I came in from out of town with broken hearing aids under warranty. Diana was pleasant as can be, and after checking, told me the bad news that they had to be sent to the factory. Oh no! I was leaving town! No problem she said. When they returned - actually a brand new replacement pair- she then fedexed them overnight to me out-of-state.I should note that Sandy contacted our Houston audiologist to make sure she had the right settings loaded into the replacement pair, and they work absolutely perfectly - the first time. What a competent and remarkably professional team.If this is how the store treats total strangers who are not local repeat customers, I can only imagine how they treat their neighbors. Dont go anywhere else. Theyre the very best.

I had Hearing aids that were sent to me from the company after service via mail because I temporarily moved before the store got it back but I didn’t know how to put the ear mold onto the receiver. I needed to get it fit together, Diana was kind enough to fit them together for me and even showed me how when I wasn’t even a paying customer. Thank you so much once again!Their service is above and beyond! I went to a competitor prior to coming to this store because they were closer initially but they didn’t even want to help if I wasn’t a customer. Thank you once again for helping when you didn’t have to!

Outstanding service, highly professional, sincere interest in clients satisfaction. PLUS, detailed instruction in use of aids. I was skeptical of what the result might be, but Sandys patience over several weeks has given me hearing opportunities I havent experienced in many years.

Upon switching to the Pembroke Pines location where I met Sandy & Diana, Sandy was able to help me in an impressive way: first by listening to my needs, second by running diagnostics on my hearing aids, third by contacting the equipment manufacturer to schedule a repair of one defective hearing aid under warranty. The second hearing aid Sandy also found defective, which she was able to repair it while with me in her office.I found both ladies to be friendly and genuinely caring. They will get my future business.

I was pleasantly surprised about the hearing eval for my husband. The staff was accommodating and so helpful in every way possible. Not high pressure and the testing room was large, not the usual cramped booth. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if youre needing an exam or help with yours or a loved ones hearing issues. Also, they take their COVID precautions seriously.

Great service all the information I needed was explained to me patiently by Diana. I am a very inpatient person and had so many questions about insurance acceptance and if I needed an appointment and much more inquiries. Today I had an appt with miracle ear in PEMBROKE pines and I cannot express how happy I was with my experience there today . The receptionist at the front was so wonderfully inviting and welcoming . Super nice super sweet . The Doctor was the absolute best. Took her time with me to not help me and test me but to educate me . She even helped me set up sound on my phone . Never have I had such a pleasant experience with any doctor ever ! They literally make you feel so comfortable you feel as if your visiting with family . They even have coffee and cookies to Offer . They make pleasant conversation with you . I recommend this miracle ear center 1000% super super happy with the beautiful experience I had today 🤗

My mother passed away and I came down to Florida Pembroke Pines to handle her affairs. My hearing aid broke on the last day before my return. I was frantic because I have completely cut off from the world without my hearing aid. I looked around and I found Miracle-Ear even though Im not a client of theirs I desperately needed to help. So I went to Miracle Ear and they were generous enough to repair the tubing on my hearing aid at no charge whatsoever. Just to help me get back into the hearing world. Thank you very much Miracle Ear youre wonderful.

Vivianna and Diana make you feel at home. Thanks to Vivianna I just traded my 3 year old Genius in for the new me5500 with receiver in canal I had the rechargeable battery but Vivianna said try the non rechargeable because I get up early and by 9 my batteries would go out. Im so glad I listen to her I love my new hearing aids the battery can out last me and that is great. Plus I have a iphone 8 and it is so good to have the voice in my ear. Diana is a big asset to Vivianna she is very knowledgeable and so helpful they both make a good team...I give them both A+ they make wearing hearing aids a joy. they are so up when you go and ready to help. Omg pick another place. I was standing outside of the store and some latin lady was screaming her head off that i cannot lean against the store wall on the outside. Because i was tapping my foot the same latin lady came out screaming again to get away from the outside of the store. In the meantime my bf was getting a haircut and due to the pandemic i needed to wait outside the barbershop that is next door to this miracle ear store. UNREAL ! If this is outside of the store i can only imagine how crazy that lady is. She also threatened to call the police on me just for waiting outside of the barbershop next to the miracle ear!!

I have been a customer of Miracle Ear for many years.I have visited this location on two occasions. On my first visit to this location both ladies accommodated me at the end of their work day and did a real comprehensive assessment of my ears and hearing aids. I was overwhelmed with the care I received especially at that late hour.On my second visit I decided to upgrade the hearing aids. The audiologist Viviana is the most attentive, patient, pleasant, helpful and professional audiologist I have ever encountered. Thanks guys.

Absolutely wonderful service towards Rosalind, my friend. She is 92 years old and a bit difficult and uncooperative at times. Dr. Viviana and her team were very patient and helpful, and now with her brand new Miracle Ear hearing aids, Roz can hear again. Friendly receptionist and Doctor! Office was nice and peaceful, clean, and they offered refreshments. Dr. Durante thoroughly explained the anatomy and physiology of the ear and the area of the brain that processes hearing. She was very patient, informative, didnt push making a sell, and we had a great conversation. Great experience!

The staff is very nice and friendly! Always welcoming and there if anything is needed. If you want good customer service come here! The doctor is also very patient and takes her time to describe and explain all the details of the ear exam or whatever procedure youre getting.

This is the best Office EVER ! They are official and professional and very nice . I brought my 98 year old mother who had gradual hearing loss and she was treated like a Queen . Everything is don’t on time and they are so helpful to any questions and concerns she had . Shout out to Alex for her friendly disposition and helpful manner !! I was on vacation in FL from MA and my hearing aid broke. My wife called Pembroke Pines Miracle Ear and they gave me an appointment right away. I was a few minutes early and they greeted me with open arms. They immediately repaired my hearing aid and said that I was still under warranty until November, so it didn’t cost me a cent. I was impressed when I first walked in Miracle Ear. The office was very clean and inviting.Diana was friendly and warm.Viviana was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She explained in detail how our ears/brain/hearing works. I had never had such an in depth explanation.It was such a pleasure meeting both ladies. They treated me as I was a life long customer.Viviana explained my different hearing aid options based on my test results. She did not try to up sale.In general, I think the price of hearing aids are outrageously expensive especially since they are a necessity for folks and Medicare does not cover any of the expense.Additionally, a friend of mine purchased the same hearing aid as mine (different company) for $1000.00 less. Her hearing loss is severe. She lives in Delray, Florida. I am in Pembroke Pines. The cities are not that far away but the price difference is huge. (I would have given 5 stars not for the price difference.)Anyway, I look forward to receiving my new hearing aids next week. They fit well and the hearing was excellent. They are Bluetooth compatible with I-Phones but not with an Android. I hope that is an option soon as I have an Android.PS: I also like the fact that Miracle Ear has numerous offices around the state and the USA. Very well established company.

Went for a free check up. That went fine. But my free gift wasnt offered. Nice desk staff.Aug 2019Went back twice since original review.2nd visit there was a different Dr than the first visit. Worked out better for us.My husband is wearing his aids and liking them. Has had no problems. Downloaded app and Bluetoothed to phone and tv. Took some fine tuning but Dr was great to work with..Sometimes he forgets he has them on.Staff is nice and accommodating.We both are so glad he got them..
