I received an Im interested in you for this position email from Zip Recruiter, so I checked out the reviews, website, etc. Based on the unprofessionalism of the president responding to these reviews, I will not be pursuing that email.Ms./Mrs. Andrea, perhaps you should consider the image and attitude youre portraying when you are responding to the very public reviews of your company. It is clear you do not take criticism well. Were I a client that saw this, I would seek my product elsewhere.Edit: I dont live in FL, Andrea. Theres that attitude 👍

During my short with the company thus far, I have been treated like family, as well I have also received 100% outstanding training to allow myself to let my skills shine and bring in a Rewarding amount of revenue. It does take hard work and dedication just as every other job, but the endless opportunities make each and every day worth it!!! You should definitely give it a shot if your looking for growth and phenomenal training in sales/marketing.

Updated: Apparently you arent allowed to build a team with this company. Only interested in paying reps low commission? No interest in growth? Oh well! I would recommend this company if youre brand new to door-to-door but if youre experienced and you have a team I wouldnt recommend at all! Definitely was a big waste of time inquiring with this company.

Their Management Team is always so nice and helpful. Great training and team environment. Its a place I actually look forward to going to work everyday.

Im assuming others have had better experiences with this company, but I for one have been completely F-ed over. Was sold an upgraded TV package by one of their sales reps, who promised a $200 Gift card after i signed up and could cancel the package in the same month to receive the cards. They also promised they would deliver one of the cards to me directly. 6 months later, my bill is $120 higher, no gift cards and I have to buy my way out of the contract with ATT. Im sure they got their commission off of it and the lady I spoke with hit me with the Heisman over the phone. Not sure if scam artists or just incompetent but I would steer clear of signing any sort of contract. I should have known something was up when the rep was wearing a thick ATT jacket on a 90 degree day just to look official for the sale.

I realize that its been a couple of months since these last reviews and things may have changed according to base pay and/or commission. Do you guys offer any kind of base pay? Please reply as soon as you can. Thank you.

Warning!! Do not work here or believe the 5 star reviews. Do your research because they all work for the company. This is nothing more than a door to door MLM scam. This company use to be Mobile Bay Consulting, which did the same thing. Again do your research on these types of companies. Once one CEO fails or people start to catch on the higher ups replace them and their team with a new crew and a new name but the game is the same. The training pay is almost none existent, if its anything like mobile bay then youll only make money during your training if your trainer makes sales while theyre training you.Notice that the website is very vague when explaining what the company does. Dont be fooled by the fancy corporate titles for the job positions listed on the page either. For more info on companies like this I advise you to research devil corp and cydcore. Good luck and be safe to all who come across this review.Edit: I see the CEO responding to the negative reviews denying that this company is linked to mobile bay, well all I can say is if you can still find the pictures by the time you see this review (because they might remove them), if you look closely through southinc.s website and look at mobile bays old website you may notice some similarities, maybe even some similar faces. And Ill just leave it at that.

AVOID! A friend of mine just went here for a job interview and training. Base pay is $0, go door to door selling AT&T services, had to work from 11am to 8pm 6 days a week, and wouldnt even get paid until week 2 or 3 only IF he made a sell.

I had a great experience with the company, loved their energy.
