My roof was tarped and replaced by H.E Roberts LLC. They tarped and re-roofed my house and destroyed it. They did not replace rotten wood, tarped the wood on the sides of my house and pulled the wood off. My roof is still leaking and Mr Roberts won’t talk to me. I have turned him in to the Businees of professional regulation and escambia compliance board with no response. The sad part is Escambia Co permits and inspection will not go on the roof or in the attic and passed the project without noticing. The help was non-English speaking and no wood was dropped off, like his employees were, unsupervised.

I recently had Reliable Painting Pros, LLC do 2 projects for me.The first project was for my garage. We had the paint the wall, ceiling and trim. It looks so good that we had them paint the outside of my house.This company is amazing. Total satisfaction is what they told me to expect and it couldn’t be any better.First the price was on budget, the color selection was great. They provided samples of the walls and trim. We thought the walls was the wrong color so David took the paint to have it replaced. While he was doing that we checked the samples again and had them stripe it with the trim color and the samples were actually perfect.The Job was started on time and finished on time.We are already planning additional paint projects inside the house and I will definitely call Reliable Painting Pros for all of my painting my projects.I highly recommend them to anyone needing paint work.

I tried to file a complaint over A Cut Above tree cutters who were awful in every way. But the Better Business Bureau website would not process my complaint. This means that the awful A Cut Above tree cutters in Pensacola have a higher BBB score than they deserve.

These folks moderated a review for me on jeff Myers construction in Milton, FL. They made every effort to be fair, and I appreciated it. The one change I’d suggest be made is not to allow someone to post unsubstantiated personal attacks if they can’t dispute the complaint facts stated in the review. Overall though, I feel I accomplished my goal of educating the consumer. They can make up their own minds about Jeff Myers construction.

BBB has rude staff and they seem to take joy in taking complaints from customers trashing local businesses, who work hard. A matter of fact, half of the time, the complaints against local companies are FALSE, made by customers who likely need psychiatric council. Start taking up for Pensacola’s companies. Stop allowing exaggerated lies and slander against Pensacola’s business’s. Its bad business, BBB.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work that 1st Choice Home Improvement did for us. Our home was built in 1990, and the one-piece fiberglass tub/shower combination in the master bathroom was cracking badly. We called Don Perrin (Chief Sales Representative) and he explained the entire process of how the work would be performed. He came prepared with a short but informative video on the manufacturing process involved in making our new tub, and showed us samples of the materials used. Once we selected the desired color and style, and agreed to the price, he took care of everything else. The entire process was designed around whatever the customer wanted. He even allowed us to purchase the mixing valve, shower head and spout we preferred.I can’t say enough about the team of installers! Justin and his brother arrived each day at the time agreed upon (around 9:15 am), and worked hard each day. Not only were they polite, they displayed genuine concern for our property while the work was being accomplished! They used drop cloths, they hauled away all the materials, and gave us great advice on how to clean and maintain our new acrylic tub/shower. They completed the job in a day and a half. The finished installation is so professional that we wish we could show it off to everyone! But after all, it is the master bath. Displayed by invitation only!! 5-Stars in all categories.

I have a disagreement with a client in regards to a $75.00 non-refundable deposit that she wants back. In a nut shell she says she is not responsible to pay and our agreement contract reads she is. None the less she decides to open a claim with the NW Florida BBB. NOW...just so all of you know...if you do not want to have ANY dispute that is put through the BBB posted on line...NEVER EVER reply to the so called... Questionnaire the BB sends out. This starts the process and they will show both disputes on line.MY complaint is with the BBB. They know absolutely NOTHING about our business...but yet OPEN a file? When i called they basically stated they open a file on any complaint given. NOW...the complaint is not public or not yet anyways...but it is not a business practice to use. They are a PAID company and advertise your business WHEN you pay.I am not even concerned...just a little ticked at how the BBB would even entertain a matter such as this.Oh well.

