Great place for parties or just every day fun!Immaculately clean, relaxed atmosphere, wifi for parents and friendly and engaging staff that keep the kids active and entertained throughout the whole party. Climbing structures and bounce houses galore as well as an elevated ropes course for the more adventurous. Small selecting of video and arcade games as well. Food and drink are reasonably priced and the giant chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are just as warm and welcoming as the rest of the staff.
We held a birthday party at Krazy Kids for our granddaughter and it was amazing!! The staff is professional and organized. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and an area set aside for pizza and cake! We felt very safe with all of the protocols they had in place and would recommend Krazy Kids for your next party.
Even tho the cdc and W.H.O has stated that children should not be doing playful activities, sports, playing on playground equipment should not be wearing masks due to health risks they still force everyone in there over 36 to be wearing a mask. This is super contradictive in the sense that they claim to be doing that out of concern for the children and families. However masks on children breathing heavily and playing hard has proven to limit oxygen to the body, brain included which can in turn cause a child to pass out, and in serious cases have a seizure. We need to stop letting fear cloud our judgment and have been discernment for the over all safety of children. If people are that scared then they can stay home. But I refuse to muzzle my child while they are playing and having fun...
Was a complete unexpected stop for us. You must wear socks. They have decent ones for sale at 3$. 10$ to get in. Place seemed really clean which I loved. A lot of bright colors and options for children to play. Super nice they had a toddler only area as there were a lot of kids when we went which made it intimidating for my 3 year old. She felt safe in toddler area. Cannot bring in food or drinks. And like another review there are arcade games...yuck. I already spent 13$ getting in i had to hear my toddler whine about wanting money for games and toys other kids were playing that is smack dab in your way cant avoid it. It was embarrasing for me and my child. I didnt have money for it. But your basically put on the spot in front of everyone else lol so be prepared!
Place does a land office business for birthday parties, and kiddos just burning energy. Adults have to pay attention to 3 and under so older kids dont run them over. My two year old granddaughter and her 7 year old cousin had a blast. Theres plenty of room and stuff to do. Pass on the claw games fishing for prizes.
Place is a blast, very clean and the employees are very professional. Adults have as much fun as the kids!
Great fun for kids.
Fun place for the kids. even the adults love it too!
Lots to do and nice staff! I was impressed with how often I saw the staff spraying down and cleaning the play areas. Also, we had a little crisis while we were there (my son decided to drive the Mario cart game with his foot and got it stuck) and they handled it beautifully.
Fun place for the kids and I also get to have a minute to relax! I do wish I saw workers around cleaning and sanitizing also managing the chaos of the kids running into others and not following rules like jumping on blue net, kids pushing other kids ect! I’m siting here right now watching then talk to each other and not work. The kids had a blast though and we do come here often!
We Love Krazy Kids. We are from NY and visit family that live nearby. We make sure we go to Krazy Kids every time we come. It is affordable, all day fun. It puts Billybeeze to shame, especially in the summer when the outdoor activities are open. Bathrooms could use some updating though.
My kids loved it! We havent been there since there huge expansion, its a lot less crowded now and theyve put in new equipment. They did raise the prices but for kids 2 and up its $12 all day and that includes all the stuff inside. You can order food from a local pizza place while youre there. My favorite part is the Toddler area for my youngest so they have somewhere quiet to play. The workers were very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions I had. Cant wait to go back again!
That is a great place. we enjoy a lot. there are working very nice personal and take care everything very spacial way. they are just awesome.
Great place to let the kids run wild, and not have to worry about them. There is plenty for them to play on and great food and drinks that are not too pricey. It used to be a little stuffy inside but with the new addition is amazing. There is so much room. The outside addition is also very fun and gets the kiddos out in the fresh air. I absolutely love this place and my son always has a great time.
Pretty crazy how awesome this place is.It is a HUGE indoor playground with inflatables and climbing structures in a huge warehouse setting. Everything is padded and clean. Lots of staff all over the place so theres availability. All super-friendly.Its almost hard to be crowded... again, this place is huge and has something for any active kid (or even adult!). Ball pits, slides, jungle gyms... theyre all here.WiFi is available for less-active and/or still-working parents. (You shouldnt be working if you bring your kids to a place like this!)Food is available as well. The pizzas not bad.Theres a random claw game in the middle of the floor... most people skip it anyway.Ive hosted one birthday here and it was a smash success. Theres a dedicated room for parties. You can invite 20+ kids easily and I think it ran me near $300. You can add food to this... but I dont remember if I did this or not.Yeah, it is a bit pricier but it is a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
Used to love this place. Went there today and was amazed at how filthy the place was. The floors and the toilets look like they havent been cleaned in a week. Some jerk turned on the speaker that was next to my head full blast. He turned it off immediately and turned it back on at at a lower volume, but seriously, an apology would have been nice. Not impressed.
