I been to some electrolysis sites up north in Minnesota, I’ve seen good work done. Here, late evening,I felt like one of the technicians rushed and tryed to get as many hairs out as possible and in the process,I felt like she stabbed my skin and didn’t follow the hair fólicas natural path and bayoneted my skin to the point where I have puncture wounds. Normally after a treatment there is only inflammation and the skin is fairly fine after 2 days but I left the treatment center with wounds to my face! I am hesitant to come back to this place if they don’t respect the customers skin!! I am very sad about the this, Please understand the facial area is very important to me! I have to walk around with this at work and near loved ones, and when they start to ask what happened I will let them know where this happened. Please please please don’t ruin my fácil skin in the process of removing hair, this is super important to me!
