Efficient and civil with polite workers got what needed to be done as adhere to protocol not like the ups store in recent months in Burlington VT when company policy to wear masks prior to and after roll out of vaccines yet it seems to store attempted to buck the system and lost its franchise so if ignorance does not pay off the nail that sticks out gets hammered down and lose there ability to earn money under UPS.

Great place had a p.o box but ended up moving away and now I have no clue where my mail is now being forwarded to who knows where now

Great service and the associate helped me with delivery of a package that I had went to other UPS stores that didnt help me like this location in Pembroke did. Definitely satisfied customer 😉

Great location with friendly staff and prompt service. I had been going to Rockland, living in hanson, but this plaza just is more diverse so I can get my errands done a lot faster staying in one area.

The store itself is clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The prices however are astronomical!

Bought everything I needed to ship something, had my three kids in tow and the guy tells me I can’t pack it up in the store. He should have told me that before I purchased everything to ship it.

UPS dropped my package there on a thursday, went to pick up on saturday, the lady that was at front desk said my package wasnt, she didnt even attemped to look for it . Made me call 1800 number call them, they said the package is at the store, went back to the store the lady keep saying is not there, once again not even trying to find the package . So went back after christmas day one more time to make sure someone else could help me, ask for the package gave my name, there was the package, been there for almost a week . Not afford at all from this lady to help me . Very disappointed because my son did not get his Christmas gift on time, because someone did not want help me, not even look for the package as she was suppost .

Why hat ups because when I get a call from someone else from ups they dont leave a message or a phone number for me call back to the person,s that delivers the .this happened year for years I think that the delivery person just running off which my check and my winning.

I wouldnt mind USP come soon as possible thank you!
