Booked for 4pm next to our condo at Gulf Shore (3 min walk). Friends set up at beach to watch. After waiting well past our scheduled time, we were told we were going to be sent to another boat further down the beach. We were loaded on the yellow inflatable boat. You cant take phones so we had no way to tell people that were watching for us what had happened. The inflatable ride was horrible. The driver, later identified as Chads, drove like a maniac. We enjoyed the parasailing but had Chase again on the way back. When I complained, one of the employees said thats Chase, he only knows fast. The ride back to the beach was worse. I had to hold my prescription glasses with one hand and the handle on the boat with the other while being bombarded with sea water. My niece was holding are photo card with one hand ($35 up charge) while trying to keep water off. When I complained to the employee who docked us he replied Thats why you sign a waiver.I would like to add the girl that checked us in was fun and very pleasant. She apologized for our experience.

Banana boat ride was awesome. Parachute ride was fun but scary for the 10 year old

Sent up 6 kids and 3 adults. They were super kind with the young kids and explained everything to them. Would defiantly recomend

Great time parasailing today! Staff was great, experience was awesome. I would highly recommend doing this.

Dave Brown is a fantastic Parasail Captain. He is knowledgeable and he and his crew love to interact with their passengers. CDB will tell you all about the history and origin of the parasail. Hes a great guide on the Gulf.
