I love going to Jackson’s on 83rd and Union Hills! Every time I go the employees are super helpful and friendly! And not to mention the great deals they have! I would definitely recommend going here!

I am a monthly member love the cleaning I get as well as the friendly staff. I also bought a detail for my 2018 Accord I havent used yet but I will after seeing how well of a job the guys did. Had warranty so didnt need it till now. I love the different locations vacuums and towels plus the floor mat washers. Inside clean nice place for a drink or snack while cleaning up your car too. Cashiers are friendly & courteous. Great job people!!!

Nice car wash. 2 washes plus an express wash for $20. Not too bad. The vacuum has strong suction. They provide you with clean rags to dry your car. I recommend.

One of the best car washes, especially for personal detailing your vehicle. There are always clean microfiber towels available, two mat washing machines, high powered air compressors and vacuums, and available items for purchase if needed. The staff is always so kind and let me stay a little late because I showed up late. Regardless, theyre very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Great place that really gives a lot back to the community as well. I have been buying charity car washes they offered to some non profit organizations I support, and Jacksons gives these away so these non profits can raise funds. I will not go anywhere else, my truck looks great after every wash!

Wow, where do I begin? Julian, Dawayne and Michael are amazing! It’s been a few months since I drove the project car and man oh man did these guys take care of me!!! these guys need to be management (if they aren’t already) and deserve to be recognized for their work!!!

Jackson Car wash 83rd Ave knocked the grille and Crome off the front of my car and refused to take responsibility. I went back the next day and they threw the grille and Crome in the trash, I witnessed them digging it out of the trash. They have to know it was their fault because they offered a free detail wash and free car wash for a year. So they want me to repair my car and then expect me to bring it back so they can damage it again? I took it to a body shop for an estimate and they said they had another car that was damaged by Jackson car wash. Robert, (Rob) is a very poor and rude representative, terrible customer service. We have 9 cars in our family that will never go back, plus our friends and anyone we meet will be made aware not to patronize this business.

Javier has GREAT customer service and helps his customers with any needs they may have! Great example of leadership!Kaleb is a real sweetheart. He helped me with my rental car when I was taking it through the wash and it locked up. He is always walking around helping customers. Thanks for the great teamwork!

Great customer service! But they will not let you in if your vehicle is to dirty, for example I went mudding and came by to drive through the car wash but they said they didnt want to be responsible for other cars being scratched after me from all the dirt and rocks sticking on the brushes. Which is a good thing because it shows they actually care!

The WORSTTTTTT SERVICE!! Started off so nice just taking $10 for unlimited half a** washes....then jumped to $15 to not be sprayed off pulling up. Complained nothing was done but talk. Canceled my unlimited was told charges would cease. Only to be charged a FINAL $15 with a BLATANT lie of “Oh it wasn’t 15 days before your next bill!! NEVER AGAIN!!

At Jacksons Car Wash on W Union Hills and 83rd Ave I was charged 4 times the value of the requested service, so be VERY CAREFUL AT THE PAY STATION !When I asked them to correct the problem - a person calling themselves manager said there is nothing they can do - the machine does not give refunds.WATCH OUT FOR THE GUYS PESTERING YOU AT THE PAY STATION ! Their only objective is to lure you into whatever deal the management is pushing them to sell.The unprofessional staff is assaulting customers with windshield replacement offers and are not able to take no for an answer !DO NOT HAND THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD !BE AWARE SO YOU DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM !

Great place to keep your at or truck looking sharp, I bought the exterior wash special, $20/mo unlimited wash and I take the wifes car for the works inside and out.They do a great job, fast & friendly, I highly recommend Jacksons

I like coming here because theyve got shaded vacuums (would like to see more shade though), floor mat washing machine, air guns, and best of all clean, damp microfiber cloths! Thanks crew, yall rock!

The car wash itself isnt the best. It always folds down my side mirrors (I have a regular size car) and doesnt clean the exterior very well. I do like the free vacuums and the air blowers.

Arrived at 5:40 to get a car wash the gentleman refuse to let us go through because he said they where closing, I said you guys closed at 6. He said sorry and refused to serve me!

$149 for a deep interior revitalization = Vacuum and a quick, sloppy wipe down with Armor All. So awful. I could have done way better than this but I wanted a good professional clean. There are streaks all over everything, grime left all over the center console, and hair and fibers literally all over the dash and steering wheel. The only thing that was done well was the vacuuming, so thanks for that. They threw in a free wash and wax but there is still dirt all over so I guess I have waxed on dirt now. Super lame for the money. Get professionals its worth the extra money.

