I visited Pensacola on a solo day trip. When I tried to leave my hotel in the morning, my car would not start and the battery was not able to be jumped. I walked to the Pensacola Honda dealership hoping that they could help me out. They went above and beyond and really saved the day! Zane was an absolute godsend! He drove me to my car (a 2 minute car ride) and removed the old battery. We then drove back to Honda, I purchased a new battery then he took me back to my car and installed the new one. This kind of customer service is unparalleled! When I called a parts store close by, they said that they would just lend me tools, that no one could assist be further than that. So I would have had to walk to the parts store, by the battery, remove the old one by myself and install the new one, then return the tools to the parts store. Zane was such a lifesaver, I am so blessed that we crossed paths and that he was willing to offer me the help I needed. So thankful for him and everyone at Pensacola Honda. Yall are THE BEST!!

Jeremy Cameron has been both professional and friendly over the years I have dealt with the dealership. Recently, I had two separate tire punctures and Jeremy did not charge me for either visit. I told him I felt sort of guilty not paying, and he said, We will charge you the THIRD time you come in for the same thing. That was good of him. He certainly has my loyalty as a customer!

I honestly can not even begin to express the gratefulness I have for today. For the last month, it felt like my world has been crumbling down. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received here. Josh Johnson was very polite and informative. He was not pushy nor did he rush my decision process. He was upfront and transparent about the cars I looked at and test drove. I went to a few different dealerships today and did not receive half of the service I did here. The process was very easy; it took a little while but that’s usual. All in all, I am satisfied and confident that I purchased a very reliable car that I will enjoy for years to come. My experience didnt start off well but it ended well. I have to say that my advisor John was the best part of my experience at Pensacola Honda. He took care of me but the most important part is that he was upfront and honest. Not only did he save me money but what he did was change my mind about being a repeat customer. I dont care how well a companys product is...Its the customer service that brings me back. Because of the excellent customer service I received from him I will be a repeat customer as well as recommend to others as well.
BEWARE. I received my 2012 Volkswagen Eos from Pensacola Honda Dealership on October 31, 2020. Since I’ve owned this car I discovered that they left me a spare tire that looked terrible and was in no condition to drive. Unfortunately I had to use the spare tire and had to drive 30 miles home on a donut tire that was severely damaged and could’ve resulted in the loss of my life. There were no places open at that time of night so I had no choice but to drive on the damaged tire. I reported this to the person who sold me the car, Rocco, and he claimed that he was unsure how it made it passed inspection. I told him I needed a new tire because that was very unsafe and wrong for them to have given me that tire and he said he would make arrangements to have it sent out to me but never did. I live in Georgia and the dealership is in Florida so it is difficult for me to drive down there to talk to them in person or to get my tire. Then my car’s “service engine soon” light came on (only 1 month after getting the car) and I took it to a mechanic on December 4 2020 to which he told me that my car has faulty parts that needed to be replaced and also that my intake manifolds required a carbon cleaning job. I was promised that Honda puts their cars through multiple tests to make sure there were no issues but here I am with multiple (and very expensive) issues. I then called Rocco againand reported what the mechanic told me and he claimed that he doesn’t trust the mechanic and to go to someplace else but when I told him that none of the Sonic Automotive companies answered my phone calls and none of them were willing to help with my car, he did not answer. At this point I was frustrated because I felt like I was misled and I was being abandoned so I called the GM of the dealership and reported to him all of what happened and he was able to get my car fixed at a dealership in Georgia and send me a spare tire immediately and he was very efficient with understanding and helping me. With all of this being said I am still very disappointed that I had to go through all of this and I will never do business with them again. I still struggle with cold starts on my car and after getting it repaired at the dealership, for some reason my radio does not work anymore and I am disappointed. At this point, after all that’s happened in the last few months, I just want to warn everyone and share my experience.
Fourth Honda purchase at Pensacola Honda. Our first purchase in 2008 was not great, more adversarial than customer service oriented. Much better since those days though... the three cars we purchased from them since they became a Sonic dealership were much better experiences. Zero pressure, 100% customer focus.

Complete joke of a dealership my girlfriend buys a brand new car and a month later the tires broke ac doesn’t work and rust spots everywhere. We have been in over 6 times and I go in again today and they say “give us 5 minutes” and 45 minutes later not a soul talks to me.

They did the work I asked for in a complete and detailed manner and Joe’s inspection and advice on the car was what I trust about this technician as it prepares me for future services. Erika is pleasant, professional and detailed! She called me with updates and notified me when my car was done and in the time frame I specified. The shop is new, clean, and well equipped for the services all Honda cars and trucks would need and I hardly recommend Erika, Joe, and the rest of the Service Department for the care your Honda needs!

