The team at Restore POC in Pembroke Pines is wonderful. They were very helpful in recommending a tlso with neck support for my child who has poor head control . The fit of my childs smos and afos were right the first time, which is impressive. They took their time casting my childs feet and talked us through the entire process, even added extra padding and velcro where my child needed it most. I definitely recommend you try them bc finding someone who can get the smos right is a challenge.

The staff here are nice but do a very poor job with following up on orders for orthopedic devices. I literally had to chase them down for 3 weeks just to get my daughter’s hardness. I had to call them to receive updates on the service they were suppose to provide.They don’t do there job in making sure their clients are taken care of without the client having to run around and make extra unnecessary calls to get things done. I would not recommend this company to any parent who needs orthopedic devices for there child in a timely manner.

DO NOT GO HERE! My sons ortho referred us here for his boots to help fix his clubbed feet and the experience with them has been horrible. My son needed a new pair of boots and the insurance only covered 1 per year so I asked the office staff if I could order directly through them and they advised the cost would have been $600. I did some research and I was able to buy the boots on my own through the manufacture for only $200. I did this 3 times until it was time for the 1 pair of boots the insurance does cover.I was seen by the staff on 08/18 but did not get a phone call about the new boots until 08/28 only to advise me that they needed the clinical notes. This is absurd that it took them over 1 week to tell me they could not move forward with ordering of new boots. I will never go here again and will make sure to tell my ortho to NEVER refer people here again.

Terrible experience. You have to be on top of them to get things done. It has been very frustrating to work with them. If you can avoid this place.

Do NOT listen to these other reviews. The office is small, and it is a private ran office. But the staff is so sweet, caring, and will help you with whatever you need. Before i came here, the place I was going to get my braces from originally said it was going to take a month. Wayne Rosens office only took a week and a half. They have over exceeded my expectations, and I will always return here for my bracing needs. Thank you so much!

I was sent here from the office of Dr. Feanny, an orthopedist who was treating my 82 year old mother for a broken foot. Prescription in hand we arrived expecting to be fitted for a walking boot. The receptionist was quite rude and said, do you have an appointment? She looked at me as if I was some bum that had just walked in off the street. Well, of course not, I thought, weve been sent directly from her orthopedist because she needs a walking boot immediately, as her cast was just removed. After being told to fill out scads of unnecessary paperwork and waiting in an empty waiting room for an hour, we were shown into a messy, unkempt treatment room where a nice young man attempted to explain how to put on and remove this walking boot. My mother has dementia. Is she really going to go to all that trouble or even remember how to do all that? No. This place is poorly run, unprofessional, and unpleasant (TV blaring in the ridiculous waiting room). Why our orthopedist sent us here I have no idea but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Michael Langlois

Had an awful experience with this office. I’ve been waiting on my boot for over a week already with a broken toe and every day they would say they were waiting from a note from my doctor even though I called my doctors office twice and they had already sent it twice. I had to end up purchasing the boot on my own because after a week of waiting for it they said there was an “issue” and that I would have to wait yet another week.

Very professional and educational, the staff was kind and respectful and my son got his AFO very quickly would definitely recommend them