This was our least favorite of all the locations they did not offer any type of special treatment like taking the car through the wash for you, the vacuum stations were very compacte actually, the whole place was and there was not the usual clean rag bins for customers to use at any station which would have came in handy considering the dryer didnt do a very good job. I gave this location 2 stars because it was at least in what appeared to be a nice neighborhood its also easy to spot from the street.

Ive been going to Jacksons self service car wash on 83rd Ave and Union Hills for several years now and its a great place to wash your car! Free towels, air hoses, vacumes, floor mat washers and great music playing make this place stand out from the rest. Its clean, the staff is friendly and are always on top of replenishing clean towels to dry off your car.... but Kaleb(the manager) is the one who really makes this place the best. He was moved to a different location for a few months in 2020 and the place wasnt as well kept(all kinds of debris underneath the vacumes...I was told its because people were breaking into the machines over night)...but when Kaleb returned I never saw the debris like I did when he was gone. Kaleb makes the rounds, chats with people, and is very friendly. Personally, I believe he deserves a raise or promotion... or both! I highly recommend this place!

Every time I come get my car washed the men that work here always talk down to me and try to pressure me into spending more money just because I’m a woman. This has happened several times now, it’s very cringy and I won’t be returning.

Great place for a car wash. Only two things I would improve are the guy constantly hounding you trying to get you to sign up for a membership and they need scrub brushes for the windshield otherwise it would be perfect

Today my daughter went through the car wash. And came out with chips in the hood and scratches on the side. Also the car wasnt clean. She called me, and I came over to talk to the manager. Patrick, was rude and extremely defensive about the entire situation. I will be calling corporate and therefore I will no longer pay to use a service. With such terrible customs service. I understand that yall dont want to accept responsibility, but in no way did he provided what I would consider good customerservice. Pictures have been taken and will be sent to corporate office.

Good wash. Quick and most of the time all the bird droppings are gone. A second wash is available if first pass doesnt do the job.

The car wash was having mechanical problems when we were there. First off we were shorted on the initial soaping, then it seemed like when we finally restarted, the car didnt get rinsed properly. And finally on to the dry cycle which didnt come close to getting the car halfway dry.Ill stop by my neighborhood Jacksons car wash to get the job done properly.

Good car wash experience. They will try to upsell you on other wash packages but arent pushy about it. The $16 wash is good but didnt get all the stuck-on bird droppings off. The self-serve vacuums are very good but the complementary towels are stationed only near the building, requiring you to walk over if you parked in the outer stalls.

I really did like this car wash but to be charged monthly for a car wash I cant get is to say the least upsetting. I was charged last month and im sure I will be this month and havent been able to get a wash with these new hours.. Really inconveniencing to the people who work the normal Monday to Friday 8-5 and like having a clean car

I bought a “pass for a month” that is how it was advertised to me on October and they have have been charging me monthly NO ONE told me it was recurring! I saw the charges on my card and called that is when I was informed by the manager that “ they fail to inform you it was a recurring charge” this is false advertisement! I didn’t use it ever since and by the way they did a terrible job, I only got it because I had come from out of state and thought they might have a hard time washing it I am surprised of the reviews. FALSE advertisement I am contacting BBB.

I had a detail on my vehicle and they did a fantastic job.The 2nd vehicle I was approached by Mario who said he would repair windshield and give me a $20 voucher for next carwash. With all going on I forgot about the voucher and went by following day and told him and he said sure he would get it. He kept doing other things and after about 15 minutes I went back to him and he brought it out and after leaving I saw it was $5 voucher. Smooth talking but dont count on him being truthful and following up on his promises.

I am very happy with this carwash. I had a bad experience once, but they reached out and it ended up not being their fault. They are nice and kind. And I want to apologize for not having all the right info. They are great, my car gets clean and I love the vacuums and the staff is so nice and helpful

Took my 2016 Jeep through the Carwash and watched a mechanical brush swing away from my vehicle then over correct, striking my drivers side mirror and breaking it. The equipment then bounced off my vehicle causing it to shake then back again striking the rear drivers side fender causing damage. I told staff members who had a manager call me the next day. They made me drive back to the car was just to look at the damage and tell me they don’t cover damaged mirrors because it’s posted on a sign outside, and said the damage to the fender must have been there previously and I didn’t notice it. They refused to take responsibility and gave me coupons to return, as if I want more damage to my vehicle.. I’m never going back to this pace.

Nice place but not a fan of the tire shine. Oversprays and splatters 3/4 of the way up the side of our SUV.

This was my first experience with Jacksons and it was great! The Ultimate got my car super clean, and we were able to buy a package for $15 that is unlimited washes (1 per day) at any Jacksons location. The staff member who helped is was awesome (I didnt get his name, but he was fantastic), very friendly and helpful! I am very pleased with the service received! Ill definitely be purchasing more 1 month packages at full price!
