They did over 2,000 school envelope fundraiser packets for us and they turned out perfect!! They were done early and the communication about when they would be done was amazing... Will use them again.

I went in today (Wed before Thanksgiving) not realizing they are also closed Black Friday needing labels printed for my business because of an event I have Saturday! Not only did they get everything done same day, but there was an issue with some of the labels I brought in so she presented me with a plan B and used their sticker paper to get me through my event until I get different labels! Literally, Brittany is a miracle worker and a saint!

We’ve been using PIP more and more recently, and this month they took on our Private Sale mailer. Unfortunately, on a portion of our Peoria list they sent the wrong flyer, one that said the sale was in Normal and had the wrong dates! Not a good thing to find out right before a big event. But here is how they handled it: within 24 hours they had a plan in place to send out another mailer, to the entire list, (totally on their dime) correcting the problem. How many companies will lose that much money on a project just because it’s the right thing to do? Due to their quick response our event turned out great despite the error. Sherman’s isn’t perfect either, but Shane and I clearly agree on the importance of fixing mistakes quickly, thoroughly and without complaint!
