Fuel island! Yaaaaas

Had to have one of our diesel trucks serviced here through warranty. Tried to be as polite and understanding as possible with the service rep, but I couldnt even get a your welcome every time I said thank you after calling every other day to ask about our trucks. Took two weeks to do one job and from the tone of the service rep didnt seem like he cared one way or another. Really didnt have a choice because it was a warranty situation, but I wouldnt recommend them if theres another route.

I was told at the fuel pump that he didnt have time to take care of us because his shift was finishing soon and it was getting pay today so he had to leave to go cash his check, very bad attitude and I have to report him to the manager
