Scheduled an appointment that was about a month out. When I brought my truck in they gave me the cons about getting tint installed with a crack in the windshield. I appreciated that. They recommended a glass company. I bought a windshield and it was delivered to Aladdin for tint. It was then taken back to the glass company for installation. I dropped off about 8am and it was done by about 1pm.Great service, very professional. Would highly recommend

I was shocked at how very unprofessional and retaliatory the owners behavior. Been going here for years, I couldn’t believe how service has drastically changed.The appointmenet was made about 3 weeks in advance. I brought the car in the AM. I checked in at 1pm still not done. I got a call it was too hard for him to do. He had to call a relative to come help to do the back window probably by 2p I would get a call.I was told to come at 5p to wait. Next it would be done by 6p. Finally, we got a call about 6:45p that it was done. I explained it wasn’t right my day was rearrange due to all the delays. He got defensive saying it was my problem. He raised his voice, trying to intimidate me. I told him I would send someone else to get the car cause at this point I wasn’t feeling well, I would not be returning, no more referrals would be given, and there was nothing else to discuss. I told him goodbye and disconnected.To retailiate, he removed all the tint in 1 min and text me to let me know sarcastically with a thank you for the opportunity. In his fury, the car was damaged with scratches on the car and windows, dents, glue, and damage to the material around the windows. When my daughter went to pick it up, in remorse, he said sorry how it turned out. However, all this could have been avoided if he had not acted so unprofessional and without self control removing the tint in anger. See photos of proof.After losing my son in death last year, I learned to speak up for myself. Before I would have just dealth with it quietly, but I hope others know its your right not to be bullied by business owners or anyone. My daughter worked so hard to save to get this work done on her first car. He behaved so indecently. She is so heartbroken her car is damaged. Its not even been a couple of weeks she had it. It took time to save and get her dream car. There was no reason you needed to rip all the tint off, just cause I said I wouldnt return in the future, and expressed the inability to complete the job timely disrupted our day. The car was there over 9 hours.I hope you dont have someone treat your kids dreams like this one day too.Sir may you learn to just treat people how you want to be treated. I dont know what your so upset about. Your alive and wasting it with spewing your anger. My son among many other lost their lives. Be more appreciative of other humans respecting their time and life as well. You said your having a baby. I hope you learn more patience. My daughter cried all night after getting back her car damaged. After losing her brother, this was a special accomplishment. In her heart, it was just another thing taken from her.

I made an appointment to get my windshield done (I highly suggest at least the 70% ceramic tint). The process was easy. They have a nice waiting area with coffee while you wait. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and courteous. Took about an hour to complete. Well worth the investment to have it done.

Great reviews! Thats why Im not sure exactly sure what just went down. I sent my wife and son down to get an estimate for his restored 1978 2 door K-10 pickup and was quoted $608 bucks. Said something about cleaning up old window issues? The windows are brand new? Somn aint adding up here. My wife said they seemed like they really werent interested in doing the job. Im not sure if they saw my wife coming a mile away or if they actually charge that much or if they simply didnt want the job? I tell ya, I sure wasnt expecting that.

Danny finished tinting our Tesla Model 3 that weve had for several months. He took his time with and you can tell hes a perfectionist. He answered all of my tedious questions. He also tints the back window with ONE piece - a huge separation between his company and others. One piece means fluidity and no visible seams. He has 3M and Suntek brands to offer. We love his product that comes with a lifetime warranty.He and the other employees want you to be happy with your product!!

Wow, thats the first word out of my mouth. The staff here were all very knowledgeable, courteous, professionals. After reviewing the 4 different kinds of tint. (did you know there was more to tint then light and dark? I didnt) Crystalline, Ceramic, Carbon XP, and Carbon. i believe were my choices. I went with the Crystalline. So glad i did, my car is always parked outside in AZ and is so much cooler now, i rarely use my sun shades cause the heat rejection works so well. My son never complains about the seat belts being too hot. The air is breathable inside my car after Ive been shopping for a hour. What an amazing product, and amazing people to work with. Ive tinted plenty of cars in my life and Im glad i didnt just go cheep and dark. Im very glad there was someone like Danny at Aladdins to explain the pros and cons. If your planning on keeping you car for a while i recommend the Crystalline. My cars my investment so itreat it like one. Im bringing my car back to have detailed tomorrow so expect another review, on their detailing department.

