We reserved a truck for Aug 14th to drive our furniture to Indiana on Aug 15th. So we flew in the morning from Indiana to Boston to to pick the truck up but when we showed up, there was no truck. They sent us to different Budget Truck locations and they also had nothing. They promised to call us and only called back around 9 pm to tell us that there might be a truck next day and that they would call us at 9.30 am. They did not. Its 1 pm. They finally called us back and said that there is no truck. But they will give one to us on Aug 16th (thats the day when we are supposed to be back in Indiana).... Wow...