Pensacola Honda was straight forward about pricing and did not feel they tried to pressure you into purchasing for a higher price. Their price was less than other dealerships around and the specs were better in this vehicle. They were able to get a better interest rate although I was preapproved for a loan prior to arriving. It was a seamless and efficient process. Also traded in my vehicle and felt I received a decent trade in value. Thank you!
Low inventory/no chips has made car buying a little more stressful. Many dealers were asking $$$ over the MSRP price but Pensacola Honda was not. Using Pensacola Honda to get my new Honda CR-V serviced for its very first time was an easy choice. For years they had serviced my 2010 Honda Accord, keeping it in excellent condition. In fact, when I decided to buy a new vehicle, I tried out a couple of other brands in addition to the Honda and liked both the Honda and one other brand pretty much equally. Knowledge of the excellent service I had always had at Honda was the tipping point.So I proudly drove my still -new vehicle to Honda for her first service appointment and turned her over to my Service Advisor, Jeremy. He treats me with respect, is careful to listen to my concerns and provides me with the information I need to make an informed decision about any procedure that might be required or suggested. From making an appointment online to driving out the door with my clean car all ready to go, sporting a fresh car wash, my experience with Pensacola is positive and pleasant. They even have comfortable chairs available while I wait. I dont even think about going anywhere else .

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! We were staying in Orange Beach, AL when our vehicle was rendered undriveable by a hail storm. We were in a bind trying to get home - no rental cars were available and the glass repair places were closed since it was on a weekend. We had planned to trade our vehicle in soon anyway, so I called the dealership on a whim. I explained our situation and Christina quickly returned our call after speaking with her manager. They drove to our condo and picked us up, towed our old vehicle and gave us a very, very fair price on a trade-in, considering the damage it had. They even dropped my son at the airport on our way back to the dealership! They were true to their word, processed the paperwork very quickly, and made the whole experience as painless as possible. I came home with a brand new van....the most expensive vacation I have ever taken...but with a high appreciation of this dealership and its employees. Steve was our salesman and he was incredible. What could have been a bitter memory of a trip gone wrong was quickly turned into a positive experience. I highly recommend them for their compassion, integrity, and from our overall experience.

I am rating the service department. I’m not a regular customer here, however, I had a Charging System warning light come on and it wasn’t safe for me to drive to my “home” dealer. John took great care of me, worked me into the full schedule, and got me back on the road within 24 hours. He truly went the extra mile to give Pensacola Honda Service a good name and uphold the Honda reputation. I would definitely recommend.

To Service Manager, In reference to appointments and waiting: I arrived on time for my appointment, however a 3 1/2 hour wait to check a warrantied mis calculating compass was a bit extreme. I had mentioned Id attempted to recalculate the compass several times per instructions and it still failed. And left your shop being informed to self monitor it. I feel if the servicing dept was in doubt, why wasnt it just changed (its warrantied). So now if it fails again I have to take more work PTO. Very inconvenient any way you look at it. At least a complimentary oil change or two offered would be nice.
Joshua Johnson was awesome!!! When I arrived to the dealership, the vehicle I came to purchase was just bought by another customer. I told him how much I wanted to spend and what I was looking for and he got the job done. He didn’t try to persuade me to look at something I wasn’t interested in or force me towards any other options. Because the vehicle was already sold he quickly found the same make and model vehicle and got me in it right away. Because the vehicle was out of my price range, he quickly got with his supervisor and we worked out a pretty good deal. I wish all salespeople had the patience, and kind heart that Joshua Johnson has. He really made this the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
My wife and I were visiting Pensacola for a few days with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for our daughter who will be attending UWF. We are stationed overseas and with the pandemic, we did not have the opportunity to get our daughter settled last year for her freshman year, so she decided to stay with us and do her first year online. Given that our time was limited, and knowing that buying a car can be an stressful experience, we were so fortunate to find the Honda Pensacola dealership. Matt was our liaison at the dealership and we could not have had a better experience; from his friendliness, honesty, sense of humor and his attention to detail. Bought my almost brand new vehicle from Pensacola Honda and Brandon Mckendrick was absolutely phenomenal. My first ever time going to a dealership where there was no pressure. He set realistic expectations and I was able to leave with a 2020 Nissan Kicks and money in my pocket still. Pensacola Honda - Colby, took care of an alternator problem quickly and the replacement was reasonably priced. They did full diagnostics on our 2011 CRV and found just the alternator (the vehicle dashboard lights were abnormal) and a bulb out. Thanks for your honest service.
Colby Dorris was my advisor. He greeted me promptly. Reviewed my information and what services I requested. He showed me to waiting area, offered me beverage and advised me of wait time. He was right on time. Checked me out quickly, gave me a thank you and I was on my way! He is an asset to Honda and made the Oil and Filter Change experience - great!

As always, Jeremy got me right in and started working the repair issue. Regretfully, the specially ordered part failed to work properly, so Jeremy got another ordered and had me come back Friday. Today (Friday) Jeremy had the new part and had me ready to go in short order. All good to go! Jeremy’s worked with us for several years and he’s outstanding 👍

Consumers do not have the luxury of dedicating an entire day to purchasing a vehicle. The aforementioned staff all contributed to my experience by allowing me to provide them with all the information necessary to process and expedite my deposit, purchase, and trade-in. I was physically at Pensacola Honda for less than two hours on a Saturday afternoon. Coupled with the great pleasure of driving home in my new Civic, I was also pleasantly surprised to view the stunning new Type R in their showroom. What a treat! A few months back my grandmother traded in her car for a new one and we had such a pleasant experience with Shane thst it made me want to come back and trade in my own vehicle for something new. I came in told Shane exactly what I was looking for we figured out what my price range was and he was so helpful at making the experience overall very pleasant!
