So far not very happy. I dropped off stuff for my boyfriend to have his taxes done, they lost it all and then the gentleman that was supposed to be working on his taxes ( and looking for the 3 years of bank statements and paperwork that took 6 weeks to get from the IRS that was lost) left H and R block and no one called us to assign us a new person to work on his case they just dropped the ball. I called and asked to speak to a manager and got no call back. They called and ask him for the paperwork they lost! And won’t return my calls! Discussed!!

My tax professional was amazing and most of all was understanding of my busy schedule I will use this service again and again stress free and all my needs were met

The tax professional they assigned to my retired boyfriend told him that he was not entitled to a stimulus check. Of course he is, the rules are specific to who is entitled to one. So I did his taxes online, with HR Block, and he is getting his stimulus check in his refund. Dont go to this office. I wonder how many other people she told this to. Awful. And the next one is due to arrive this Wednesday. Double check with IRS.gov if you were told you are not entitled to a stimulus check.

Ease of use...

I had an appointment with Larry in the Pembroke office, and was the last appoinment of the day on 2-6-2020. When I arrived Larry passed me over to a new employee to do my taxes. The new employee was making simple mistakes on my taxes and asked her if Larry could sit with us and help her out. Larry was busy with clients on my time slot and ignored her and so I gathered my information and went to the front desk to reschedule with Karen Hendrix. I had given my tax documentation to the receptionist and when I came into the office tonight Karen had worked on them. Karen was awesome. Karen was professional and took the time to explain my taxes. The reason wny I am having my taxes done next year with H&R block is because of Karen.

It was a fantastic experience! The woman who prepared my taxes was fast, informative, and very kind!

Cost of return too high, lots of fees that add up fast. My money is hard to earn and every cent is needed. Id appreciate if H&R Block understood that better and re-evaluated how much it actually costs to file someones taxes. Not to mention the whole process is under an hour. Thats almost $400/hr which is ridiculous.

Was very frustrated that I had made my appointment. Yet prior appointments ran late. I had made plans and was on a schedule. The receptionist was aware of my frustration after about 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start and had me see another tax aid.
