Came in for a dress with no idea what I would look best in or what would fit my body style. The ladies in this store went above and beyond to make every step of the process so easy and so welcoming! Nia and Tori helped me the first night and made me feel so special and adored in my dress. Mia the manager is SO SO sweet in ensuring everything went so smoothly and asked me tons of questions to help me that much more. Taylor helped me with trying on dresses the second time to ensure I wanted to one I chose and was so sweet to let me do a personalized message before doing the bell ringing ceremony to show I had chosen the one. I walked in and seen Bethany, as the bride’s mother, knew right away she would be perfect to help my daughter!!! I asked if she could help her. She had come in early. So she was available. She was PERFECT! She had the same type of personality as my beautiful daughter. I had already ordered a dress online from somewhere else. Thanks to Bethany my baby girl fell in love with that dress!! Magical place to get my family wedding dresses!! staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our requests, we signed in and we got a discount for future purchases.We made an appointment and that made our visit smoother, since they were waiting for the dresses we asked for. Plenty of dressing rooms and wedding materials to choose from. We had a great experience here, and will be back for more.!

Today I went into David’s bridal looking for a wedding dress, I’ll have to admit that I was nervous because there are several unpleasant reviews of this store but I’m so glad I went! I had Bethany as my consultant and she was amazing!! I came in not knowing what I liked or even what I didn’t like, I also didn’t even know my dress size! Bethany from the start was very friendly and personable. She never made me feel rushed or that she’d rather be doing something else. I tried on several dresses and throughout the whole process I thought I was more interested in the tighter fitting dresses but last minute I tried on a more “flowy” dress and fell in love! She was never pushy and her humor matched mine. Overall Bethany was a pleasure to work with and she definitely made my experience a very happy one!

Excellent experience at David’s Bridal, this is my 3rd dress that I have purchased! The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. It felt like they were truly celebrating with us! Our stylist was full of amazing suggestions and we walked away so happy with our purchase.

The people at this Davids Bridal are so nice! While I did make an appointment there to try on dresses, and didnt actually end up getting my dress there, I did end up going back several times after to look for things I needed, and ultimately ended up getting my shoes, jewelry, and veil there. I also found some adorable robes for my bridesmaids. The girls were so nice every time I just popped in without an appointment hoping to look at accessories. They helped me find what I needed, even when it was out of stock and would order it for me. Even if you dont end up getting your dress from a Davids Bridal, definitely keep them in mind for all the other things you will need!

From the moment I walked in everyone was very attentive and genuine. My stylist Kennedy was great. Even tho I have grandchildren her age she had great ideas. I had a wonderful experience at Davids Bridal in Peoria. I took my two granddaughters, ages 9 and 5, for a junior bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress. If I had gotten all my bridesmaids in at the same time I probably would have rated a 5star review. All my girls couldnt go at the same time so 2 of my six beautiful ladies had to meet me at Davids Bridal on a separate occasion. As my second visit to this store I had an expectation of getting the same wonderful experience from the first time, that is not what we ended up getting. Upon walking in they asked what we were there for. Explaining that I am a Diamond bride and my girls were loaded under my profile we were there to get sized and try on the style dress from the first visit. The consultant looked up the information measured my bridesmaid and allowed her to try it on. My friend decided to go one size smaller as she is dieting. The consultants response was that size wont fit you with a snotty attitude making my bridesmaid feel uncomfortable. I thought maybe the consultant had a bad day and we left somewhat miffed not even being thanked for our business. That brings me to today, meeting up with my final girl to try on her dress. Upon waking in there was no greeting other than do you have an appointment...I looked around the store had no customers and I was approached by someone who brought us to the register right away. We walked over there and she asked me the style number to the dress. I explained I am not sure as they have looked it up under my number in the past. My bridesmaid looked at me and said can I try it on first. The consultant was so inconvenienced by her request instead of measuring her she just asked her pant size. She was offered to try on another style since that one was not in stock. We were taken to try it on where the consultant hovered over us with a very stand offish attitude. Once my friend came out with the dress on she said great it fits I will meet you at the register. I have never felt so rushed in a store that literally had no other patrons. Upon paying and leaving I said thank you and nobody thanked me or my lovely bridesmaid for our business. In todays world where so many Business are failing to get back on their feet its unacceptable to treat your customers like this. If ever in the future there is a need for a formal gown this will not be the place I chose to give my business to not will I ever recommend someone to do business here.

Jannia was amazing with helping getting my bridesmaids all their dresses! I did four stars not because of Jannia but my wedding is in December and a bunch of dresses were not going to come in a time. So David’s bridal should work on getting dresses in quicker and not four months out.

Davids Bridal is a joke. First we were going to go with a certain dress to find out they wouldnt have that and went with a different style they would have when we went to order it they told us they wouldnt arrive in time. So we went to the internet negate theyre reliable but still needed measurements so we called Davids Bridal to see if they would do it for us even if were ordering elsewhere and they said yes. We drove 30 minutes there and they tell us they cant. This company is awful and their word means nothing. I recommend ordering online if possible. Half the price and 100% less hassle. This is why the internet is killing brick and mortar stores...

