Did my taxes this yr somewhere else, only to find out that this place stole half my taxes and didnt even give me a complete copy so I wouldnt noticed. This place is trash. Go anywhere else but here. Scam place of business

HORRIBLE to say the least! I went in for a quote and they lost my W2 and my childs social security number. I called to resolve the situation and they younger guy there gave me an attitude and hung up. I went up to the store to retrieve my info and he told me he lost it and they dont have to keep the info. I ended up having to call corporate and while doing so he threatened to call the Police on me for loosing MY STUFF! I politely called 911 and according to Corporate they are supposed to keep my info for 5yrs. Extremely rude, unprofessional. The only one that has some sense is the daughter. Horrible Franchise. Now I have to drive an hour north to request my W2 they lost and loose time. i needed that money to pay bills! NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!
