I set up a consultation on Thursday 6/24/21, I decided to set up an appointment for the following Thursday 7/1/2021 5:30 p.m.The person that talked to me in the consultation was nice and accommodating, she acknowledged I had urgency for this service due to my anxiety. She did not mention I had to make sure to provide paperwork in time or anything, the next thing I see is an email on 7/1/2021 (appointment date to cancel as per my request supposedly).Upon searching my email I noticed they sent me an email on Tuesday (6/29/21 at 5:30 p.m. saying to compete the forms and all other documents by 48 hours before the appointment, however this email was sent to me exactly with 48 hours left for my appointment, of course, since I didnt know about the paperwork and work a lot (which I mentioned in my consultation, I also mentioned that if I dont answer they could text me since I work a lot), so I saw a follow up in the next morning about it but shortly after they canceled my appointment. Thete was not one vpice message or anything, meanwhile I am convinced I will get the help I need when I am struggling with a lot of anciety and panic attacks. The paperwork should have been sent to me by last Friday so I had enough time to review it, my consultation was on 6/24 at noon, there was plenty of time to send me this and not rush me after the due date has past. In my opinion you need to inform people to expect this paperwork and documentation so they are aware. I lost a week in looking for help since I trusted you. The administrative work here has a lot to improve on, the reseptionist is blasting the music while talking to people and does not understand that some people are in a really bad place and when they call they are desperate for help. Meanwhile no service was procided to me so I would not judge their ability but the administrative work is extremely disappointing and made me feel at fault of not being able to get the help I need. You need to understand the responsibility you have to the community of clienat that reach to you. Respect peoples time and needs.

We saw Sophia for our premarital counseling. Not only were the prices reasonable, but she was able to accommodate our schedule since we could only meet at 7pm. Every session was informative and enlightened our view on marriage. Gave us alot of tools and strategies to keep our relationship growing.Would highly recommend
