The Girls at Ace are great ! Very helpful and go over and beyond to help you. They are very knowledgeable of their Business. Ace is close to my work so Im able to cash my checks. The girl who helped me is nice !

So I walk into cash a check and the rude lady proceeds to make me wait 10-15 minutes while she balances the cash drawer. Then their was an issue with my check because of the checks number that she put in. Rather then try and help with the issue she proceeded to do nothing. She went to the back rather then listen to the paycheck providers customer service line to explain the issue. She was absolutely awful. Go anywhere else but to this gutter place.

I had an amazing experience with Ms.Keashuna she was very helpful and had great customer service. Very well satisfied.

I lost my Elite card, was able to come in and get a temporary card to use. Lisa is the one that helped me, she was great . Im just happy to be able to get to my cash . When I thought that I would have to wait for a replacement card in the mail.

I had such a hard time cashing my check, Chase wouldnt cash it for me, so someone told me go to Ace they can probably help me. The girl behind the window told me yes !! . So I was able to cash my check . This made my day. I believe her name is Lisa, she was great. !

The charge to cash payroll checks after cashing several seems high. And I will take half the check and put it on a flare card that charges another 10$ per month for that service. It just seems high as opposed to just having a regular bank account that accumulates interest. Other than that I am very happy with the service and promptness of alerts from purchases.

Great Customer Service . Friendly and Fast service. I came onto buy a Cashiers check because my bank wouldnt print one for me so I was referred to Ace for money orders walked out with them, Im able to bring them back cash them out if they are not accepted by my landlord.

I came in and got exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes. Super thankful! The ladies there are very professional and helpful.

She told me the lady that I delt with before had been fired! She was very slow and almost condescending. She never told me it would be $48.00 to cash my check!! Would have rather delt with the other lady, she was much better!!!

Repasentive was vary professional and answerd all my question and my concerns I had at the time! She also encounter a rude customer and handle that vary well!

Came at 11:10 A.M. Sunday. Door abd Google both say open at 10. Lights on. Open sign off. Nobody to be seen. Waited for 20 minutes and nobody came. Inexcusable. No sign in door to verify whether anybody will even be back today.

I’ve been a great customer! Went in to cash a cashiers check from a close personal friend. I personally verified the check and offered the phone number and the person I talked to! I dealt with Lisa the manager. She had me sign my check and fingerprint it. Which made it difficult to cash thru anyone else. Then she tried to tell me the check was fraudulent and she wouldn’t cash it. This caused me massive hardship! But she didn’t care, I was able to go to a amazing company that actually called the right bank. The check was legit and I had no problem getting it cashed. If I could I would give a negative 5 star!! Thanks Lisa!

Called once to verify some answers about services I needed and we were told that they couldnt give out answers over the phone for security reasons. Kid you not. One of the questions I asked had to do with cashing checks and what the cost would be to cash one check. They couldnt tell me over the phone because it was a security risk. My bank closed its nearest branch and I needed info about cashing a paycheck and they were telling me they cant give that info because of fraud checks. How is listing prices for a service they offer but (probably thier most popular service) a security risk? Ended up calling a different cashing place and got an answer and going there. I tried going back twice after for different reasons and both times the desk workers were rude. If I could 0 stars I would.
