I have lived here for 2 and a half years. If Mr. Edward Simmons doesnt like what you do or how you live he will come into your home and harass you and threaten to take a belt to your children. He makes up rules like your children are not allowed to leave the yard. He doesnt like making repairs and when he does, he tries to give you the repair bill to pay him back. When it is all said and done, if you do not conform to his newly made up rules, he tries to evict and he has a long list of those int he slerk of the court. DO NOT under any circumstances rent from this guy.
