I think ur best bet is to go in person and actually talk to them because it is true they are busy dealing with new applicants all the time, each time i went in person they helped me and got me to work right away thank u partners personnel

The receptionist and whoever else answers the phones are terrible at communicating. They give you the excuse that they’re unbelievably busy (my mom had been calling for over 2 weeks). Every work environment is experiencing being understaffed. But that also does not mean you have to be rude to people. Do your best. Answer each call the best you can and remember to breathe. I really hope the receptionist we spoke with has time to reflect on how she speaks to people.

My First Opinion on P.P in Perris was that they were Very Responsive to the People interested in Seeking Work. I asked about the position that was posted online and they were very Detailed on what the customer is looking for and requirements for that Position . They were very detailed on there Application Process and how to Proceed with the Desired Position . I was working with them not to far back and what puzzled me was that they called me 10 minutes after my ⏰ out from the lowes distribution center and said my assignment has ended keep in mind there reason was because of my performance which was a lie first and for most second of all I went into the branch the next day and spoke to the lady there Olga and asked her what that was all about and she said she would let into it and call me back and well sesne then never got a call back and she also set me up for NFI a company and well she never replied back so ya not to good for the company keep to your word thank you.

My boyfriend works for this staffing agency and has been trying to set up direct deposit for 5 weeks straight. Each week the front desk staff has either “forgotten” to input the paper work or has input his information incorrectly. The incompetence of this agency’s staff is beyond comprehension. It bewildering to try to justify how such a simple task for these people can go incomplete for so long. The only reason they got around to submitting the paper work last week was because my boyfriend said he would stay in the office until it was done. Today, a Friday, which is the day he should be getting paid - he was informed that they input the information wrong and would he have to wait for his bank to reject the deposit. The soonest he can pick up a check is Monday. He works graveyard hours so waking up to pick up his check during normal business hours is extremely inconvenient. Every week we think, surely the lights will turn on upstairs for these front desk ladies... but once again we remind ourselves our expectations are way too high.

Where do I start????? First I spoke with Olga over the phone.... She was very helpful to me..... Ive had many phone interviews..... Sometimes you feel like you cant really connect with a person via phone.... Well Olga made me feel comfortable.... I am so happy I pick up the phone ( I normally dont pick phone numbers I dont recognize lol) Then I came into the Perris location for my face to face interview.... I was happly greeted by Jackie and Olga.... I already felt comfortable with the staff there..... I had a meeting with MR Garcia......He greeted very warmly...once again made me feel comfortable.... The interview was great.... He asked tough questions and I was ready for great answers... After speaking with Garica for a few minutes instantly know he was a strong leader..... My assignment is very Lowes DC in the city of Perris. I am so happy to be with partners.... Its a second to none staffing agency..... Many of my friends have been hired by partners.... They love it..... Partners is great Lowes is great..... I hope to be with partners and the Perris branch for a long time 😁
