I brought my car here to diagnose a problem I had with my speakers. When I went to pick it up they simply told me my car is old and should have the whole system replaced without even making an attempt at figuring out what was wrong with the current system. They gave me an expensive solution without really knowing what the problem was.

I went there to check my car Radio. They gave all the information I wanted. The place is accessible.

My vehicle had decent mids and highs from the factory, but desperately lacked bass, as 100% of all factory radios do. I brought my JL 8W7 woofer and they sold and installed the amp and really nice Audio Control LC2i Pro. They were able to tap the rear speaker leads for signal and now clean sounds go into the subwoofer and the amp turns on automatically using the factory radio. The bass that this 8W7 puts out sounds like two 12s. The entire vehicle shakes violently from the bass. That little Fosgate amp (was $138 new) I put in is able to put out 644 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Their installer found a nice location to completely hide the amp and Audio Control device. Everything came out great. This system drops bass like a boss! And its CLEAR!

After visiting numerous audio retailers in the area I ended up at Cartronics! I was greeted by staff with a smile and the visible desire to help me. While there, the owner Lester became involved and guided me in what I needed to accomplish my audio install! I i dont write many reviews but this one I could not let pass. Not only did I buy what i needed but the customer service made me a customer for life!

I had my center multimedia consul replaced in my 2017 Tacoma sr5 and the staff took the time to explain my options and the equipment to me. When you to talk to somebody that has the confidence in what they are talking about in the installation process thats a good feeling. Lester not only was able to use most of my factory parts like usb port an antenna he in doing so saved me some money... i highly recommend this place. the people, product an service is A+

I reciently bought a 2019 Honda Ridgeline, the stereo was so basic I needed a upgrade. I went to at least 7 differdent installers, plus read reviews on the web. All saying the truck is not compatible with a new system. The back up camera and controls on the steering wont work. Lester at Cartronics proved them all wrong. I got a great system with Nav.... and a great price. I will recomend this place to everyone.

I came to them requesting them check my harness because I was having issues getting my radio on. I was greeted by a very nice lady who told me that they were very busy and didnt have spots till next week so they wanted to get a tech to come check out my issue to see what is needed. After a little bit a technician came out took a look at my issue and advised me to a solution. Overall I would likely take my car to them again in the future. Note: as in any place with skilled technicians there may be a little bit of down talking towards the customer but thats only because you got to realize they deal with your issues everyday and a lot of times its not as unique of an issue that you think you have.

Called and scheduled an appointment, they solved my problems within an hour. An amazing job by this amazing staff

Ive had alot of systems over the years but the system built by Lester is light years better than anything Ive ever had. I wont post any pictures but the work is extremely clean and the sound extremely impressive.The price is fair for the high end products and labor. Mt tint is perfect and my alarm is the coolest thing about my car.If you want cheap work then go to the flea but if you want quality and professional service Cartronics is the place. Thank you!

Working with everyone at Cartronics has been a great pleasure. I had purchased a radio kit from them and I was experiencing command issues, with the buttons not performing its function when pressed. Thanks to their warranty, they gladly ordered a replacement kit and went through hours with tech support until they successfully had the radio kit performing optimally. On top of that, my front bumper was all messed up from an accident and they patched it up for so it wouldn’t hang or shake. These people are amazing! Can’t wait to get my tints and other stuff done by them.

These guys removed and replaced a system for me. Cleaned up a mess in my dashboard. Installed mic in the ceiling. Very nice work and a reasonable price. Thank you very much

George just informed me that he is unable to level my headlights that I paid $250 to install.. told me to take it to Firestone now I am driving down the road with 15ft of visible light ahead of me.... be aware of this shop first they told me it would be 1 hour of labor to complete this job and when I picked up the car it was billed at 2 hours without informing me of price increase prior to pick up...

Brent is the man, helped me install some aftermarket DRLs (day time running lights) to my new Jetta. Dropped the car off this morning and picked it up this afternoon. Told job would cost $175 & take 3 hrs. Made appt. for 12 pm. After 6 hrs, I was told they installed amp but now theyre charging me $260 PLUS there would be a popping noise when I start/shut off the car and to alleviate this I need to buy more product costing upwards of $300. The dishonesty comes in because they knew from the outset what kind of vehicle this was and what would be needed but they waited until AFTER putting the amp in & making me sit for 6 hrs to say by the way, we need you to spend more money. Its just wrong.

The owner is a smart ass . Thinks he know everything better than you. N will try to make you look stupid for buying the same exact items online. For less money. Owner is money hungry and doesnt care about making the customers happy or nothing. Just money

Worst experience, i walked in a spent under 5min there. An associate by the name George didn’t even have time to let me finish explaining my situation and I felt he underestimated my intelligence because I AM A WOMAN!!!. If only he would have took time to listen and inspect my vehicle to see why the sound wasn’t working he might have made a sale. Save yourself time and go to sales associate.

This place is the WORST!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! The manager is incompetent and does not know what he is talking about (literally comes up with things on the fly). The staff is rude and extremely disrespectful, especially that dumbass Ivy or whatever is her name. You will wait for EVER for service and if you made an appointment you better make sure that you have the rest of the day off. Every time I was there, at least two or three customers would come back with problems after their installation. This people are corrupt and money hungry!!! Save yourself some MONEY and TIME and take your car somewhere else!!!

Techs do half azz jobs, the manager will rip you off, tell you you need stuff you dont and charge whatever he can get away with. When I left they didnt hook up bluetooth right, didnt hook up rca cables to control sub woofers, didnt hook up hdmi or aux cables that I asked them to do, then tryed to tell me to bring it back and theyll do it for more money. Really? Worst service ever. Youll be sorry if you take your care here.
