I really enjoy going with Maria she is great she knows what she does with hair! I followed her from her previous location she is nice and very detailed at what you need done! All the ladies here are nice but I have only gone with Maria! Today I took my daughter to get her two color and she did amazing job! My daughter is happy with her hair color!

Called yesterday and booked appointment for today and they have 2 others waiting for same time and lady is still doing her previous customer told me I wasnt even scheduled for appointment!!! Good luck at this place

Dianne did an great job and this is in no way a refection on her. !!!WARNING!!! This business charges a 3.95 sanitation fee with your haircut, effectively this is 22% increase on the advertised adult cut (which is high to begin with) and is advertised nowhere, the stylists dont even tell you about it until you are at the register paying. I dont blame them however because I would have gotten my haircut elsewhere had I known. $22.00 is absurd for a mens haircut and I will not be going here again due to poor business practices!!!!

Stylist was kind. But a 3.95 sanitization charge on a 10 minute haircut? No warning,, no posted signs.. From another retail business owner, this is disgusting. Way to take advantage of the times. Terrible ideology as a way to make up profits. Covid has hurt, but dont slide charges in, in that manner please.

I took my child to get a simple trim. The woman who cut our hair, Olga, was rushed and rude. This place charges $3.95 for a sanitation fee. Why are you charging for something you should be doing anyway? $20 for a 5 minute hair cut is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using cost cutters again.

Been going to my Peoria location for almost a year. Great haircut everytime. Very friendly and accommodating. Would be 5 stars, but they did raise their prices. I guess you cant blame them with the current Covid situation.

Had a haircut...and when I paid they charged a surcharge for cleaning for covid...$3.95. I was not pleased. I should have been told up front and it should be on their website. Will not be returning.

I took my 3 girls and husband here. My 2 year old daughter had never gotten a hair cut before and i was super excited to have her hair cut for the first time. Her hair is super short and curly. But i wanted it trimmed and help to figure out what we could do with it. I was seeking professional help since we were at a salon so to speak. The lady that was there that chose to help us was for the lack of better words rude. She seemed upset we were having all 4 of my group except for myself get hair cuts. She took my middle child first who is 8 and said that she trimmed it and showed me a chunk missing from the front and said she couldnt do much. Then took my 2 year old who mind you cant sit still very well, because shes 2. She got agrivated that she wouldnt hold her head straight. She complained about how bad her hair was and she didnt knkw what to do for her hair because it was so curly. Then my 12 year old went and she got mad at my daughter for taking her phone out and using it while she was cutting. Then my husband, she began to argue with him about what number to use on him to shave his head when he told her several times what he normally has done. She lacked customer service and chair side mannor and no personality at all. I will never go back. All this was for was trims for my girls. And the first time experience for my 2 year old should have been better. I do not recommend this place. Im sure the other girls there would have been better.

I will never go here again. Well call her ulga who attempted to cut my hair but sat there complaining about the tangles at the ends of my hair, told me how bad My hair was, laughed when I told her What I wanted which made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. I learned exactly what style I wanted from an actual hair salon. (Which I should have stuck to) I was so mad with her lack of customer service that I got up not even half way through the cut (and her ripping my hair out brushing it with a comb!) And told her forget it, that Id pay but Im NOT going to sit there and put up with her complaining and walked out!
