I have been using the services of Discount Postal for over 3 years and every time is it a fast service, personal approach and the employees go out of the way to make your experience great. All this time Ive been renting a mailbox and in almost 4 years I never had a missing mail or a package. I would definitely recommend using Discount Postal

It doesnt cost you anything to be personable. The store offers a lot of necessary services. Repeat business is the lifeblood of most businesses. You dont have to do back flips or anything, but it wouldnt hurt to engage with the customer.

The Manager there is horrible she’s so disrespectful and so nasty so I will never go back over there no more adding the day right is right wrong is wrong she want you to pay over the price for a key don’t work like that so please anybody do not go over there to get no mail no PO Box

Forget about the lines at a USPS office I was waiting for 30 min already there until my fiance told me about this place. Came here and left in less than 5 min. Theyre fast and friendly. Totally recommended.

The best service hands down. They are very professional and will get you in and out faster than the post office which is next door to them.

The owner and the employees in this office are very unprofessional, hanging up in customers just because they do want to deal with an issue. The employee hung up in my face then when o called back he expected me not to be rude. I was yelling yes because they seemed as if they did not want to help. I will file a complaint!

I do not feel comfortable picking up packages at this location and will not come back. Very hostile environment due to the owner which is sad because the rest of the staff is very friendly.

Love this place. Found them while shipping items for my college bound child. They helped pack and shipped reasonably. I use them often and recommended them frequently. They are helpful and patient.

Great service, every one there is super nice. Theres never no lines. They have boxes, uhaul, lotto. Every you need. I definitely will be going there often.

If your going to sent a package they are great but dont own a PO Box here because theyre more strict than the cops..... but great to send a package......

This place is horrible dont ever take your things there. I sent 6 cans of milk for my 6 month old nephew and no one couldnt find it. The old man said he couldnt do anything. They dont care about your things. Dont go there make an effort and go to the post office.
