There aren’t words for how amazing this place is, I love the staff and feel truly valued and taken care of. Would recommend this place 1000%

I have only been seeing Da’Neshia for a little over a month, but I can honestly say she has been a life saver and has made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. Struggling with a broken relationship, Da’Neshia, with her kindness, compassion, empathetic, and caring ways, has been helping me through my struggles. I would highly recommend her for anyone dealing with relationship issues.

Alyssa Warren and the Innovative Direction staff are extremely compassionate and are an excellent team of counseling professionals. They are well educated, trained, and comforting. Their office makes you feel welcome and at peace.

10/10 would not recommend. My fiancé cancelled an appointment well with in 48 hours or more and she still charged our card for 135.00. Because of this our car insurance almost got cancelled because we didn’t realize she charged the account and took the money. We have called her and texted her countless amounts of times over the last week and a half, we have gone into her office and she refuses to call us back to refund the money that she took from us. When we went in and explained all of this the receptionist was happy to take a message and give it to her but that we should know that harassment is a real thing and if we kept coming back we should keep that in mind. This woman is supposed to be there to help people and she has most definitely made situations worse off.

Prompt services. Excellent Care. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Ive seen a couple other counselors in the area and Alyssa has finally helped me resolve some family problems. Everyone at the office has been a gem.
