Rachael is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! I have been going to her for at least 2 years now on a regular basis. She is very intuitive and seems to just know what my needs are and exactly where I need the most attention. Both my husband and my son go to her on a regular basis as well.The ambiance at the Unity Day Spa is wonderful. Just walking in the door makes me reel relaxed and happy. I consider Rachaels massages a very important component of my wellness. When I see her regularly, I find that I am healthier and my immune system seems work more efficiently.I will always go to Rachael for my massages and I highly recommend her to everyone ! I love Rachel, I have been to many massage therapist and Rachel is worth my 3 hour drive every month! My husband also gets massages witH Rachel. I love how she is very sensitive to what my body tells her, I dont even have to say anything she just knows what areas need extra attention! She is so sweet and helpful, Im disabled and she is happy to give me assistance however I need, not many people do that. Her bed is adjustable so its easy for transfer. Rachel is very professional and caring, you can tell its not just a job its a passion of hers to help people! I have never been unsatisfied with a session! I will never go to another therapist again!

I am an 82 year old woman. Aches and pains. Some time back I had back spasms which lasted a very long time. Recently I have moved back to the Youngtown, AZ area and was looking for a good Therapist, knowing that my needs were for a Therapeutic Massage.I am so pleased with my visit to Krave last week. Rachel is absolutely tops. Five Star?? No way!!! If there were 15 stars they would not be enough. If I had to decide her on a one to ten ratio, I would definitely say a 21 !!!!!!Her Studio is so sweet and peaceful and you can relax almost immediately. Her hands tell you quickly that she knows what to do and how to do it. The table is so restful - not too narrow as many are.I recommend Rachel and Krave HIGHLY. Rachel is an incredible massage therapist. She always listens to my needs and never gives me the same massage. She focuses on the areas that need work but still manages to give a relaxing experience. Rachel is one of the best therapists I have ever had in my 70 years. Her Deep Tissue Massage is INCREDIBLE and has provided me with the opportunity to reduce my pain medications from every 3-4 hours to 6 hours. Her artistic touch leaves me feeling relaxed and wonderfully serene. After more than 30 abdominal and orthopedic surgeries, I have a body full of muscle tension ladened with scar tissue and muscle atrophy. Rachel works on a different focus each week depending on what my needs are for the day. She has added abdominal therapy when needed to restore function to the bowel area. I have an atrophied left shoulder with no back deltoid muscle connection. Rachel continues to add increased flexibility and range of motion to that shoulder. I thankfully look forward to my weekly THERAPEUTIC massage sessions. Since I dont get around very much, these massages are one of the truest treats I give myself. I now walk straighter, taller and more sure of my steps these days. My doctor has provided a prescription for the massages for tax purposes. He understands why these sessions are necessary to my general, overall well-being. Thank you Rachel for restoring my body to a much better state than I bring to the table each week!! Was recommended to Rachel by a family member. I was a massage therapist for some time and can be pretty picky when it comes to being on someones table. Moreso I dont like to be touched very much to begin with. After this massage I dont want to be touched again. I was Rachels last appointment and she rushed through our session--pushed through knots and bruised my back so badly that I barely slept tonight (its 2 a.m. as Im writing this). No amount of water or ice can help or have prevented this from happening either. Her draping was sloppy, and her technique on my limbs was virtually non existent. Im so frustrated and angry that I even allowed this to happen--never ever again.
