IT360 is the outsourced IT Management service for my employer. When I first started working with my employer, I was apprehensive about not having an in-house IT department to lean on at a momements notice, in order to bail me out of seemily catastrophic situation that always seem to rear their ugly heads when you are on a tight deadline and its the 12th hour. I was afraid the response time and knowledge of our internal network and the complex programs we utilize would be lesser than what one would get from in-house IT Management. On the contrary, there has not been one time in the last 16 months, since I was hired, in which they could not immediately and precisely help me out and get our team back on track.
