This is a scam--they put a pop-up on your computer and tell you to call Microsoft but when the person calls, its this company. They ask for remote control of your system. Its very sophisticated because theyre real folks who may be selling actual computer products but theyre definitely predatory and preying on older people. They got my mother to give them money and info but luckily a friend intervened, but they keep calling and emailing her.

In the beginning I wanted to cancel my contract with you but thanks to John Andrew I am staying with you. This is a india call center scam... they will call you and remote log in and tell you that you have a virus...they are praying on old people.. the adress and phone number actually belong to a person if you google it... dont fall for it
