Got exactly what I asked for with a reasonable price!! Absolutely love my new hair

Came in for a wash, cut and style. She didnt completely wash the product out of my hair the cut was semi cute but where in the world does it make sense when someone asks for a styling to only do the back and not the bangs? I have never had to leave the salon and have to style my own hair because the hair dresser was to lazy to flat iron my bangs!

Everytime I come here to get my haircut they always mess it up. Honestly I feel like this isnt the businesss fault but the fault of those who cut my hair. Ive seen others come here and get nice haircuts, I dont understand why I have the worst luck. They are cheap and I guess I shouldnt have expected a good quality haircut with those prices. The woman who cut my hair didnt listen and chopped it up like a toddler who got ahold of scissors for the first time. Honestly I feel like this was the last straw for me, I wont be coming back here. I have to go to work with this haircut, how am I supposed to look professional when it looks like my 2 year old decided to give daddy his very own makeover?Also censorship in the picture since I dont want my face to show up on some website.

Only get a cut every 6 to 8 weeks,but Linda was awesome,she understood exactly what I wanted,I was VERY pleased,ill definitely be returning for my next cut with Linda

JJ, the girl who butchered my hair should not be allowed to cut hair. She is awful!!!! My hair is RUINED because shes so bad at her job. DO NOT GO HERE!

Every time I come to get my hair cut and colored, I am amazed at how wonderful my hair turns out. My stylist, Ciji is the best at what she is doing. I have never been as happy with my hair, as i am now.

Well I hate to say this, but here goes! I went here to get my hair cut, unfortunately the lady, Beverly that my mom recommended was extremely busy n I hada 2 1/2 hour wait. Didn’t want to wait, but I really should’ve waited:( Well, long story short, I didn’t wait and my long, really long hair was butchered, chopped into a mullet, yes a mullet!! I was very upset...I even cried! Then I called Bev and she apologized, and said come in and shell see what she can do:) she promised and although when I thought it was not fixable after the lady chopped it up, she said that she could fix it;) I definitely wasnt too sure of that! She did exactly what she said she could do. She did her magic, and voilà, another very happy customer!! So, Go see Beverly and if shes busy I recommend you wait for her....you wont be sorry!!

Coming from someone who is traumatized by hair salons because they don’t know how to cut curly hair this was HANDS DOWN the best hair salon! My hair Stylist Ciji was amazing! If you need an amazing ombré or someone who knows how to cut all hair types I’m telling you go to her! I will definitely be doing business with them from now on! Thank you Fantastic Sams!!

Im still sort of new around town and have been searching for a stylist I can AFFORD. I generally avoid this type of studio like the plague. After reading their reviews (which are really great obviously) and looking around for awhile I finally decided to chance it. My hair is difficult but Beverly put me right at ease. I went with a shampoo and cut as my waves dont like to be blow dried much. Its perfect! Exactly what I asked for! She introduced to me the rest of the staff and I will definitely be going back for color! Thank you Beverly! I finally found my studio! More stars coming as I visit the shop!

DO NOT not go get your hair done here. The 1st time I went I guess it was just luck of the draw. When I returned, my hair is FRIED from the color & it is highlighter yellow when I asked for ash blonde. I have no idea what happened on the cut but it looks awful in the back. It is uneven & there is like a big chunk of hair across the back that is missing. I am SO upset!

Not saying all do this but if you like getting your hair wet while getting your haircut and feeling the stinging from the alcohol that is mixed in the water then this is the place for you. If you are in fear then maybe you should not go to work and make it very uncomfortable for the client, very unprofessional especially to subject someone because of your own fears.

I am new to the area needed a haircut and had an appointment with a local salon that had closed but still had their online appointment system. Walked in to Fantastic Sams asked for an appointment they had an opening and took me right away. I showed Song a picture of the cut I wanted and she nailed it. Thank you so very much Song.

I came to fantastic sams and was the worst haircut ever! I came in not ever being there I was nervous. The lady took 30 minutes to do a trim. I simply asked for a fade short on the sides and trim the top. She cuts it super low, not even at all, and the worst part besides how long it took her to finish was SHE DIDNT EVEN FADE MY HAIR!!!! Seriously all the way around was a line so obviously she didn’t even try to fade it! She didn’t know what she was doing and the person before me haircut was looking off when I came in and I should of went with my gut! Horrible cut! Never ever going back again !!!!

