I came in for an oil change just this morning and a guy name Rocky really helped me out! I know absolutely nothing about cars, so I am thankful for his help and the staff. Shout to them for amazing and quick service, and thank you Rocky for all your help!

There is a worker there named Cooper who helped me.loosen my rusted lug nuts...take.off the tire and then replaced it when the new one arrived. The whole ataff treated me like a 5 star customer as opposed to a frustrated person who needed major help. Those guys are amazing.....

Today was my first time doing business here and I have to say they did a really good job. The Customer service was great, they were very knowledgeable, my services were affordable and they kept me in the know of everything . After my experience today I legit give the business a 10/10 and I appreciate everything they did for me. If you are looking for some honest people to do work on your vehicle this is the place!

I was visiting my son at Bradley and he had a friend in town. His friends battery died and I decided to help him jump it. When we were in the middle of trying to do it, a man came across the street from the Shell Station and said he was with Rays. He help us diagnose the problem and offered to tow it and get the car fixed. The fact that he came over, offered his help and did so professionally was truly amazing. While I dont live in Peoria, I can tell you that it is nice to see that people are willing to help other people. Thank you sir for you help today, it is much appreciated. I only come to Peoria about once a year. When Im here one of the things I do is take my grandmothers car to get an oil change and check up. The guys at Big Rays are honest people. The service is always quick and professional. And much cheaper than I pay in St. Louis on top of that!

Do not hesitate to stop at Big Rays! They had an issue accessing my oil filter through my skid plate panel. Two of the bolts would not come loose. They had already put new oil in it but Mike would not take payment because the job was not complete. They would have continued to work on it but it is something I can take care of on my own time and come back so they can install the oil filter. Bottom line is the service here is fantastic and honest. Its hard to find that kind of service anymore. Thank you Mike and crew. Youve gained yet another loyal customer.

Big Rays is the only place I will go to get my oil changed. The staff there is highly knowledgeable and is able to change your oil in under 20 minutes. I didnt even have to get out of my car. They also perform complimentary services like filling up your tires with air and doing a quick diagnosis of things your car could use. This is the only place to go in Peoria when you need an oil change.

For the past years I have always had my oil changed at the dealership. Its always such a long wait to get an appointment. Not to mention the time I spent in there waiting room while they serviced my vehicle. I heard great things about Big Rays and figured I would try them out. It was a great experience. My bother broke down in front of their building a couple years ago and they helped push him into their parking lot and did everything they could to help. My boyfriend and I have have brought 2 cars here so far for an oil change and brakes and rotors. They are always nice and got us in n out as quickly as possible. Even when our car was giving them problems they were quick to solve the problem and keep moving forward to get us on our way for the cheapest price they could.

Stop pin 1000 miles before I needed an oil change and they said it was all right 1000 miles later I was 2 qt low they said I cant check my oil myself so I have to go by what they tell me somebody lied

I went there this morning for the first time for an oil change since it is close by my house. Rocky and Mike were friendly, professional, informative and fast. I was able to stay in my car and they got me in and out in under 15 minutes. Mike explained things as he went along and did not try to sell me additional items I did not need (like other places I have visited). He also reset my oil change counter (some places had not) and gave great advice. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them. Look forward to returning.

Always good service during oil changes. I had light bulbs out and brought in new ones which Mike fixed. Rocky is a good manager and they didn’t charge me for fixing the lights. I think they must have kept the 2 leftover lights that I brought in, but maybe they’ll have them to give to someone (or me) in the future?

I had been a loyal customer, until now, they charge me $32.00 for a $12.00 cabin filter, I call them about it and he told me that since I got a VA discount, they could charge me what they wanted. So I will no longer shop with them.
