My family and I came here to look for bathroom tiles for our shower and our floor. We went in totally blind as we were not really sure what we wanted and what would work best. Originally was 5 stars working with Rob in sales until the job actually got done. We noticed marks on our freshly painted walls. Tile looks great and we have leftover paint, they offered to paint it themselves but I declined. Rob and Lenny feel bad and assured me this never happens. I would still recommend because they are good people l, just a mishap!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I went to this location because of the great reviews I read online but was very disappointed. I was screamed at and told to leave. When I asked for a manager or a corporate number. I was told by the associate that he would not give me any information.

By the time we came into the store 2 days later, he had alternatives to the samples we selected that better fit our remodel project.....and budget. A true professionalAlthough he was helpful at the moment of sale, everything went downhill after that.The installers went to the wrong address, the carpet was incorrect, based on the picture of the sample sent to the installer.Nowhere was there mention of the carpet code or color we had selectedHowever, we decided to allow the installation to go ahead since we,needed to have the replacement due to a water leak and subsequent smell.We had made several calls to the Pembroke Pines, Pines Blvd office,where we had made the purchase. Each request to speak with manager was not fulfilledThe first said the manager went next door, the second said the manager wad only coming on the next day. The tenor of each conversation was essentially things happen, deal with itI retract my original rating and reduce it to the lowest allowed

Rob was great at taking the order but falls short on delivery of product. The carpet was ordered the last week of October. He called a few days later to inform us the carpet was backordered and he wouldnt recieve it until 11/13. He offered another brand of carpet but it wasnt what we wanted. After a call to him was placed on 11/13 around noon,, he called back around 3 to tell us the the carpet didnt make it on the truck and would be a couple of weeks longer before he would receive it and would let us know when he got it. So after paying in advance it will be over a month for him to get it. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I know things happen but it seems odd that he would wait so long to call back to let us know it didnt arrive as scheduled, especially since it had been postponed once already. Very disappointing.