This place used to be an easy 5 stars for me when it was a place I could take my kids to just burn off some energy for $10. Now they charge for adults and the cost is $15. I’m okay with prices going up, everything does eventually. But why should adults have to pay to get in? I wish instead of bringing in the games and prize machines, they had just bought more inflatables. This is just another way to make Krazy Kids a money pit and it doesn’t sit right with me. I don’t think anyone who takes their kids to a place like this has kids who need MORE video game/screen time. I like the outdoor stuff. I just don’t like the Chuck E Cheese’s/corporate direction they seem to be taking. In my opinion, it was better before. Also, the restrooms are dirty, they stink, and never have toilet paper, so you might want to bring your own. The staff is inattentive. If you read my other reviews, you can see I’m really not a complainer. These things bother me though.
Highly Recommended for the little ones, even I had fun. Bringing my daughter To run and climb through all the mazes and through the jump houses. Price was right and the people were great. I have no complaints
Our kids love it here! So much to do for a variety of ages. I love that the arcade section uses a card to access the games and track tickets. Games are usually in good working order, too. Awesome indoor play structure and a few different inflatables the kids love to explore. They also recently added an indoor elevated and netted adventure area (good for older kids). There are also fun activities outside during the warm weather months. Pizza and light snacks are available at the snack counter. Parking onsite, bathrooms with changing tables, and bring socks! They also do birthday parties. We visit quite often throughout the year!
Was awesome until they increased prices to 15$! And you have to pay 12$ for walking babies. Way too expensive. Wont be going back anymore.
We always have a great time here and they are always looking for new and exciting ways to play! They just added in an additional indoor ropes course for a small extra fee. They have an outdoor area to play with a great road for bikes and a giant “pillow” trampoline. Great place for kids of all ages!
What a great place! Where else can you go for such a low cost but a large amount of fun?! I love that they are constantly changing and updating so that it is always a fun visit. The outside area might be my favorite! This is a must visit for all kids!
We had a birthday party today for one of our children. Our hostesses were absolutely amazing! Of all of the places weve had an event, from other fun centers to even hotels, the staff here really make sure that we had a great time. Certainly not used to the personal service afforded to us. Our familys children are relatively crazy and the staff were incredibly patient with them. Not once were they not smiling! A big thumbs up to the staff here.
Definitely coming early in the morning is the best! For sensory kids it can be pretty overwhelming when its crowded. Bathrooms could use some work, wish it had a water fountain, and would love to see you re-entry on weekdays at least. Grateful it is in our community since the kids need a place they can play indoors during these long winters!
Our girls love our time spent together here, always meet new friends, staff is always pleasant and helpful. We spend ALL day during the summers, there is so many options for fun between inside and outside we are never bored. The food is wonderful and not way overpriced...something for everyone! I am impressed with the cleanliness and availability of hand sanitizers and tissues 👍 If I had one suggestion, it would be to stay open to 9 on Friday nights for those of us who travel and want to attend Friday Fun Nights, by the time we get there watch the event...it’s time to close 😏So they choose to skip the event to play instead. All in All Keep up the great job...we will be back soon!
We schedule a birthday party there but we only wanted to do a room rental not the party package.... they asked us if we were paying for each child that was attending we told them NO on THREE different phone calls... when our guest arrived we did not know that they weren’t charging them...Krazy kids just assumed we were paying for everyone when we told them THREE different times we weren’t. They had nothing in writing saying we weren’t paying. Very unorganized maybe because they have a bunch of teenagers running it.. 🤷♀️ We ended up staying there for 45 minutes to an hour talking to a manager on the phone she was not understanding and she asked us to give each person‘s phone number that attend so she could call and charge them!!! Of course I wouldn’t let that happen because it was embarrassing... so we ended up paying for all 13 kids which was not the plan! All I’m saying is if you’re going to rent a room and that’s ALL think again and rent a room somewhere else with better management. 👎👎😡
Update: Five years later and they have ADDED A TON OF AWESOME STUFF. Outdoors there is a pedal go-kart race track with a large bouncepad and water activities. Inside, they doubled their square footage and put in an aerial climbing gym with a catch-net for the kids. Still worth going to five years later. What a great place to have in the Concord area. This is an awesome to take the kids to since the parents can also clamber (and fit! ) in all the equipment.
