I had some issues with shipping a package to the Dominican Republic through the USPS which is the terrible to deal with. How ever the customer service especially Viki at Perdido Pack & Ship was awesome! They were there to help me out the whole way through. Above and beyond satisfied.Thanks ladies,

I do not like giving bad reviews, but I made a small purchase there and used my credit card after I swiped it, they said I cant use the card for such a small charge oh, no problem. So I paid cash. Once I get to my car I see you that my credit card has been charged for the small charge so I go back in the store and say youve charged me and they said well then just dispute it but I cant give you a refund.

Walked in and there were 3 employees and one customer. None wore masks. There was no sign on the door saying masks required for entry. This when Escambia county has one of the highest infection rates in the state. Would not return as they seem oblivious to the pandemic. Either that or they are anti-mask.

Apparently the owner and staff are oblivious to the out of control pandemic, walked in and nobody wearing a mask or taking any precautions. Sad to see such ignorance. I hope they dont get sick.

I have used this place for several years now and they are wonderful! I would recommend and have to several people over time. I hope they keep up the Great work. I really appreciate having them in the community!

Emailed a document to have printed. Kristi found email notices its in the wrong format prints 5 sheets when 1 is needed. At 20 cents per sheet no biggie. I turn my wifi off so phone will work and realize I can change format and resend email. Kristi says pick which one hers or mine we go with hers. 6.79$ 1 almost correct copy and 6 useless sheets. I pay walk outside pull my edited version and email it back in 40 seconds. Vicki looked this one up printed it didnt charge me 20 cents. I never review if I do its 5 stars. I felt insulted

Best shipping place I have ever been to. They do a great job of packing anything that needs it, and they offer shipping from all the major players so it is a one stop shop. And no, prices are NOT high compared to going to the shippers directly (and if you did it would take all day and cost a fortune in gas to compare them all).

Im in here almost everyday. LOVE it and love the employees!!! Its great to shop local! Its hard these days to find a small business with a small town feel and where they know you by name. Love the convenience, they can do just about anything. They even have DHL services. And Ive used their notary services before

Yes, the people that work there are friendly and since they closed the post office by Winn Dixie they are convenient. They are WAY overpriced compared with going to the post office or the UPS store. My daughter went there today (they claim to do USPS) and they said they were out of USPS priority boxes. She had a prepaid label for a return. They said thats ok well put it in one of our boxes. $7.50 for a small box as she was returning a small clutch purse. I feel that they took advantage of a young girl by not first explaining there was a charge. I know she should have told them to cancel the order but she is a trusting person. If you have money to burn or dont know where the local USPS or UPS places are then go for it. Ill personally never ever use them again. I seriously dont understand these positive comments. Ive never had a good experience there.

Consistent issues at this business on multiple occasions. Staff is not aware or knowledgeable about international shipping after repeated chances. Will never use this business again for any shipping, even though the closest USPS is twenty minutes away.

These folks are clueless regarding rules governing Notary services. Went to UPS store and had my signature notarized with ease.

I needed to print a boarding pass for my return trip to Dallas.Christy navigated the American Airlines website for me on their big screen desktop at the counter and printed it out.There was a small internet access fee plus the cost of the printed copy.A quick and pleasant experience.
