This pain has come and gone for several weeks and worsened over the past few days so I decided to go in and have it done today. In my lifetime, I have been no stranger to Dentists. I have had procedures from extraction, to root canals, so this didnt seem like it would be too bad. After she filed down the bone, her solution to my pain was Motrin. I understand there is a current drug problem in America but when I asked for just a two or three day supply of a pain reliever stronger than Motrin, they refused. I later called after the proceedure and expressed that I am familiar with dental pain and would appreciate something more than Motrin. They talked to the dentist and prescribed me 3 pills of Tylenol 3. I wasnt asking for a month or week supply of painkillers but to be given 3 pills is absurd. Its actually downright inhumane. My children and wife will never return to this practice.

Found Dr. Grewal by walk in. Just moved from Arkansas a few months back. She confirmed that I needed the same work(a few fillings replaced and a crown)that a different dentist (in a different state!) had told me I would need soon shortly before our military move to Ohio. I thought the cleaning I had was great,best one in years,and that is saying something because I have seen all of dentists(and hygienists) in alot of states. The staff was friendly and patient with myself and all 4 of my children. I got my fillings replaced two days ago and feel great, no pain or discomfort at all.Plus,my teeth look whiter since she got rid of the metal fillings and went with the tooth colored resin. I dont usually bother with reviews, but it usually takes me a while to find a dentist,doctor and hairstylist when we move and I am excited to have all three of these important people checked off (at least for the next several years until we move again)already. Went in for a routine check up and seeking a new dentist. Was stupid enough to trust her when she said I had FIVE cavities despite having no pain. After she drilled and filled, I was left with nothing BUT pain!! Seeking another dentist just to fix the mess she left me in. Might even consider a law suit depending on what this one can tell me.
