Awesome Customer Service at this location. The Hispanic young lady, representative (I believe her name is Rachel) was efficient, helpful, and friendly. Setting an appointment and being on time, ensured that I was in and out quickly.

The staff members are quite helpful and the service was fast and quick.

This is my first time that I have to do fingerprint for a job....I been getting the ran around to get it done correctly.I was then send a link to came to Fieldprint ...I choose the one nearest to me and I glad I did.Rachael was so patience with me and I really do appreciate that.Will be came to do shipping and a passport pic.

Very smooth process to get fingerprinted. Just make an appointment a day before and show up, friendly staff. I do recommend their services.

If you have an appointment, process is very quick. Was probably in and out in under 5 minutes. Friendly staff.

These people have no idea what customer service means. If you need to do your fingerprints, go somewhere else. Fieldprint is way too complicated, and one wont receive any help from the staff at this location. They told me they have no appointments for the day, and the place was empty. Maybe they are just waiting to close the business down.
