The salesperson was great. The installation caused many issues in our network and took over 2 weeks, and us getting an outside IT company to solve. The machine is slow (think of old dial up internet versus cable broadband- that is how slow this Xerox processes print/scan/fax requests). Service is poor. Our office staff finds alternative methods to complete work (using a 10+ year old Canon or a small home Brother unit) to save time. If we can find a way to discontinue our contract and sell the machine we paid over $5500 for, we will.
The company overcharges and does not listen to want the customer wants. Have tried to work with them multiple times and every time they try and sell you stuff you dont need. Also they dont itemize their bills or on project work so you have no idea what you are getting or spending. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt with from an IT company. When I ask for something and get told of by the SR Tech because its not doable, but yet I know its the best way to do things as I used to be a consultant as well. Never again will I work with this company and I would suggest no one else should either. Their printer service is a horrible joke as well. Dont use their pen testing its a bigger joke than the rest of their company.
Ive leased copiers from RK Dixon for years. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is fantastic.
