You pay bbb and they will keep your unprofessional company from getting complaints or reviews.Illini pressure wash showed up to blast off 30+ years of coatings off of a neighbors metal roof. No safety harness, not insured to be on roofs, no professionalism, and not a care in the world he was blasting it all over our building, lawn, and customers less then 10 feet away. When asked about minimizing the mess and putting tarps down, markey the owner blows up like a powder keg. Guy puffs up, threatens me, then gets fired by the property owners. After he gets fired, packs up and leaves, he starts yelling obscenities from his truck and that he quits and the owners do not owe him a dime. It was a good laugh, from a tough guy to leaving with his tail in between his legs. Now weeks later the clown is harassing us with 1 star feedback, we laughed him off weeks ago, seems this guy has a problem with moving on.

Greenlee and Family landscaping & tree service did a great job on some tree service that I hired them to do for me. They were courteous and cleaned everything up upon completion of the job. I would recommend Justin and his team for landscaping and tree work.

Blue Line Tree Service excellent service, super polite workers. Owner Ian, just absolutely great to work with and handled my tree issue lightning quick. Highly recommend.

Bathrooms First - Luxury Bath - Peoria Hgts.They completed the renovation of our bathroom yesterday and I must say I was impressed. They completed the job in the two day time frame that was quoted and the workmanship was very good. The two workmen were first class, covered and uncovered the carpet at the start and end of each day as well as vacuuming up the mess at the end of each day. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience on the phone with the BBB and was thankful I didnt need them to interject for me from a shady business.I was very impressed with their service.

Big shout out to Josh Papatyi and his crew from Papatyi Landscaping. I was thrilled to see them come out, ahead of schedule, to cut down 2 HUGE trees in my yard. They did a safe, professional job....moved all of my many garden ornaments to a safe place while they were working, and even cleaned out my gutters when they got on the roof to clean up some debris. I highly recommend this business:)

The BBB exists to shakedown small business owners for membership based on the false belief that they are some sort of consumer guardian. If youve been truly wronged get the States Attorney involved, otherwise write a bad review and warn others like Im doing now.

I feel mistreated and unfairly taken advantage of by DISH TV. The installing technician improperly installed 1 of our 2 receivers and we just recently discovered it. We called to get help and were told wed have to pay for a technician to come out & purchase a new box. We just bought a new box when it was installed a few months ago! The equipment that was installed is faulty! This is NOT right! We had Charter for 2 years and they always serviced or corrected an issue without charging us. I find it ironic that Dish is running ads on TV showing DIRECT TV as being rated poorly by the BBB, when they themselves would take advantage of us.

I submitted a complaint about company in Peoria, IL about my vehicle. The BBB requested picts of the problem and they accepted a fax of a pict that they claimed had been damaged. The problem is that it was a leather steering wheel and it was starting to crack after being replaced only 5 months ago. I sent color picts attached to an email I sent and they said sorry issue closed. Thanks for nothing.

Maaco paint on brandywine drive in Peoria Ill needs to be re evaluated for a BBB they do very horrible work.my car has runs all over,my interior is painted,my dash,a lot of plastic in my car.my seats..the chrome that was on the car has purple all over,my grill has purple on it my license plate does..then they tried getting it off and took the red paint off my letter n #s on my license plate.THEY BROKE MY NEW WINDSHIELD.. THEY WILL NOT REPLACE.OVERSPRAY ON RIMS AND TIRES.so bad that I had to buy new rims n tires..I wont drive my car cause people tell me it looks horrible and ask where it was done at.A lot of people tell me we were not smart for paying them for it but that was the only way to get my car back.the owner Bob I believe is racist because when a customer pulled up in his old camero the owner Bob was like I cant stand people like that,thats very disrespectful to just judge someone based on skin color and his car having big rims,me personally didnt see anything wrong with the man but Bob the owner of business was being very racist.I seen and heard him myself as we was sitting with him discussing all the work for my vehicle..

Pro Nails in Peoria, Illinois...corner of lake & Knoxville ~ my friend and I went there today to get eyelash extensions. The girl dropped glue in her eye and then kept wiping it to get it off and caused severe cornea scratches on her eye....she had to visit the emergency room later tonight to get help for it..she is in pain and wearing an eye patch for the weekend....Please do not go there !!They never said sorry or anything they were rude to us while she was in pain with her eye...They need to be out of business!! Someone is going to seriously be hurt by their carelessness!!!