Downs Paint and Body Milton FL. They were very good in the past. Recently had our Ram truck worked on [e.g.] body & paint. Both turned out terrible. Ive taken it back 3 times. The truck had less than 10k miles on it. GIECO has agreed to let Hill-Kelly Dodge in Pensacola fix the mess we now have. More to follow.

My wedding is five days from now, and Oh! Snap cancelled my order last night. I had several email discussions with Ms Lee, and thought we had come to an agreement on the order. I paid the deposit amount five days later. Never received any notification that there was any problem with my order. In fact, never received anything from them for over two months, until my mother went in to drop off a fabric swatch to match the colors for my cake and she was told there was no order. The owner never took responsibility for the error. I thought we had things worked out, over the course of three very tense days. When I requested a final statement of charges, or an acknowledgement of the order, my order was cancelled. The entire order process is flawed and ridiculous and the customer service is horrendous! They kept referencing a contract that was never sent to me!

I called Gulfside Landscaping in October 2017, and I spoke to the office manager Sue. She stated that the owner James Martin charges $250.00 per hour for coming to my property to evaluate his interest in doing work on it. Since the finished jobs on his web site look impressive, I felt this fee was worth it. Our budget was $10,000.I met with the owner James and his sidekick Ken on my property. After some discussion, James stated that he wanted to take on the job. Three weeks later, Ken quoted me a design cost of $4,800 and stated that the $4,800 design fee will be credited to the project installation cost. On 11-17-17, I made a $1,000 down payment.On 12-13-17, I requested the status of the landscape design. But there was no reply. I thought maybe they were away for the holidays, so I didnt think much of it.Still no reply as of the first week of January 2018. So, I called their office and spoke to Sue. I told her that Ken had not yet responded to my December e-mail. I told her I want a status of the design and also told her that a spokesperson from my credit card company stated that they would support me in a dispute within 60 days of my payment (later discovered this is incorrect), so I needed the initial design completed by the following Monday. She told me that James is out of the country. Yeah, right!She passed on my message to James. His response to her was to tell me that he would no longer work on my design (if he did any work in the first place!) and to dispute the $250 and $1,000 charges. Why not refund my payments? It took me two months to get my money refunded by my credit card company. I believe he tried to take my money and run. Terrible customer relations!James treats customers differently. I paid the initial meeting fee of $250, but for Matt Dannheisser in the end James charged nothing! Thats unethical. If you let him, hell steal your money!

We enjoyed the Naval Air Museum and the Blue Wahoos baseball game! We did NOT enjoy our stay at Days Inn on Davis Highway in Pensacola. This place is a disgrace to the brand. I have submitted complaints and warnings. Worst Days Inn ever. Also, false or misleading advertising to say a continental breakfast was included. For example, there was no juice and the only cups for coffee were clearly labelled caution- do not use for hot liquids We DID enjoy the Waffle house next door. Sunset Marine on East Nine Mile Rd. in Pensacola FL., dont take your boat there for anything. They dont merit even one star. Asked for an outboard checkup and got it back with more problems than it went in with, including oil leaking from engine, melted switches, tilt motor wouldnt go up. Billed $400 and got it back with oil and grease all over motor and back of boat. They have a 45 pistol hanging on the wall behind the counter, what does that tell you. The dont take credit or debit, Im sure because youll have no recourse.

I tried filing a complaint with this BBB against Universal Life Church in California. Someone named Tammy said no you mean the one in Florida. Despite my repeated insisting this Tammy refused to accept it was California and wrongfully took a complaint to a Universal Life Church in Florida. These people have their own agenda and it is not about being honest.

Ken Griffin landscaping arrived late for their appointment, stayed for one hour of work but sent a bill for 2 hours. When I called to speak with the billing department I was told that I was being charged for travel time. The technician had written down my address incorrectly but wanted me to pay for the time he spent driving around looking for my house. I asked to have Mr.Griffin call me back but after two weeks with no call back we paid for the parts and one hour service. I have made repeated attempts to speak with Mr.Griffin, and have been assured by his staff that he is aware of my request, but have not received a call back. As my credit rating is important to me, I shall pay the entire bill but am very disappointed in the lack of investment by Mr Griffin in the concerns and complaints of his customers. There are many more details which I would like to convey to Mr.Griffin, but that is obviously not going to happen. I warn others to avoid employing Ken Griffin Landscapers, as this is not a reputable company.