A year ago, it was $10. Today it was 15$. One of my grandchildren who is 4yo could not do the rope challenge which is now included in the price. No exceptions or exemptions. All the games are additional to the entrance fee. They should be included! My wife and I have decided we will not be bringing our grandkids here again.
3 stars for lack of security and bathrooms need updating. Kids love the place, but its busy the moment doors open. They need to implement security features such as matching stamp codes like Chuck E Cheeses enforces. Oh yes, they also charge the same price all day, whether its 30 minutes to close or full day. Perhaps a discount admission or ticket for another day when its the final hour.
A fun place to bring the kiddos if you cant be outside. They offer a big room for birthday parties. It does get very crowded during school breaks, however they are in the process of a large addition which will provide much needed space. A great spot!
Not too bad; defineitly plenty for the kids to do!! They loved it (ages 5 and 7). Quite a bit of people from at least 2 different birthday parties going on, but didnt really seem too crowded! Their favorites were the trampolines (kids only) and the slide play house area all the way to the left (adults and children allowed), so me and my Fiance joined them for a while. After playing on everything for a a couple hours our hands were very sticky; the equipment doesnt seem clean at all really. The girls bathroom had white mold in the vent above the stalls which was also pointed out by another person in the bathroom at the same time as me and wasnt all that cleanly in there either. The food didnt look too bad.. But we still decided to eat somewhere else for lunch and then were able to come back and keep our locker too. Very friendly staff. I think it would be so much better if it was a little more clean. Also a ton of junk or storage right in the view of everyone under colored slides. Overall, good, but improvements would be beneficial for them!! Also$15 per kid and only $3 per adult for the rope course, other wise $12 for everything I think and free if you dont want to do any activities with the kids.
Love this place! Recently expanded it has something for everyone. Great for a rainy day or when the kiddos need to burn off some energy. Very reasonable prices too!
Great birthday party we went to. Lots to do and extras you can pay for. Good food and service was great!
I used to love Krazy Kids. My kids love the expansion and pedal cars. BUT now they have arcade games. Lots of them in the middle of the place so you cant avoid them. So now you pay to get in and then keep paying. At least at Chuckie Cheese they dont charge you to get in. And lets face it, if I wanted to go to an arcade, thats where I would go. If I wanted to go somewhere that encourages my kids to move and explore, I would go to Krazy Kids. But those days are gone. Terrible experience. All I heard were my kids whine about wanting to play video games. I think Krazy Kids need to take a hard look at what theyve done and how many people are going to stop going. While I was there every other parent there said they would not be coming back.
Some genius decided to add Fort Knox like security to the free WiFi, rendering it completely useless (unless you want to browse select websites or just happen to have the right email account). All other functions (Google account, Play store, Online games, and other common apps) are completely blocked. YOU CANT EVEN GET TO THEIR OWN WEBSITE! Really disappointing to a paying parent looking for something to do while their kids are playing.
Used to be a great place- the added arcade made it less of a playground and more of a money pit. Once they started charging for toddlers and then parents, it went down hill. Also never smells clean.
We brought our girlscouts troop for an overnight we had an amazing time. The girls from Krazy kids were awesome with our 13 2nd graders very attentive playing with the girls and talking with them. I cant say enough great things about our experience!!!
This morning I arrived with 4 grandchildren ages 4 to 11.Unfortunatly one grandson had a medical emergency( unrelated to any of the fun jump houses) while in one of the jump houses. Because of limited physical abilities due to recent surgery I was unable to go in to assist him. The staff immediately went in with him and showed me a way I was able to get in to comfort and support him.We called 911 who arrived to transport to hospital. They helped me with all the grandchildren, directed ambulance staff and even reimbursed my money, as I hadnt been there all that long. I can say your children/grandchildren are in good hands with the Krazy Kids staff. I cant say thank-you enough. All ended well and my grandson is safely home.
The games are nice, they have slides and bouncy houses and everything, but, the bathrooms are gas-station tier disgusting. Ive taken the kids here twice and the bathrooms were consistently awful. Im talking puddles of urine on the floor and trash everywhere with backed up toilets. It looks like the employees are all teenagers and I guess they cant be bothered to check the bathrooms. All in all the competitors Ive been to locally were much much cleaner.
Great variety of equipment for jumping, climbing and bouncing, many games as well. You can order pizza, grilled cheese, hot dogs, snacks and drinks. Massage chairs for adults. My only complaint is that the chairs are hard.
Really liked the whole play areas! Definitely gonna come here again!
