I have been using their services for about 6 months. So far it has been a very positive experience for us. They are flexible with the days, flexible with any special requests you have, reasonable with pets, and they do a great job cleaning. I had a small concern with one of the services, and Lucia immediately worked to get it resolved to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided to my home. That type for customer service is what sets companies apart from others. We cannot expect every time to be perfect, so when I brought it to her attention she worked to MAKE IT perfect. I have been using them for about 2 years. They are very reliable, fast and honest. I have them once per week, and I highly recommend them. I just had to come back to add that today I had them at my house. 8 hours later, I noticed my diamond bracelet missing off my wrist. I looked everywhere! I text the owner to have her ask the women that were at my house if they happen to find my bracelet. With a quick response, she text me back stating they indeed did find it, and told me where they put it!!!! That is honesty!!! I am thankful that I found Home Sweet Home!😊

I have used the services of Home Sweet Home for several years now & for the most part I have been very happy with whomever the owner sends out to my home. Every once in awhile youll get someone who doesnt do such a good job but its not too often. I can call the owner, who is wonderful, when Im not so happy with someone she sends out & she will fix the problem immediately. The prices are very reasonable & the service is readily available when I need the work done. The owner sends out PLEASANT hard workers, which is a plus. I recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

Ive been using this company for countless years and would highly recommend them. The owner and her staff are ultra kind, honest, punctual, and professional. The service is pristine. I like that at the end of each service, Im asked if theres any area Id like retouched or anything more Id like done. Honestly, theres nothing more that needs to be done, but at least they care. Im reckless with leaving valuables laying around and have lots of crystals and breakables, but Ive never had any items go missing and the staff is really gentle in handling my things. Best of all, Im busy and my work schedule fluctuates a lot, yet I can have my house cleaned on a moments notice. I can call any given day and the owner will do her best to have someone come out to meet my needs. My mom is really picky and they even clean her house. Hope you give Home Sweet Home a try. I have used this maid service since 2002, they always exceed my expectations, every time they come to my house they clean wonders, leaving everything like new. They are really caring and compassionate, when I have to cancel they understand and re- schedule me without any problem, when i get on vacation i call the office and stop my cleaning without any problem or fee because i have no contract. I havent been able to find a better company in all these years, sometimes Ive had situations where i cannot communicate with the housekeepers because of the language barrier but the people at the office are available all the time to help me, however for me the most important part is the cleaning, and is great! i would recommend Home Sweet Home Maid Services to everybody that wants quality cleaning at a great price, i really enjoy working with them since they are really honest and I dont have to worry about any belongings in my home because I trust the company and their staff 100%

I feel like I just paid $120 for someone to mop my floor. That is the ONLY thing that actually looked cleaned. Called this company on Monday for a quote, they came right away. She quoted me $15 per person, per hour and said Id need 2 people and it would probably take 4 hours and she could have someone here the next day -- Oh, and that I had to supply all cleaning materials. Tuesday rolls around and no word from anyone. I text her to ask when someone is coming, she says tomorrow at 9. So Wednesday at 9:30 three ladies show up. Not what I was expecting, but whatever. I was very specific about what I wanted done. Even had a written list just in case there were any questions. I walked them through the house and pointed out exactly what I wanted upon arrival. One of them tells me bathrooms are her specialty. Perfect because THAT was the most important one to me. When they were done at 12:30, I did the walk around and had to ask them to re-do a few things. they did and I ended up having to re-clean everything anyway (except the floor) after they left. Apparently they are allergic to cleaning supplies as there were no smells any, the windows were wiped with a wet cloth leaving streaks, everything else looks like it was just dusted, and my bathroom didnt look any better than it did before they started. If they cant reach something, they dont clean it. Look at my shower!!!! Mold in the grout so obvious it could knock you over. I just wanted them out of my house. Never again!!!

Great service, Ive been using the service for over a year now, and am very happy. The owner is responsive, when Ive had to change the time/date of the service, and most recently, I requested that the same person, Angie, come to my house, as Im out many days. But frankly, not sure where she finds her staff, as theyve all been great. My sister came to my house two weeks after a cleaning and was impressed that the house still looked spotless. The one comment Ive seen is that sometimes they move things around to really clean the surfaces, and put away things, and yes, sometimes at the beginning I did have to find items, but we worked around that. The tradeoff is that your house looks great after they clean.

Ive had a great experience with this company over the past year. I routinely leave my home to do errands while the cleaners are working and never had an issue. Most employees do a good job and if there is an issue, the owner will make sure it is corrected.

You get what you pay for. Called to set up an appointment. All squared for 9:00am Friday. Then I get a call back saying how about 12:00-12:30. I asked 12:00 or 12:30? She says Let me call you back. Finally calls back. 12:30 it is. 2 cleaners 12:30 for 2 hours. $72. Ends up they changed it without contacting anyone to one cleaner, showing up at 11:30 for 4 hours. No notification no contacting the customer. Just assuming that it would be fine. Girl cleaning was good, the office is a mickey mouse clubhouse show. Lack any professionalism. All their communication was done via texting. Never once called. I called them and got a nice message stating their mailbox was full. Comedy act and quite embarrassing how they run their business.

