My husband and I own Dixon’s Mobile Details and purchase all of our products exclusively through this store. We are always ranting and raving to our clients about the products. However, great product is one thing.. knowledge of how and when to use the chemicals are crucial to a successful detail. The management is supreme and the entire family is knowledgeable and passionate about their business! We stopped by today for cars and coffee and the store was very well prepared for the huge influx of customers. We stop in about 3 days a week and these folks have become like family to us. The atmosphere is great and whether you’re washing your own car for the first time or a car enthusiast I can promise that your questions and concerns will be addressed and they will give the best advice on what you may need for the job at hand. Received a text about their Grand reopening. I was excited cause been using these products for years. Text stated First 50 customers receive free bucket and purchases over $50.00 get a 20% discount on entire store merchandise. I wasn’t interested in the bucket but was the discount due to my supplies were low. Went to store and seen that it was nicely stocked. A friendly young man helped me find everything I needed. He grabbed a bucket and was putting all my stuff in it like a basket. Got to checkout and noticed the lady scanned the bucket and it rang up for $8.00. I asked was I charged for it she said yes. I told her “no” I did not want the bucket. That her employee put my stuff in there. She then told me she would give it to me. She rang up my products which came to $180.00 and stated the discount was on there. I got home and looked at receipt and it only took 10% off my bill. This business is not starting off well. If they are going to do this I will order online.

I walked into the store, I was greeted by a smile and a welcome to Detail Garage. I heard from word of mouth on how professional and knowledgeable the staff were. I had no clue on what to get to fix the damage to my cars paint. The sales associate WILL, walked me through the process, step by step...He didnt just show me what i needed, he also explained on how to use the products. Sam, the manager was extremely friendly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

Amazing customer service!! Chemical guys is my favorite brand for car detailing and they have everything that you can think of from their lineup. They’re also finally bringing car meets back to Pensacola!!! I will definitely be spending a ton of money in this store!

Walked back and forth several times looking at various products. Employees standing around joking. I found the glass cleaner, and other detail stuff I needed. I could not find wheel cleaner. Since the employees were more into little what if stories on how to park a hummer so it would be cool. I put items back and will just order from Amazon. I wanted to support local business but if the employees dont care why should I.

Super friendly and Helpful. Stayed past closing to educate me and finish the sale. Learned I was washing and waxing completely wrong. Great selection. If your a car guy that does his own detailing they have everything from washing to full paint correction and ceramics! Good prices for the quality of products and they offer classes, you probably have been doing it wrong.

Beautiful shop inside. The floors are checkered the walls are bright and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! They welcomed me into their business with a booming welcome and I felt right at home! Went in to get a matte detailer to remove stains from my matte paint. The gentleman working let me try out the matte detailer to see if it worked on removing the stain. It didnt, however I was very pleased with the fact he would let me sample a product instead of forcing me to buy it first. Great products and people, I just needed something differen .

Products are over priced 13 bucks for a bucket lol 25 bucks for 18 oz of tire shine that slings all over you car no matter how you apply it I have tried every way possible 12.99 for foam soap that does nothing 15 bucks for some 3 dollar wax that is trash do not make the mistake many of us have they tell you to you face the reason our products are better is because they cost more and work they also do not honor online prices of their own products