Ive been going here faithfully for the past 2 and half years as a customer with my little one. We had a birthday party on the 23rd. I figured okay why not throw it here we love the place! It was a horrible horrible experience. I came the night before to drop off decor to hang and also go over decorations. When I arrived 15 mins early all the colors were wrong and our host was unaware that I even brought decorations. So had to rush and decorate our room in front of my birthday kid and wasnt impressed. So we were off to a rough start. During free play our host called us to the rainbow carpet and decided hide and seek with bunch of 4 year olds as a organized game would be okay. Didnt work. On top of her severely low energy and enthusiasm. Was just not a happy host. She was kind but could tell she would rather not be there and just trying to make a buck during her summer vacation. Then when we finally got called us to eat and do cake we ran out of pizza because we didnt have enough. I even requested an extra pizza the night before that morning and right before everyone ate. We started eating pizza and I was completely rushed some of our guest and kiddos were no where near done before she decided its cake time. Then rushed us out of the room and shoved my kiddos toys and presents at the desk in a community area. It just felt horrible. And the experience as a single mom and this being my son FIRST birthday was just awful. On top of the manager Mariah being snippy when I finally did get the chance to talk to her on the phone. She offered me a 25 dollar credit and when I said that was unacceptable he offered 50 and stated thats all shes willing to do. When I paid for 279 for this experience that was a conplete shitshow. I asked to speak to the OWNER that never happened, I wrote an email and mailed a letter. Considering not only have I been coming here for years all my friends with multiple kids have been too and Ive referred many families here. Im super disappointed in how the party was and how the manager treated me when I stood up for my son and myself and all reality 25 dollar credit is not okay for the experience we had. I was running around with my head cut off serving everyone cleaning. Trying to find my host trying to find help etc etc. It was awful. I didnt get to enjoy my kids party with him at all. Needless to say we are in the second week of a July and it doesnt appear anyone will be contacting me or even trying to make an effort to correct this madness with a longterm customer. Its really disheartening and disappointing. I will never be going back if this is how they conduct business. The owner hasnt even attempted to reach me and there has been no follow up. Its like a complete joke and Im not even sure if the owner has been made aware of anything with the tone of the manager Mariah. I believe I have been swept under the rug. Severely upset. Lost a customer.
Took my 3 year old to Krazy Kids today. He had a blast but was a little short for some parts of the jungle gym. Front desk staff were very friendly and prices reasonably. Didnt have a hard time finding the place and seemed to have plenty of parking. However I deducted one star because the bathrooms were not maintained and smelled bad. They lost the other star because not once did I see a staff member walking the floor to check on things. I had to push a matt back into place at the bottom of a slide several times and one of there trampolines were out of order and all they did was put a hand written sign up and left the enerantce open so kids were still playing on it. Found some wires kids could get into in the arcade area and multiple trip hazards through out the facility. I would not let any child 4 or younger to play anywhere in there unsupervized. They also need to do something to ensure the right child leaves with the right adult. We probably wont be back soon.
I brought my 5yo and 17mo children today. I dont know which had more fun, but it was a blast for everybody. Adults arent allowed on some of the stuff (boo), but the kids loved it. My 17mo, even though she was too little to many of the activities, she still enjoyed just running around and playing in the designated under 4 section. No outside food or drink is permitted, but not enforced. However, the prices of food offered was very reasonable, though not healthy (i.e. pizza, chicken fingers, hot dog, etc.). Admitting prices were more than reasonable for all that was offered. Bathrooms were clean. Parking was a large parking lot. Everything was clean and maintained. Highly recommend bringing your kids here if youre looking for something to do. Also, theres an outside area but we did not get to try it out today.
Great place. I always pack snacks and drinks. My son loves the hot dogs here though.
Only a few bouncy houses and the arcades are half broken and the prizes are the lamest Ive ever seen lol better off going to the one in the mall.
This place is great, we showed up on a Friday 7pm they close at 8. Friendly staff welcomed us & the kids had the run of the place. Fun & will make them tired. Not a huge place bit packed with tons of fun. Small arcade and toddler play area also. Thumbs up to lazy kids.
Great place to take kids 2 and up for running around, climbing, bouncing, sliding, and arcades. Separate area for toddlers. Open year-round and they do vacation camps. Get on their mailing list (go to website) to learn about special events, usually on Friday nights. They also host birthday parties and have hot and cold food available (but no coffee or tea - bring your own even though they say no outside food. Weve never had a problem). Lockers are available for a small fee. A carousel, claw games, target games, road racing, games of chance, and skeeball. You load the Fun Card with money and swipe it to pay for the games and it also stores the points you earn. SO much better than slogging around a fistful of tickets. Prizes are doled out by machines so no waiting at a counter and the kids can check out the prizes ahead of time. One star off for volume - music speakers are placed in the area where you sit and eat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Opens at 10 a.m., costs $12 a child, adults with the child are free. Shady outside play area open during warmer months - a road to ride pedal vehicles on, small climbing structures, sandbox, and they have some chickens.