Aladdins is the ideal place for various car necessities. Ive personally had the stage 2 paint correction done, and my car came back flawless. Aladdins was recommended by a friend of mine, and after getting a few different quotes they had one of the better prices. Went from having zero tint and IR/UV blocking on my Subaru to having a lot. The work was done sooner than I expected and after a week and a half of having the tint on my car it looks fantastic. Ill definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Solid service from start to finish. Removed old tint and installed heat blocking 3M film. 2014 Mustang. Install was this past summer and no issues 6 months since. Fair pricing for a lot of hard work and effective product. Every question was answered. Worked with owner and his team to fit their schedule and mine. Registered product at 3m website for film warranty. Id go back without hesitation. They earn their business.

Not only did they do a great job on installing a tint stripe on my windshield they walked me through the different tint options. i Highly recommend this shop!

The installation was pretty fast,Adam was very professional & work seem very well done even though my window had a very small crack and unfortunally after 2nd day it now has gotten alot bigger but NOT his fault.He told me it could happen.Might have to get a new Glass in the future.

My parents took their truck in to have the tint replaced on the driver and passenger side done. My mom saw some great reviews about this place and spoke to Danny who gave them a really good quote. They took the truck in and Danny suggest and advised that it would be better if they would get all 5 windows in the truck done to help with the A/C during the summer. They got it all done and I must say that the customer service was excellent and the windows looked great. They guarantee their work. The truck was a lot cooler which was nice. I want to start off by saying theres a reason this business has 4.9 out of 5 stars. They provide excellent customer service. I live about two miles from them and they offered to give me a ride home if I didnt want to wait in their lobby/ waiting area. Im sure its not something theyre able to do for every job but it was nice of them to offer. I decided to wait in their lobby/waiting area which was very comfortable. They have a couch and some chairs and also a TV with access to Netflix. The job was done quicker than I expected and looks perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on the fence between two different tint choices and after they explained and provided examples of the differences between the two and explained previous customers experiences I was able to make a decision and Im happy with the decision I made because without their advice and experience I wouldve picked a lighter tint that I know I wouldnt have been happy with. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to Aladdins Window Tinting because they put customer service and satisfaction first.

THAT WOULD BE 5 WINDOWS WITH TINT TO BE REMOVED SHOULD = $50.00 NOT $100.00 SOMEONES DEF NOT GOOD AT MATH. DECIDED TO GO SOME PLACE ELSE. THE GENTLEMEN SEEMED TO BE IN A BIT OF A HURRY.

Aladdins did a great job on my windows. When I decided to go darker after the initial install they worked with me to make it reasonable cost-wise.

I called to get my Land Rover windows tinted and they were very rude.I had my wife call back thinking they would be nicer to a woman and they were rude to her too. I dont understand how a business can stay open when they bully and are complete aholes to their customers. I would recommend staying away from here especially if you are elderly. No price that yo pay is worth getting yelled at or being bullied. It doesnt matter how good your work is when you act in an reprehensible way.

These guys were great and I plan on bringing my other vehicles to them. I had my two back windows in my cargo van limo tinted and it was done very professionally and Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The interior is very comfortable and the went over all my options with me and advised me of any problems with law enforcement with limo tint on the front windows. I also had my windshield replaced the day before by another business and I wanted it tinted they were very knowledgeable and said to wait another day just to make sure the adhesive is set before they touch it and maybe cause damage to it. Overall a positive expierence.

I called for tint on my Mustang. I was quoted $299 dollars and up. He was real rude and did not like my questions. I asked if I could watch and he said no and I should go somewhere else. He hung up on me and I went somewhere else and paid $160 and they were the nicest people. My neighbor said they were rude to her also. I would stay away from this place. They are bullies and I dont know what they are trying to hide.

We were referred to Danny and his team by a friend and they did not disappoint! We got two car details done and they came to our house, so we didnt have to drop off the cars or wait for them to be finished. We have a two year old, so the cars were wrecked with drink & food spills from our toddler. When we came home, the cars looked like new! They even got stains out that a previous detailer couldnt! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future again!

I just brought home my 85 Chevy C10, and am already very happy with the results of the SunTek CXP-5 installed at Aladdins. Danny suggested on the phone that I should avoid doing the side windows if i was going to upgrade them soon, so I just had them do the large rear window.When i arrived, Danny was out getting materials and lunch, but his sister Sherinne(?) handled everything wonderfully. I was very comfortable for the hour i waited there. Couldve stayed longer, wouldnt have noticed: they have Netflix!!As soon as I sat down in the truck I noticed the lack of heat upon my back. The install looks great, my truck is happier, and the price was low enough I could even afford a tip! As for the longevity of the materials and install, time will tell, but i am currently very pleased. Will recommend.