Great location! Made an appointment a week before searching for a wedding dress. I was greeted upon entry warmly, our sales associate was kind, listened to what I was wanting & gave some great recommendations! She was good about paying attention to my budget as well so to not bring me any dresses she knew I couldn’t afford. I was treated kindly and they didn’t mind that I brought my kids. They even gave them bells to keep them distracted while I tried on gowns.She let me try on as many as I wanted. Never rushed me once through the entire process (website said they only do appointments for an hour but I was there probably 2.5 hours.)I am the most indecisive person & she really made me comfortable & enjoy the process of finding a dress without becoming overwhelmed.My only caveat is that all of their try on dresses were huge and I had to be clipped like crazy to even see the shape of some of the dresses that I was trying on. Still giving them 5 stars simply because of the stylist that I had. She was a rockstar.My dress will be ready in June to pick up which I am more than excited to see it & try it on in my size. I will definitely leave another review once I go back for alterations; however, this first experience was overall really amazing!

I went in by myself (wanted it that way) and the employees were all so sweet and supportive. When I found my dress, my stylist Trinity, had already had a veil waiting for me to pair with my dress & it was perfect. I got a bit emotional, but she just laughed with me, and just made my experience THAT much sweeter. This group of employees is wonderful!! Maria and Amalia took this kind of frumpy dress with possibilities and turned it into my dream dress. I am 71 and this is my first marriage and thanks to these lovely ladies I have the perfect dress. I was treated with such thoughtfulness and car. Maria extended the sleeves perfectly. Amalia took the beads from the bodice and added them to the sleeves. They are both so very creative. I am over the moon with happiness.

Lauren was a great help.From 5 stars to 1 star:Had dress taken in and straps put on at davids bridal. Paid rush fee to get it done in a month. Both straps came unsewn or ripped. Had to be hand sewn moments before ceremony.If I can save one person the horror of dealing whith them, this review will have done its purpose.IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT!SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Me and the bride went in to check out brides maids dresses. Customer service was awful. They did not talk talk to us or ask if we needed help. So we started to look on our own. Then one of the girls starting following us around. Weird. I work in the wedding industry. This is not the way to treat clients. Customer service is key. You never know who you are helping so treat your customers with respect and dignity.

The stylist was very sweet and helpful. But I’m petite and there was nothing below a size 6 or so in store. The only thing close to my size was a returned dress. There are no mirrors in the dressing room, so my entourage saw my dress before I did. And I was kinda lost until I picked out a few dresses for myself and went to try them on. It wasn’t much of a special experience, if that’s what you’re looking for. However I did choose a dress and will need it to be altered. Price wise, there were a ton of cheap dresses. Hoping alterations won’t kill my budget.

I will recommend this location to anyone I know looking for a wedding dress. It took me so long to find my dress but Sara, my consultant was kind, patient and very very considerate. My one hour appointment took three hours but Sara didnt mind at all. She really helped me feel comfortable. Im so excited to get married and now that I have my dress Im even more stoked. Today my step-daughter had an appointment with Maddie at Davids Bridal in Peoria. She wanted to find the perfect wedding dress but was so nervous leading up to the appointment. She wasnt sure if she would find one that looked good on her, that she liked or would fit her body well. Upon arrival Maddie put her at complete ease and explained the process. We selected 3 dresses and when she tried on the first dress and looked at herself in the mirror tears started streaming down her face. Maddie cried and laughed with us as we went through the other dresses. She is so fun! When my step-daughter tried on dress number 3 we all kind of knew that one stood out against the others. But then Maddie suggested and gave her accessories to add to it and we were all awe struck! It took the dress to this new level of beauty which only made our bride to be more beautiful! Tears poured down and Maddie told her to close her eyes and envision her future husband at the end of the aisle and how shes going to feel walking to him in this dress. We were all handed bells and Maddie asked my step daughter to open her eyes and said Are you saying YES to the dress?! She said yes and we all cheered and cried. It was a beautiful moment that we will always cherish. Than you Maddie for taking such great care if our girl and making her beauty shine into the beautiful woman she truly is!

Sadly, I’m disappointed in the experience we had at the David’s Bridal located near Arrowhead Mall. My stepdaughter spent a lot of time looking through their prom selection and trying dresses on (2 hours!) and finally found a dress she loved. The dress had sequins on it and there was areas of the dress that were noticeably missing the sequins. We were told this could get fixed with their alterations but as we were checking out at the front desk, we were told they couldn’t fix the dress. They said there was too many missing sequins and they didn’t have enough material to fix it. They also did not have any additional dresses in stock and when we asked about having one shipped they said it wouldn’t arrive in time (5 weeks). I said, what about expediting it and we were told no. I think it’s unprofessional of the store to have something on display that can be tried on by customers but cannot be purchased. The only reason I’m not giving it a 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and courteous for the most part. I’m sure their hands are tied but I feel like they could have made more of an effort to make it right. Needless to say, we found a dress elsewhere. I wouldn’t really recommend anyone to go there after the experience we had, it felt like a huge waste of time.

Had made an appointment for my daughter for prom & we were given a dressing room and hardly saw the lady again.We ended up just leaving, if I book an appointment I am pretty sure that means from this time to that time the attention should be focused on whoever the appointment belongs too.I wouldn’t go back honestly.