Best indoor play place for kids around!
My youngest got hand foot and mouth disease here Not impressed with how cleaning is done here. This was a horrible few weeks. Because then my oldest caught it afterwards.
Ive been to every indoor playground in NH. From Claremont to Nashua to North Hampton and everywhere in between: Krazy kids is my favorite one.
Pay 10 dollars for my walker.I carried her through the jungle gym to go down the slide. Nothing for under three is my opinion. Not a single thing for babies to do. Unless you consider the little tikes car with no batteries and the broken teeter totter worth 10 dollars. As for my twin boys, they burned off some energy in the play gym even though they still had a difficult time getting up some of the areas. Better for older kids I guess.Other than that not really any creative play. Areas of the building smell like smoke. If they made 2 and under free Id be back.
Love this place my daughter and I love to play hide and seek.. Tons of room to be a kid :) also after she makes some new freinds, I get to catch up on some shows through their WiFi :)
Always a blast! Great place to take the kids for a good time and even the inner kid comes out to play! 😁❤
No Water Fountains- What kind of exercise trampoline jungle gym esk place wouldn’t have a water fountain, only Krazy Kids that’s for sure. It’s a cheap gimmick to make people pay for water bottles which is kind of insulting to the people who go there. One Star.
Maybe I just got lucky, but the place was huge and relatively empty. My two sons had a blast and they are only two and a half years old, and 11 months old. It was our first visit, staff was friendly and place was clean. Zero complaints! Also, the socks for sale saved our tails.
I think in my own opinion that thisPlace is a good place to dringChildren and let them have fun.
If you have kids its a perfect place to go they go there and bring up all that energy and have a blast while doing it highly recommended for kids and adults
Really disappointed since the arcade games were put in and the really cheap prizes the kids could win. My three kids were so sad and me for spending 20 dollars to win bubblegum machine prizes. And the machines could have all been in the way corner or on a wall not in the middle of the room of where the kids run and play.
Lots of fun for the kids! Stuff inside and outside to do.
Brought my 3rd old here today for the first time! My family brings my nephew, almost 5 yrs old and we had to try it! This place is awesome!! My son had the best day ever! We will definitely be back and be scheduling a birthday party here for his 4th Bday in June! Looove it!! :)
Krazy kids is Awesome! Best deal in town, $10 to play all day
Great place to bring your kids if you are looking for something to do in the area.
If you are looking for a place to tire out your kids rain or shine this is the place for them. They are very inexpensive for the day and the food is fair prices the kids will love it here no doubt about it.
This was my 2nd time coming here and I have to say I dont remember it smelling like it did this time. It smelled almost musty, like an old A/C unit might smell when turned on for the first time in a year, and the boys restroom was very clean but still had a heavy urine odor in it. The attractions they had were really fun looking but nearly 1/2 the outside pedal gocarts were in disrepair and I found an electrical cord draping down between a lighted emergency exit sign and another light fixture on the wall. This wouldnt have concerned me if the cord hadnt been within arms reach of some of the children. I also noticed a young toddler, maybe 2 or 3 years old playing on the outside Jumping Pillow with several other older kids and at least one adult jumping at the same time. The head on that baby was bouncing around like a bobble head toy. There were many people outside using the various equipment, including the broken stuff, and there were no staff members outside with us at all. Needless to say there were certainly some safety concerns which I thought should be addressed.
Dismissal of our family over a $3 charge after my child with physical and emotional disabilities changed her mind to go on the ropes course once she entered the building and felt safe.
Great family place staff is wonderful with the kids!
Awesome place. So much fun.
Last month in krasy kids I had fun
Krazy Kids Staff- Sir, youre not allowed on the bouncy houseMe- But Im somebodies kidStaff- Youre also 250 lbsStaff- And thats the toddler rideMe-Staff- *Drags out grown man kicking and screaming*
My kids loving it! Great place!
Was advised by staff that the rate was increasing to $15 for admission which isnt a big deal, but the very next customer was only charged the original $12 price of admission.
Music too loud, everyone jumped!
Grandson had a great birthday party
Where would my family be without this haven in the dead of winter!
Love krazy kids
Really dumb rules
So much fun!!!
This place is amazing, I never dreamed of being there. Everyone has to go here, but bring lots of water just in case, because they will start to sweat, and I loved ice cream. Thats why Im going to give him more than five stars, rather 1000,000.