We were looking for a cleaning service since our cleaning people retired. Read a bunch of reviews on line, and decided to try this cleaning company based on good ratings. A phone was picked up by a nice English speaking lady who assured my wife that for $30 an hour we will get two people, and they will provide an excellent cleaning service. So far so good...Our appointment was scheduled at 9 am, and the cleaning people showed up at 8:37am (we can confirm because it was recorded on our home camera). Minimal English, but very eager to clean because they kind of jumped right into it. My wife left a big stack of brand new clean cloths for them, and every possible cleaning supply they may need with clear indication on each bottle (instructions in English and Spanish with pictures on the bottles) on how to use and on which surfaces.On a side note, when we hired a cleaning service we had certain expectations. It was very simple. Find something to clean, clean it, put it back, and do NOT break anything. Just to be clear, we did not ask for an interior decorator or a designer, but it seems that this particular company provides this service for free. Because NOTHING will be where you left it. It took us at least a few days to find common items we use every day at the most random locations (such as bread, hair brush, important documents, chargers, various food items, and so on...).We heard a loud noise from the bedroom, something obviously fell, but the cleaning person did not alert us that something was wrong until at least 10 minutes later when she informed us that she broke a glass picture frame... My wife was upset, but did not say anything... A few minutes passed, and we heard another loud noise from another bedroom. Given our experience with a broken frame my wife went upstairs and asked what happened. Both cleaning people told her everything was ok. That night my wife came back from work and went to check the house once over. She found a broken small statue (broken head) that was strategically put together leaning on a piece of furniture to prevent the broken head from rolling over. The sentimental value of this piece CANNOT be replaced. PLEASE, if you read this review and still decide to hire this company, put EVERYTHING of value away... My wife called the company and asked the manager to call her, and we are still waiting for an apology (it has been 10 days).Now remember I mentioned that all cleaning supplies were labeled? That did not prevent the cleaning lady to use the wrong cleaning supplies on my stainless steel stove, which created permanent damage to the surface and permanent streaking... Oh, and modern cleaning supplies were not good enough, because they used vinegar to clean various surfaces (not sure if that is a habit coming from another country).And just in case the owner/manager reads this review and comments that all of it is a lie, I have a video recording as proof.I will also just mention that they did not really know how to use a vacuum (wife asked a lady to revacuum a bedroom and she tried to tell her that the black hairs on the floor are from our white carpet) or a steam mop, and after they finished they neatly folded all dirty rags (they only used 3 to clean the entire house) and placed them inside our kitchen pantry next to food, because apparently the laundry room was not good enough.And the highlight of this encounter was at 12:00 when they finished. One of the ladies informed me that I have to pay $120 dollars ($40 dollars an hour). I was confused because my wife told me a different price, so I called the company. A nice girl confirmed that it is in fact $30. Then the cleaning lady started arguing with me that they cleaned for 4 hours (because somehow 8:37 to 12 counts as 4 hours in her head). I ended up paying $105 for the service. Just to be clear, we do NOT want a refund. And we do NOT want a free cleaning. An apology wound be nice, but thats just wishful thinking. What we want is to prevent other people from making our mistake hiring this cleaning service. Thank you for reading.

I have used Home Sweet Home Maid Services for a few years, and usually they do send quality people to your home. They are very reasonable but my advise is to make sure that you never get anyone by the name of Janeth Arredondo Gutierrez to come to your home. She came to my home and honestly left it worse than it started. She also broke my childs stepper and took it with her and NEVER TOLD me about it until i called her to say it was missing, I am still not sure why not use the heavy duty stepper i have in the kitchen that holds up to 300lbs but instead use my babies stepper that holds like 50lbs??!!!. I called and I spoke to the Owner, who is very nice, and told her the situation and she apologized profusely and said that she would give me a free cleaning or atleast 3 free hours of cleaning so I scheduled the next cleaning. I wanted to be home this time so that I can make sure that she cleaned to my standards. The person they were sending was OVER an hour late, and then when I answered the door, it happened to be the same person along with her helper. Now at this point, I was already upset, but I showed her what I wanted and she was extremely rude, and her assistant which I dont know her name yelled at me and told me that she has cleaned before so I dont need to tell her what to do. Now I have my kids and husband there and they are both attacking at me yelling at me in Spanish and finally the assistant told Janeth, that she will pay her for the day so that they can both leave instead of cleaning my house that day. They stormed out, never apologizing and basically disrespecting me in my own home. I immediately called and texted the owner, and she apologized again, and told me she would refund my money which she did, but I am still out a cute little kid stepper and I will NEVER ever be using Home Sweet Home Maids Services again. I also told my 2 other friends and they will no longer be using them again. I think that the owner should have never sent the SAME lady to my home especially after telling you how horrible she cleaned my house, its like she wanted her chance to come and tell me off because she didnt like that I complained about her cleaning. It was the WORST experience I ever had and I advise anyone who uses the company to NEVER ever use that woman or her assistant.

I appreciate the housekeeper job since I know this company, because I had find sweet and responsible housekeepers, the job had been wonderful. The company usually call to check the cleaning service.

Terrible experience twice with this company. Unprofessional, never showed up to clean, wrong address both times including the second time! I do not know how they manage to stay in business. I do not recommend as Ive given them two chances and they failed miserably
