Yadi is by far one of the best realtors Ive ever had. I can say many great things about her, but this review would be too long to read, let alone write. :) However, out of her many great qualities Ill briefly discuss two to them.1) Constant communication, which is probably one of the biggest complaints people have of professionals in this industry. She would call us (my wife and I) constantly throughout our home selling process, even if it was just to tell us there was nothing new, which we can appreciate.2) Customer Service. She did things that you would not expect a realtor to do. For example, we had a title issue due to our lender filing two mortgages back when we did a refinance on our home. This was going to be a problem at closing because title insurance was not going to be given because of the title issue, so we were not going to close on time. What did Yadi do? She called my lender everyday until the title issue was resolved? Who does that? Well, Yadi does! She is truly the embodiment of Customer Service. We closed as scheduled!Long story short. Our house was sold in less than 60 days, which could have been done sooner had the first buyer not backed out. And even though this happened, she found us a new buyer within two days of the first buyer backing out. Moreover, we sold our home at the listing price!Yadi, thank you so much for helping us sell our home! Not to mention, it was in the middle of a pandemic. We truly appreciate you! God Bless!
