As a single elderly disabled person it’s easy to be a target of unkind people. Madeline and her crew are my Avengers. They care deeply for their residents. The atmosphere is calm and serene. Maintenance is the best I’ve seen. If your looking for a place to call home this is it. You will feel safe and appreciated.

Great value. No issues with management or maintenance. A bit older, but everything works well, and depending on which unit you get, tons of amazing afternoon light that makes everything fresh and inviting, with relaxing views of the grounds or lake. Well maintained and regular landscaping and snow removal. Theres a gym, with equipment updated in the last year, and a small pool although never used it personally.

What a shame that they just throw out warnings and write ups to people without following up and getting both sides to the story. It was a great experience until management changed. Communication goes one way and notes left on doors. Our dishwasher has been acting up for a year after telling the office nothing was done. What a shame it is a really nice area. We lived there 1year and a half with no issues. Then new management took over and we got in trouble for other peoples dog poop, a temporary apartment below us reported my husband for abuse...instead of talking to us (we have a 2yearold and a 6 year old) my husband was NOT throwing me around the apartment, and then icing on the cake...a late rent notice on December 1st when rent is due the 5th.

We really enjoyed living at the Lakes at Woodmont! We had a ground floor one bedroom, with nice lake views. We were also close to the leasing office, gym and trash so we didn’t have to go far for everything we needed. Madaline and the office and maintenance staff were always so nice and accommodating to us with whatever we needed! We bought a house so we moved out but we gladly would’ve lived there for far longer!

Quick to take 100$ non refundable application fee than deny you and leave you out 100$.In response to owner, we were not told the minimum criteria to be approved for the property.

The property is always clean, and the staff is very professional. Amazing views of the lake!!!!

Nice. My girlfriend likes it very much. Clean and area ponds and landscaping is well taken care of. And parking organized for the visitors.

Nice neighbors and employees, safe feeling when walking around the neighborhood, dogs and cats are allowed, beautiful views.
