They confused the phrase lowest quantity with lowest quality and delivered something subpar.Paying extra for rushed delivery, items that should have arrived on a Thursday did not arrive until a Monday. Despite proof of the wrong shipping order from UPS, they have refused to offer any sort of refund.When asked to put an 8 inch ruler on the back of an 8 inch bookmark, the ruler didnt match up. They blamed me for not inspecting the proof more carefully. I think it is reasonable that I did not print out the proof and put a ruler on it to verify that they had followed relatively easy instructions.Communications by email and phone are ignored.There are plenty of printing companies locally and online. Take your business elsewhere.

Paid $1250 for down payment to print and mail advertising on Jan 3 2018 and they never did the job and refused to give me my money back they are stealing peoples money here it is March 19 2018 and im going to report Juli Camble to the BBB she is stealing peoples money and must be doing drugs dont do business with them they are a company that is ripping people off which she should go to jail . Think about this you have a company come to your house to bide a job you agree to a price and they ask for $ 1250 down and then they never show up to start the job and you call them and they never return your phone calls and now here it is March 19 . Please dont do business with them find another company to have your your printing and advertising done .