Miss BEVERLY. Is the BEST . Its like she reads my mind. And ALWAYS fixes my hair exactly like I wanted her to do it. Plus we talk to each other. AND she genuinely seems concerned about whats going on with my life. And when I told her that i was just getting my hair cut with NO color she understood my concerns . Because Im doing water Aerobics 3xs a week and I dont want to add the stress of coloring to my hair thats getting dried out BY the Chlorine in the Pool. Even though Ive been using extra thick Conditioners to my hair. Okay

Why is it so hard to get a simple cut with scissors? I will be returning for a free cut to correct all the mistakes. If you dont know how to cut hair with scissors why lie?

The service wasn’t bad the lady was nice but the hair dresser that cut my hair was TERRIBLE. She did not brush my hair fully, she started cutting my hair when there knots in there still, she didn’t fully take her time when all I literally wanted was a simple trim/cut. And I asked her to only take off 2 inches under my shoulder and she cut my hair to where it touches the top of my shoulders. I was really upset because I just wanted my hair to look healthier and long still. All I wanted was just a little bit cut off but now my hair is so short I can’t even put it in a ponytail. She was also in a rush to cut my hair when there was no one else behind me! Right after she cut hair she sat on the chair reading a magazine! & also I always had gotten my hair blow dried out for free after a cut, but this time she said it was $20 extra to dry my hair fully which I find ridiculous! Sorry but won’t be coming back!

The ladies who work there are very nice. The manager, not sure her name but she was super helpful and sweet as well. Cant say that about a lot of managers. Thanks to whoever you WAS.

Ms. Beverly is such an angel! She can juggle multiple clients while still making you feel like she is giving you her full attention. I always walk out of there feeling more confident after shes done with me! No matter what the style is Im trying to acheive, she nails it everytime.

Worse haircut! Cut by Gracie Saari. Even her colleagues stated she did a terrible job. Now thats bad! She went scissor happy. Do not go to this woman. I thought she may have just gotten out of hair school. But this was not the case.

Been going to Bridget for almost three years. She is my only preference as she made me completely comfortable and gave me the exact style I was after on the first haircut. My mom is a cosmotoligist and has always cut my hair for 20 years. Till she moved too far to reasonably travel. So I tend to be picky with who cuts my hair. Bridget has my vote of approval.

Dom was funny and professional, patient and skilled. I got a cut and style which comes with a shampoo and 3 minute scalp massage.

I do not know when I have been treated so badly! I had a 5 pm appointment today (July 18, 2018) with Ivy. This would have been my 3rd cut with her.I arrived approximately 10 min. Early and was checked in at the front counter.At 5pm on their clock she put an Asian friend at her station and was visiting with her in another language while getting ready to serve her. At that time I said to her that I had a 5 pm appointment. She completely ignored me!!I am a busy person and that is why I made an appointment.YOU NÉED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.

Ms. BeverlyHelped my wife with her hair it was knotted up from a hospital stay she is so kind and patient she kept my wife calm with nice stories and was vary positive she helped us save money we wasted next door let us eat our food because we had not got a chance to eat we cam honestly say were like family now I would recommend anyone to come here for a cut and just the experience everyone in the store was equally kind but we got the pleasure of sitting in her chair

Pamela fixed what was suppose to be a bayalage and turned it into a beautiful ombré! I highly recommend her when you book an appointment. Very sweet and knows what she’s doing!

If i could give 0 stars i would more like butcher shop they did mine and my daughters hair and butcheres it uneven chopped all up will never go here again.

I was a walk in on a Tuesday afternoon, I waited about an hour when they said it would be about 15 minutes. I tried to explain how to cut my cow lick so it doesnt alphalfa stick up in the back, this went unheard. I was receiving such a terrible cut I just kept saying it was good and I was ready to go so it didnt get worse, went to a barber shop off old Warrington road and got it fixed the next day.

Ive been going to Bridget for years now! I only trust her to do my hair, she never disappoints. Ill be stopping by after work to get my hair touched up for my interview tomorrow. :]

I have been coming here for years. I used to go to Kristina (Kristina with a K) & she was fantastic, but moved to a different store. Now I go to Yashira, and she’s also awesome. Both have great personalities and do a fantastic job.I will say that the first time I went my hair was butchered. The girl that did it hasn’t been there in years, so I’m still giving 5 stars. They did fix my hair for free, but I still felt the need to tip because it wasn’t fair for Kristina to fix someone else’s mistake for free.I can’t speak for anyone else as I always go to the same people, but Yashira is awesome. She deserves 6 stars & a raise! (So does Kristina with a K!)

My hair ended up looking horrible. I look like Dora the Explorer when I just wanted my hair trimmed. They gave me straight bangs when I asked for swooping. The woman who cut my hair seemed to just cut triangles in the hair on the side of my head. I would definitely recommended somewhere else.