Kimmons Plumbing saved the day! My 72 year old mother called me this morning, in a panic, as there was a burst pipe in her front yard. She called ECUA who just told her it was in her yard and her responsibility. I called Kimmons, told them what was going on, and the response was Yes maam, all the guys are on jobs now but as soon as one frees up, well get there. Within 3 hours, my mother called to tell me that Kevin & Jerry came by to fix everything and they were extremely polite. She was so relieved, which was worth it to me. She asked that Kevin, Jerry and Kimmons Plumbing all get a stellar review! Thanks guys!!

Garman Cabinets LLC -- Gulf Breeze, FL -- garman ran into a few snags when attempting to install kitchen cabinets -- apparently my job was too small for him to have to deal with problems which he should have noticed when measuring, looking over the task at hand, and giving me his estimate of the job. HE WALKED OFF THE JOB, almost without telling me he was leaving -- i caught him as he was walking towards his truck. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. i could not recommend him in any way shape or form -- if there was a minus star, that would be my rating. karma, garman, karma...

So bad that I cannot even rate the experience. I was referred to Bob Cole for installation of my new truck stereo that I received for Christmas. The beginning of the end. I picked up my Truck and the stereo worked fine, didnt sound all that great, but I just figured the speakers were just subpar. The next time (about two weeks later) I got in my truck the stereo would not work. I went back to Mr. Cole and told him what I found out from the Stereo Sales person based on the error message that the speaker wires were the problem. He said ok, he would check it out. So I said by the way while you have my truck I have a pretty serious oil leak would you check it out and let me know what is wrong. Mr. Cole called and asked me to stop by so he could show me the leak. It was the oil pan gasket and the motor would have to be pulled to fix the problem. I said that I wanted my stereo fixed before he touched anything else. About four days went by and I never heard from him, so I called and no Mr. Cole, I called and still no Mr. Cole and again and again...... Then I got a return call telling me my truck was ready for pickup. Seventeen days later and eight phone calls later. When I get there Matt presented me with a bill for $804. I was floored. I asked if my stereo was fixed and Mr. Cole came out and told me that the guy who installed the stereo didnt work there any longer and it wasnt his problem and I needed to take it somewhere else to get fixed. When I said I was not paying him til my stereo was fixed and he wanted to keep it longer to take it to a Stereo shop. You had 17 days to get that taken care of .......I need my truck for work today. After extensive research on how much the Oil Gasket should have cost, about three days later I returned to pay him for his work that should have cost between $450 and $600. Then he sent me to Quality Car Stereo. It took them four times to figure out what was wrong with the stereo........the original 1991 speakers that the truck came in were still in there (the wiring was bad).....excuse me where are the new JVC Speakers that I gave Mr. Cole to install. Not only had Mr. Cole charged me $79 for installation for work that was never performed, but also someone the speakers were gone.,....MIA....stolen. When I confronted him he told me, You cannot prove that those speakers were stolen.Running for County Commissioner......you ARE kidding me right???

These people are a joke, had a racisim problem with Cash America Pawn #1 in Pensacola Florida and they were siding with the business before I even had a chance to fully explain the problem. I just hired an attorney and we will handle this problem ourselves. Its a shame people still have to deal with racist people this day and age... A lady called me from this God Forsaken place and tried to sell me a membership for my company. This place should be investigated by the government for trying to extort money from me. The BBB is nothing but an organized crime ring in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible. Hopefully, this is an institution that Donald Trump will take down!!!

Went for repairs at Pensacola Honda. Paid and picked up car. Same problem persists, however Honda says I need more work. I believe the prior work was not necessary. I bought two from this dealership, but will never buy from them again.
