Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. I live an hour away and picked them because their communication prior to my appointment, their excellent reviews and their upfront and affordable pricing. Shops near me were far overpriced. Being an hour away they did everything they could to not have me wait too long. I arrived at 7am for a VW wagon headliner that was falling down. I was out with a new liner by 1030. Amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

Soft bed truck cover was $200 below another place. Found these guys after I was not informed my cover didn’t come in and showing up to a scheduled appt. Might have to go in and get it adjusted, cause Velcro doesn’t line up 100%, but was a good experience and good value.

Let me start off by saying that Pentons Auto Trim does top notch work! I had the headliner replaced in my F-150 and they matched the factory color to a tee, I was very impressed. Also, I arranged with them to pick my vehicle up after hours and they promised to lock my keys in the truck for me. However, they accidentally forgot and left the keys inside on their counter. I used my spare set to bring the truck home and then emailed Pentons about returning my keys. I was absolutely astounded that only three minutes after I sent the email, Rusty Penton responded!!! In the email, I suggested they mail them to me. However, Rusty did one better, he brought them to my house the very next morning (on his day off). I couldnt be happier with the superb customer service Ive received during my interactions with Pentons Auto Trim. Thank you Rusty and Thank you Darren!!! You will get all my future business.

The guy was so good I was having problems with my sunroof it rained the night before I got water all on my car took it down there within three minutes he had it fixed did not charge me and was really really nice. All he did was push the button and give a little push and it shuts never fails somethings wrong until you take it to a mechanic and then it works just fine LOL good people

They restitched my airbag seams on my 2009 F150. Great job and one day. Price was very reasonable. When I went in I had no idea what was needed. They didn’t treat me like an empty headed woman. They treated me with respect and explained what was happening to the seam and offered options. Will definitely use them for future projects.

This is the place you take your things you care about. They care about it as much as you do. They know the business. They know the material. They resurfaced a motorcycle backrest for me. Took about 2 days from drop off to the finished call. The material is a perfect match and the reassembly is better than factory. I am going back there. I will find something that needs to be recovered.Update: I also used them to reshape and install impact gel on the motorcycle seat (to help me lower it by an inch). Again, their knowledge and craftsmanship is top notch.

Rusty was super helpful and the quality of work is far beyond what I imagined. They made me love my car again. Highly recommended!

My new car was sent to them as the bottom of the headrest would not stay together. This was the quality work I received back from them. Completely unacceptable for a $42k vehicle. The staples left holes in it and let alone it was filthy. Most recently, my heated drivers seat was not working. It was taken to the dealership who sent this back to Pentons and it did not work when I got it back. It was brought back in a second time and they left the heating element boxes under the seat laying on the floor with the wires hanging. The air vent under the seat was just tossed back up under it and not put back. Im not sure what happens at Pentons, but I would never recommend your services. My car has came back with black marks on the interior front and back of the seat and the post by windshield. My interior is merely white in color. Unfortunately, due to poor warranty work, my car has to go back to them next week to fix what was not fixed correctly. If I have to deal with them for warranty work, its tempting to trade my car off for another make that does not utilize them.

I had a subwoofer enclosure upholstered and the bottom of the box had staples in it after multiple times to get this issue resolved I was told that was told that was as good as they could do very unsatisfied

Great food, excellent tacos Al pastor and the torta cubana is to die for. Nice clean place, all of the staff wearing mask. And very clean bathroom. Prices are good. I will definitely continue to go there as long as they continue with the quality good food and cleanliness.

Darren and son Rusty are top notch in every way! I had them reupholster the 2 front seats of my RV. I had ordered the leather from a dealer that sent it piecemeal but they were able to work with the delays. This shop is amazing. Always does great work (thats a given) and their the type of company that goes the extra mile. For example. Wipe down and clean up after working on your vehicle. Darren Penton was a pleasure to work with and did exactly what he said he would do and more! He reupholstered my Classic ‘84 CJ-7 bucket seats and rear bench, wrapped my steering wheel and reupholstered my console pad. He applied (customer provided) new Rhino Shine to the interior floor for me while we had the seats out. They even took out the stereo components instead of merely applying as close as you could. I did not ask him to do that but he knows how to do a job right! He even came in under his labor estimate! How often does that happen?!? He did an excellent job and the entire crew was very professional and courteous. He will be getting my future business and all of my friends and family!

The customer service at this place is less than acceptable. The blonde lady at the front desk is not welcoming at all. I went in there today with a question and her tone was very, what the hell do you want? I dont know why she was so full of piss and vinegar but she need not bring her problems on the job, thats Sales 101. And to make matters worse she had in her hands a potential paying customer but she ignored me to talk on the phone so I left. Why one would let money walk out the door as she did I have no idea. But anyway I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore because my first impression of this shop was not good and you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I contacted Pentons and they made it right by fixing the problem. The manager/boss takes care of business and is very courteous towards customers. This is place has true customer service.
